This paper is intended as an investigation of Build-up Method of SCM Connection applying EC Standard(Rossetta-net) to reduce the integration effort, and improve extensibility and interoperability of an eBusiness infrastructure.-Intiative way for I-commerce applications to quickly incorporate new standards. Let me summarize the main points that have been made in this paper. The sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system, and PIP 3A4, order management module, of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net. Lastly, That shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems.

Spurred by the ongoing globalization, an increase in mobility has diversified migrant categories and strengthened intercultural rapport. Alongside the "traditional" migrants, "White" (Caucasian) individuals are coming into greater focus of migration studies as "lifestyle migrants". Although White migrations are not a new phenomenon, the deep-seated idea of White supremacy continues to play an important role in contemporary intercultural communication, awarding Whites across communities a "cosmopolitan" status of highly educated cultural elites. As such, the focus of this research is on highly skilled White European migrants, on their subjective experiences of integration in Japan, and whether they perceive Whiteness as an obstacle or an advantage in this process, if integration is desired at all. To discern the connection between race and integration, this research investigates the non-White majority society of Japan as it has established racial hierarchies according to the Western models, consequently influencing the status of its contemporary White immigrants. Privileged, yet singled out as racial and cultural role models, White Europeans' integration seemingly becomes nearly impossible. The data obtained in fifteen semi-structured interviews confirms that Whiteness grants advantages when entering the Japanese job market, but remains an obstacle in everyday community integration. European professionals do not feel accepted and abandon efforts to integrate, if such were made, retreating into "cosmopolitan islets" wherein they renegotiate their White European identities.

A mobile computing environment has many difference in character from conventional communication over wired network. These include very presents distributed design system based the mobile agent for mobile computing environment. To integrate design resource, we presented ISA(Integration Service Agent, which allows a designer to build integrated application using distributed resources, and to collaborative by exchanging service. Also we propose ICM(XML based Intelligent Connection Manger) using mobile agent. And suggested new intelligent data and process transfer architecture using ICM to implement an agent based design system in mobile environment.

In order to overcome social exclusion and to integrate social housing, it is necessary to plan a communal space in urban collective housing so that residents can have belonging sense and community consciousness. In this study, it is necessary to consider the linkage between social integration and residential space, and to derive the characteristics of planning the collective housing for social integration. We analyzed the planning characteristics of MVRDV's communal spaces of collective housing and suggested a method of planning communal spaces of urban collective housing for social integration. Urban density is an important tool and background for MVRDV's design methodology. For this reason, MVRDV's collective housing is selected as a case study in this study. As a result of case analysis, openness and connection characteristics should be considered by using various devices such as glass exterior, balcony, and void in planning the communal space in urban collective housing for social integration. However, since it has appeared in many cases, it can be criticized that the application of this is merely a logic. In other words, it is possible to suggest that we should actively introduce less accessible access. This problem should be solved through more case studies.

This paper addresses how to be connected with end-to-end shortcut using ATM Switched Virtual Connection (SVC) in ATM-based Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) Networks. Without additionally existing ATM Ships-in-the-Night (SIN) mode, when the stream is continuously transmitted at the same destination with the lapse of determined aging time, the connection is changed with end-to-end shortcut connection using ATM signaling. An ATM direct short circuit is performed an IP and ATM effective integration. An ATM shortcut has a number of advantages, like higher throughput, shorter end-to-end delay, reduced router load, better utilization of L2 Quality of Service (QoS) capabilities, and route optimization. In particular between other MPLS domains, this can be efficiently improved the performance of networks.

공간정보의 상호운영성을 확보하기 위하여 국제표준 및 개방형지리정보 표준협회에서 만든 표준이 널리 적용되어왔으며, 카탈로그 서비스에 대한 부분 역시 그러하였다. 국가지리정보유통망 서비스와 캐나다의 GeoConnection서비스 및 기타 다양한 공간정보의 카탈로그를 제공하는 서비스 사이트를 분류하고 그곳에서 사용되는 메타데이터 현황을 조사하였다. 실제 필수메타데이터는 잘 준용되고 있으나 메타데이터를 자동으로 추출하는 프로세스 등은 미약하였으며, 검색을 위한 기준과 메타데이터가 100% 일치하지는 않았다. 지적재산권보호기술과 카탈로그의 기술적 통합 등 이슈가 되는 주변기술과의 결합가능성을 테이블을 작성하여 구현 방안을 검토하였다. 서비스 카탈로그에 대한 적합성평가를 받은 국가의 공간정보 카탈로그 서비스는 없었다. 서비스되는 공간정보가 종류가 많고 다양해지고 쌍방향 정보가 되는 과정에서 메타데이터를 사용자가 편하게 이해할 수 있는 표현방법 및 기타 보안관련 사항 등에 대한 논의를 추가하였다.

Most connections of steel structures exhibit flexible behaviour under cyclic loading. The flexible connections can be assumed as nonlinear rotational springs attached to the ends of each beam. The nonlinear behaviour of the connections can be considered by suitable moment-rotation relationship. Time-history analysis by direct integration method can be used as a powerful technique to determine the nonlinear dynamic response of the structure. In conventional numerical integration, the response is evaluated for a series of short time increments. The limitations on the size of time intervals can be removed by using Chen and Robinson improved time history analysis method, in which the integrated displacements are used as the new variables in integrated equation of motion. The proposed method permits longer time intervals and reduces the computational works. In this paper the nonlinearity behaviour of the structure is summarized on the connections, and the step by step improved time-history analysis is used to calculate the dynamic response of the structure. Several numerical calculations which indicate the applicability and advantages of the proposed methodology are presented. These calculations illustrate the importance of the effect of the nonlinear behaviour of the flexible connections in the calculation of the dynamic response of steel frames.

The government is in the process of pursuing various resident-driven rural development projects for rural development. Accordingly, the government is promoting various software projects to enhance social capital in order to effectively involve residents in rural development projects. However, residents' participation in rural development projects is still passive, while passive residents' involvement creates various problems such as conflicts among residents in the process of project implementation and poor operation after project implementation. This study is intended to be a basis for inducing voluntary community participation in rural development projects by disclosing the intention of residents to participate in the community's internal solidarity with social capital and connection with external communities. According to the analysis of 195 rural residents, three groups were divided according to the level of social capital awareness. While individualist groups with low integration and social capital were 25.1%, they were more integrated, but the average family-oriented group was 42.5%, and social-development groups with high integration and linked social capital were 32.3%. This study is meaningful in that it revealed that the social capital of the resident community is an important factor in both the internal solidarity (integrity) and the external community connection (connectivity) in the rural area development project.

Bsusiness-to- Business transactions requires interactions between diverse application s and business. This gives rise to the need to for a common standard and protocol for exchanging busienss messages. and RosettaNet is the leading industry organization focused on developing B2B process standard for a global supply chain. This paper is intended as an investigation of Build-up Method of SCM Connection applying EC Standard(Rossetta-net) to reduce the integration effort, and improve extensibility and interoperability of an eBusiness infrastructure.-Intiative way for E-commerce applications to quickly incorporate new standards. Supply Chain Management (SCM) helps companies plan and execute supply to meet customer demand. The researches of modem scientists have thrown new light on the subject. but, The study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM system, which require to introduce the functions of EC, needs to be changed. Let me summarize the main points that have been made in this paper. The sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system, and PIP 3A4, order management module, of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net. Lastly, That shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems. This provides felxibility in incorporating any new emerging open standard.

국가 연구개발 사업은 그 규모가 점차 확대되고, 대형화되어가고 있어 연구 영역간의 융복합화 등이 활발하게 진행됨에 따라, 보다 객관적이고 공정한 사업선정과 예산관리의 투명성이 담보될 수 있는 시스템구축의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이기종간의 정보연계를 위한 표준 프레임워크를 제안하고, 이를 기반으로 국가 재정의 예산과 회계를 총괄하는 디지털예산회계시스템과 국가 연구개발 성과관리 및 성과평가를 담당하는 국가과학기술지식정보시스템의 정보연계를 위한 시스템을 고찰하여 연계를 위한 현황과 문제점을 해결하는 표준 정보연계 프레임워크의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.
