This paper is developed to demand management scenario of energy consumption efficiency improvement, electricity generation efficiency improvement, network efficiency improvement, change of distribution ratio, movement of energy source, change of heating system, put of CHP to quantitatively assess to impact on energy use of demand management at the national level. This scenario can be applied Energy System Management model was developed based on Energy Balance Flow. In addition, effect analysis through built demand management scenario was quantitatively evaluated integrated demand management effectiveness of energy cost saving, CO2 emission reduction and energy savings of national level by calculating to primary energy source usage change in terms of integration demand management effect more often than not a single energy source separated electricity, heat and gas.

This paper is developed to Energy Balance Flow show the flow of total energy resource be used nationally. The Energy Balance Flow is applicable of demand management factor through the analysis of foreign energy model of supply and demand and energy statistic data in the country. This study is based on and developed to Energy system management model is able to appraisal efficient of energy cost cutting, CO2 emission reduction and Energy saving at the national level calculated effect reached amount of primary energy to change of energy flow followed application of demand side management factor is able to appraisal quantitatively at the total energy to model of demand and supply.

본 연구에서는 램프미터링과 요금소 본선미터링을 이용한 고속도로 통합교통관리 전략을 제시하였다. 램프와 본선의 통합 미터링을 위해 FREQ에서 램프미터링 진입허용 교통량의 최적화에 사용되는 Demand-Capacity 모형을 수정하여 최적 신호시간 산정모형을 제시하였다. 본 모형은 구간별 통과교통량을 최대화하는데 목표가 있으며, 본선 요금소 및 램프의 미터링 신호시간을 결정할 수 있다. 서울외곽순환선의 김포요금소~시흥요금소 구간을 대상으로 PARAMICS와 API를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 효과분석을 시행하였다. 시뮬레이션 분석결과, 본선미터링을 통해 램프미터링 단독 운영 대비 본선을 소통원활 상태의 속도로 유지할 수 있었으며, 정체구간에서 본선의 통과교통량이 14% 개선된 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 요금소에서의 신호운영으로 400m의 대기행렬이 발생되나, 정체의 분산으로 인해 본선과 램프 모두에서 보다 효율적 교통운영이 가능함을 확인하였다.

This paper aims at developing an integrated fleet management support system for industrial carriers who usually control the vessels of their own or on a time charter to minimize the cost of shipping their cargoes. The work is mainly concerned with the operational management problem of the fleet owned by a major oil company, a typical industrial carrier. The optimal fleet management problem for the major oil company can be divided into two phase problem. The front end corresponds to the production operation problem of the transportation of crude oil, the refinery operation, and the distribution of product oil to comply with the demand of the market. The back end is to tackle the fleet scheduling problem to meet the seaborne transportation demand derived from the front end. Relevant optimization models for each phase are proposed and described briefly. Then a user-friendly integrated fleet management support system is built based on the proposed optimization models for both ends under Windows environment. A case study reflecting the practices of fleet management problem for the major oil company is carried out by using the system.

This paper presents a load management method based on OpenADR of smart grid. Previous demand side algorithm is restricted on reducing peak power. But, in this paper we suggest a method of performing the energy-saving control according to the power price utilizing building automatic control system installed on the customer side in the case of hourly differential pricing signal is transmitted to the open automated demand response system. And, we showed the integrated demand management software for 3 buildings.

Reasonable usage methods of energy resources, which are limited for human beings to use, consists of new & renewable energy (NRE) and demand side management (DSM). All technologies and policies for energy resources are classified into two fields, methods for using new energy resources and methods for using conventional fuel energy resources. Various development activities for these fileds have been implemented and various subsidy programs have been operated to penetrate into markets rapidly. These subsidy programs have various types of subsidy by energy resources and programs and the budget are funded by government, which is called Electric Power Industry Basis Fund and is managed considering technology level, economic analysis, global environment, etc. These subsidy programs are managed by Korea Energy Management Corporation (KEMCO) for NRE and by Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) for DSM, the management are different among two corporations because the purposes and features of establishment are different though these are all public organization. KEMCO is managing the NRE subsidy programs according to the government will, while the management of KEPCO subjects to power system operations though the government will for DSM is considered. NRE which is on the initial phase of diffusion would not affect on power system seriously but the affects could be grown when the diffusion and importance are expanded. Hence some integrated affection analyses considering NRE and DSM are required and this paper shows the concept of integrated operation strategies with ground source heat pump systems which are related with two fields simultaneously.

In recent years, the many electric saving methods are studied because of difficulty of meeting the demand. The electric energy management such as monitoring of branch power consumption, demand control, metering, power quality monitoring, electric safety monitoring can make energy saving. The purpose of this paper is to develop a system which can provide the integrated management of various functions required for energy management by consumers. In this system all functions which were embodied into each devices are integrated into intelligent meter. The developed systems are tested and implemented by installing at consumer electric distribution panel.

Background: In Korea, the problem of physician workforce imbalances has been a debated issue for a long time. This study aimed to draw key lessons and policy implications to Korea by analyzing projection models of physician demand/supply among five countries. Methods: We adopted theoretical framework and analyzed detail indicators used in projection models of demand/supply comparatively among countries. A systematic literature search was conducted using PubMed and Google Scholar with key search terms and it was complimented with hand searching of grey literature in Korean or English. Results: As a results, Korea has been used a supply-based traditional approach without taking various variables or environmental factors influencing on demand/supply into consideration. The projection models of USA and Netherlands which considered the diversity of variables and political issues is the most closest integrated approach. Based on the consensus of stakeholder, the evolved integrated forecasting approach which best suits our nation is needed to minimize a wasteful debate related to physician demand/supply. Also it is necessary to establish the national level statistics indices and database about physician workforce. In addition, physician workforce planning will be discussed periodically. Conclusion: We expect that this study will pave the way to seek reasonable and developmental strategies of physician workforce planning.

The study aims to identify the current status of aquaculture information in Korea and suggests policy directions for its integrated management. Firstly, the study focuses on the identification of the current status of aquaculture information by reviewing how aquaculture information is managed. Secondly, this study identifies problems such as lacks in necessary aquaculture information, inefficiency caused by dispersion and overlapping of information, absence of integrated management system and insufficient sharing of information. After identifying the current status of aquaculture information and its problems, the study suggests three basic directions to systematically integrate and manage the information such as establishment of infrastructure for promoting the integrated management of aquaculture information, generation and systematic management of useful aquaculture information and enhancement of user convenience. Finally, the study suggests detailed strategies such as establishment of a foundation to facilitate integrated management of aquaculture information, organization of organic network, sharing of more information, creation of necessary information through demand survey, creation of systematic management system, provision of a customized total service, and increase in education and PR activities on information use.

This study analyzes the integrated system of the hotel employment management and the differences between the persons of employment concerning and the applicants about the importance of the determinants of the employment around the five-star hotels in Seoul. Firstly, the integrated strategies are presented by 3 stages such as recruiting, selection and placement. And then the 15 determinants of the employment are derived to analyze the perceptional differences between the persons of employment concerning and the applicants about the important determinants and to present the reasons and strategical implications. The results of this study indicates that the strategy to make him/her aware of sufficient information about the hotel and job through the proper balancing demand and supply and the industry-university cooperation program order to maintain and utilize the human resource to be aligned with the business performance of the hotel.
