삼중 차분 기법을 이용한 AGPS/INS 통합 항법 시스템 설계 (The AGPS/INS Integrated Navigation System Design Using Triple Difference Technique)

  • The GPS attitude output or carrier phase observables can be effectively utilized to compensate the attitude error of the strapdown inertial navigation system. However, when the integer ambiguity is not correctly resolved and/or a cycle slip occurs, an erroneous GPS output can be obtained. If the erroneous GPS information is directly applied to the AGPS/INS integration system, the performance of the system can be rapidly degraded. This paper proposes an AGPS/INS integration system using the triple difference carrier phase observables. The proposed integration system contains a cycle slip detection algorithm, in which inertial information is combined. Computer simulations and van test were performed to verify the proposed integration system. The results show that the proposed system gives an accurate and reliable navigation solution even when the integer ambiguity is not correct and the cycle slip occurs.

  • Contrary to the traditional text-based information, 4S(GIS,GNSS,SIIS,ITS) information can contribute to the citizen's welfare in upcoming era. Recently, GSIS(Geo-Spatial Information System) has been applied and stressed out in various fields. As analyzed the data from GSIS arena, the position information of objects and targets is crucial and critical. Therefore, several methods of getting and knowing position are proposed and developed. From this perspective, Position collection and processing are the heart of 4S technology. We develop 4S-Van that enables real-time acquisition of position and attribute information and accurate image data in remote site. In this study, the configuration of 4S-Van equipped with GPS, INS, CCD and eye-safe laser scanner is shown and the merits of DGPS/INS integration approach for geo-referencing is briefly discussed. The algorithm of DGPS/INS integration fur determination of six parameters of motion is eccential in the 4S-Van to avoid or simplify the complicated computation such as photogrammetric triangulation. 4S-Van has the application of Laser-Mobile Mapping System for three-dimensional data acquisition that merges the texture information from CCD camera. The technique is also applied in the fields of virtual reality, car navigation, computer games, planning and management, city transportation, mobile communication, etc.

  • 대양을 운항하는 선박들의 효율적이고 안전한 운항 관리를 위해 국제 해상법적 환경이 강화되고 있으며, 선박과 육상간의 정보 공유에 대한 요구가 증대하고 있다. 이에 따라 디지털 선박, 선박 통합화 플랫폼, 선박 통합화 네트워크에 대한 연구가 미국과 유럽 등에서 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선박 통합화 플랫폼을 연구하고, 선박 통합화 시스템 구축의 핵심이 되는 선박 통합화 네트워크의 설계 및 구현을 수행하였다. 선박 내 각종 시스템 및 기기들을 계층별 네트워크를 구성하고 통합화 프로토콜을 설계하였으며, 선박 통합 정보들을 표준화된 플랫폼으로 관리하고 필요한 정보를 선박-육상 네트워크를 통해 육상으로 전송하여 육상에서 관리 및 지원이 가능한 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한 설계${\cdot}$구현된 선박 통합화 시스템을 실제 운용중인 선박에 적용하여 시스템의 신뢰성 및 선박-육상간의 지원체계의 효용성을 확인하였다.

An Ontology Driven Mapping Algorithm between Heterogeneous Product Classification Taxonomies

  • Semantic Web and its related technologies have been opening the era of information sharing via Web. In the meantime, there are several huddles to overcome toward the new era and one of the major huddles is information integration issue unless we build and use a single unified but huge ontology which address everything in the world. Particularly in e-business area, information integration problem must be a great concern in search and comparison of products from various internet shopping sites and e-marketplaces. To overcome such an information integration problem, we propose an ontology driven mapping algorithm between heterogeneous product classification and description frameworks. We also perform comparative evaluation of the proposed mapping algorithm against a well-known ontology mapping tool, PROMPT.

4S-Van: A Prototype Mobile Mapping System for GIS

  • The design of Graphic Information System(GIS) in various applications is suffering from the difficulty of data acquisition, which is labor-intensive and time consuming. In order to provide the spatial data rapidly and accurately, 4S-Van, a prototype mobile mapping system, has been developed. The 4S-Van consists of 1)Global Positioning System(GPS), Inertial Navigation System(INS) for estimating the geographic position and attitude of the moving van, i.e.,(x, y, z) and the direction of the Van, 2) Charge Coupled Device(CCD) camera and laser scanner for capturing images and for measuring depth from geographic objects, and 3) External Synchronization Device(ESD) and industrial PC for synchronizing data from GPS/INS/CCD camera and for storing the data. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of the proto-Dpe 4S-Van system for spatial data acquisition for various GIS applications.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish an integrated management system for the efficient management of rural water, to improve current problems, and to lay the foundations for active use of rural water information. We proposed a plan for informatization with a focus on establishing a database that can be used to provide customized services to users by applying advanced IT technology and to strengthen the management system of cities and counties with poor information. Data linkage and integration, user service development and integration system, application of IT technology, advanced decision support for rural water management, strengthening of city and county management system And the details of the implementation of the key project were presented.

  • Any ERP system pushes a company toward full process integration and solves the fragmentation of information. However, the tight process integration can propagate and magnify mistakes made in one department into the other departments in real time. Thus, it can be posited that a central support system for the coordination can help ERP users and administrators dig out problems, take care of tedious validation and verification, and maintain process integration of ERP with great consistency. This paper ,proposes an agent-based ERP operations support system (EOSS) that aims at achieving and maintaining process integration of ERP at the highest level possible. With EOSS, the process integrity is monitored, with anomalies prevented as early as possible and repaired as precisely as possible.

  • 본 논문에서는 레이더 시스템에서 탐지 거리 추정에 영향을 미치는 레이더 단면적의 크기에 대한 집적 방식을 비교 분석한다. 본 논문에서는 레이더 단면적의 크기에 따라 크기가 작을 경우 스웰링 케이스 1, 클 경우에는 스웰링 케이스 3의 탐지 확률을 레이더 방정식에 적용하여 탐지 거리를 추정하였다. 모의실험을 통해서 스웰링 케이스의 차이에 따른 코히런트 집적과 비 코히런트 방식을 비교 분석하였다. 모의실험을 통해서, 비 코히런트 집적 방식이 추정 거리가 가장 우수하였고 코히런트 집적 방식은 스웰링 케이스를 적용한 탐지 거리 추정에 적합하지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 의료정보 기술의 빠른 발전으로 의료 산업은 의료 정보 활용 및 통합에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 현재 의료정보 통합을 위해서는 각 의료기관 시스템의 전반적인 변화가 있어야 하므로 의료기관의 부담이 적지 않다. 이에 최근 클라우드 기반에 EMR 시스템을 도입하는 환경으로 발전하고 있다. 클라우드 환경에서 사용자의 모든 의료정보를 하나로 통합하여 관리하는 중앙집중적 시스템은 의료정보 노출등 많은 문제점이 있을 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 멀티클라우드 환경에서 중개기관을 이용한 각 의료기관의 의료정보 통합 및 인증에 관한 기법을 제안하려 한다.

Design of Integrated Medical Information System Based on The Cloud

  • Today, the medical information system has evolved in the way of integrated healthcare IT information systems. Therefore, it is trying to build advanced U-Healthcare service. Though the U-Healthcare environments is exchanged the information between systems in many cases, however since the each system is different, the integration and exchange of data is difficult. To overcome this problem, in this paper it proposes that we suggests a possible DBaaS(DataBase as a Service) for the heterogeneous integration of medical information management and data exchange. First, the proposed system builds DBaaS cloud by integrating the meta-DB Schema level and DB Schema for each hospital. And, the mapping the schema data and the existing hospital information system is possible using the International Standard HL7. By applying the proposed method to the hospital system, it comes true the efficient exchange of information between the patients, doctors, staffs through the data mapping of the one to multi-system.
