PMO의 관여도가 프로젝트성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of PMO Involvement on Project Performance)

  • Purpose This study is based on previous studies related to the function and operating system of the project management system for efficient project management. The purpose of the study is, first, to find out how the project performance is affected by the utilization of the project management system and the involvement of the PMO. Second, the mediating effect of implementing integrated management between the project management system and project performance is to be demonstrated. Design/methodology/approach Based on previous studies related to project management, this study designed a research model by integrating functional factors derived from project management system design studies, integrated management factors, and factors derived from PMO function studies. Findings As a result of the empirical analysis, this study first confirmed that high utilization of the project management system and high involvement of the PMO are factors that affect project performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the establishment of the system and the introduction of PMO do not guarantee project performance. Second, it was confirmed that the execution of integrated management has a mediating effect between the system and the project performance, and that the high utilization of the system has a positive effect on the mediating effect.

  • Agricultural irrigation facilities are designed to storage, carriage, distribution and drainage water. Although those facilities may have different primary purposes, their technical functions are interrelated systematically. This Study aimed at developing the optimized object for integrated design for irrigation facilities. of reservoir and channel facilities, which are related by irrigation system design. So, total 17 elementary facility object was developed.

  • 본 논문에서는 지하공간 통합지도를 탐사 현장에서 활용하기 위한 모바일 단말기용 서비스 시스템을 설계 구현한다. 모바일 단말기용 현장활용 서비스 시스템은 지하공간 통합지도 관리 시스템에서 제공하는 타일맵, 3차원 지형정보, 지하구조물, 지하시설물, 지반정보 등을 현재 위치에 따라 3차원으로 가시화하도록 설계되었고, 현장 탐사로 얻어진 결과를 실시간으로 반영하도록 설계되었다. 또한, 제안된 시스템은 모바일 단말기의 무선 네트워크 및 기기 특성에 따른 제약 문제로 지하공간 통합지도를 glTF 포맷 형태로 전송 후 가시화 하도록 구현하였다. 구현된 모바일 서비스 시스템은 지하공간 탐사 현장에서 3차원으로 지도 및 공간 객체들을 가시화하여 사용자에게 정확하고 통합된 지하공간 데이터를 제공함으로써 탐사 현장에서의 사고 발생을 방지할 수 있다. 그리고, 갱신된 지하공간 데이터를 실시간으로 지하공간 통합지도 관리 시스템에 전송하여 최신성과 정확성을 유지할 수 있다.

  • ASIC 설계용으로 이미 개발된 여러 CAD 도구 또는 추후 개발될 CAD도구들은 고유의 기능을 가지고 있으며, 서로 다른 환경에서 상이한 방식으로 운영되는 경우가 많다. 따라서 목표하는 최종적인 결과를 도출하기 위한 작업을 수행하기 위해서는 상호 밀접한 관계가 있는 여러 CAD도구들을 하나의 시스템에 통합하여 운영할 수 있는 통합 CAD Framework의 사용이 효과적이다. 본 논문에서는 주로 Unix Shell 상에서 개발된 기존의 국내외 CAD도구들을 Unix 운영체계의 X-windows라는 규격화된 그래픽 인터페이스 상에서 통합하여 수행할 수 있게 하는 기법을 소개한다. 이를 위해 메뉴 구성 및 실행 환경 설정을 위한 각종 파일 양식과 메타 언어를 정의ㆍ개발하였으며, 성능 확인을 위해 기존에 개발되어 있던 두 가지 CAD 도구들을 제안된 CAD Framework상에 통합시킨 Prototype 시스템을 개발하고, 이를 토대로 테스트하였다.

  • This paper proposes a method to adjust the turn ratio of a transformer for the high-efficiency operation of an LLC converter with a wide input range in a wired/wireless integrated charging system for electric vehicles. The characteristics of the inductive power transfer converter in the integrated charging system are analyzed to design the LLC converter, and the DC-link voltage range is derived. The aspect of voltage gain following each parameter of the LLC converter is analyzed, and the resonant network and transformer are designed. Based on the designed parameters, the feasibility of the design and control method is verified by implementing the operation of the LLC converter according to the DC-link and battery voltages.

무기체계의 안전 설계를 위한 DFMEA 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of DFMEA for Safety Design of Weapon System)

  • In this paper, we proposed the DFMEA Implementation Method for safety design of Weapon System. First, we presented the process for DFMEA. And then, the case analysis of OOO missile was performed in accordance with the process presented. After defining the system requirements of OOO missile, failure definition scoring criteria was set. In order to clarify the definition of failure, the failure was classified into safety, reliability, maintainability and others. After performing the function analysis, the relationship matrix analysis was performed to identify the failure mode according to the function without omission. After clarifying the failure classification, mode of failure, cause of failure and effect were analyzed to calculate the severity, occurrence and detection values. After the action priority was judged, the recommended action according to the failure classification was identified for the determined action priority. The results of this study can be used as a relevant basis for the design reflection and resource re-allocation of stakeholders.

  • This paper considers factory simulation based on shipbuilding CIM in which a computer integrated design and manufacturing system is considered. The author proposes the product model and several alterative functions for designing ship's structure, and develop a ship definition system for computer integrated design and manufacturing. This implemented system is called SODAS (System Of Design and Assembly for Shipbuilding). Object oriented concept is used to develop this system. As well as the product model, the design function cutting function, and virtual assembling function are introduced. By using the design function, any type of ship's structure can be designed. And also factory simulation can be carried out by using the cutting function and virtual assembling function.

복합재 형상의 FEA기반 설계를 위한 통합 CAD 시스템 (An Integrated CAD System for FEA-based Design of Heterogeneous Objects)

  • CAD systems are routinely used by designers for creating part geometries. Interfaces to CAE/CAM systems are also commonplace enabling the FEA-based design optimization and the rapid fabrication of the designed part. However, conventional CAD systems have thus far focused on objects with homogeneous interior. Two recent advances--use of heterogeneous objects such as Functionally Graded Materials (FGM) in parts and Layered Manufacturing Technology (LMT)--have brought to the forefront the need for CAD systems to support the creation of geometry as well as the graded material inside. We first describe the need and the components of such a CAD system for heterogeneous objects. A prototype CAD system is then described with one specific example (thermal barrier type FGM, pressure vessel) in order to illustrate the use of the implemented CAD system. The implemented system is manually integrated with FEA tools for optimal design. Our ongoing work involves the automation of the integration with FEA tools.

  • This paper describes the design and implementation of the DMI display based on ERTMS specification for the Integrated Onboard Signaling System (IOSS). IOSS is consists of ATS, ATC, and ATP based on ERTMS/ETCS Level 1. We propose an improved DMI display design which has single layout concept for the IOSS. When a train is in the ATS, ATC, or ATP railway section, it is protected by the ATS, ATC, or ATP equipment, respectively. Therefore, DMI should display the different information according to the each signaling system. We design DMI display implemented as single layout for ATP, ATS and ATC information. This single layout display has a well integrated look and feel using the ERTMS specification and layout. This is for the driver to perceive the information easily and not to experience inconvenience resulting from the sense of difference when the train crossed into the different signaling section. Finally, we show the implementation result following this concept.

  • PC that has been used extensively since the end of 1970 has extended its applicability to the structural analysis Held, and recently the study for advanced integrated structural design system is increasing. This paper concentrates on the steel greenhouse structure applying light steel element At first it provides GUI for correct input of structured analysis data from the pre-processor which models greenhouse structure and extracts a shape data from an analysis data file. Secondly, the data thus extracted is automatically connected with external analysis module. Thirdly, it takes up the study concequence of integrated structural design system for greenhouse that presents the analysis result as a diagram instead of a number.
