Since the decentralized structure and the blindness of a large-scale wireless network make it difficult to collect the real-time channel state or other information from random distributed relays, a fundamental question is whether it is feasible to perform the relay selection without this knowledge. In this paper, a Slotted ALOHA based Greedy Relay Selection (SAGRS) scheme is presented. The proposed scheme allows the relays satisfying the user's minimum transmission request to compete for selection by randomly accessing the channel through the slotted ALOHA protocol without the need for the information collection procedure. Moreover, a greedy selection mechanism is introduced with which a user can wait for an even better relay when a suitable one is successfully stored. The optimal access probability of a relay is determined through the utilization of the available relay region, a geographical region consisting of all the relays that satisfy the minimum transmission demand of the user. The average number of the selection slots and the failure probability of the scheme are analyzed in this paper. By simulations, the validation and the effectiveness of the SAGRS scheme are confirmed. With a balance between the selection slots and the instantaneous rate of the selected relay, the proposed scheme outperforms other random access selection schemes.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the level of complete knowledge about hand hygiene indications among nurses working at integrated nursing care service wards. Methods: A total of 127 nurses in eight integrated nursing care service wards completed structured sheets while observing a video based on six scenarios developed by the research team. Complete knowledge level was calculated as the percentage (%) of participants who responded correctly to all questions among participants. Complete knowledge levels according to the scenarios were calculated and compared according to general characteristics using the chi-squared test or Wilcoxon rank-sum test. Results: The complete knowledge level for each scenario ranged from 7.9% (scenario 6) to 42.5% (scenarios 4 and 5), and no one had complete knowledge of all scenarios. Only 3.1% of participants demonstrated complete knowledge in more than four scenarios, and 26.0% had complete knowledge of four or more hand hygiene moments. Complete knowledge level per scenario did not differ depending on work experience at hospitals and study wards, or prior hand hygiene training in the last year. Conclusion: As the complete knowledge level regarding hand hygiene moment is very low, it is suggested that regular hand hygiene training should be provided to nurses using video media that reflect real nursing tasks. Thus, they can acquire complete knowledge of when hand hygiene is needed or not during complex nursing work situations.

E-Government service is national project that is necessary for international competitiveness, openness of government and effectiveness of governmental work process. E-Government security is very important because it treats data has relatively high sensitivity. But, until now, the development point of E-Government service has been limited to only it's contents and infrastructure based on web without consideration of E-Government security. Lately research for E-Government security has been studied by some advanced country of E-Government service, but it is insufficient. To construct E-Government security based on web Infra, first of all, analysis of web service security technology is needed to precede. And then research for appling the technology to E-Government service are required. We propose secure E-Government service scenario with web service security technology based on development stages of E-Government service. We also suggest overall view and secure scenario of E-Government service in Integrated Computing Environment.

From the perspective of a post-industrial society, the main purpose of this study is to clarify the theoretical principles that distinguish service design from product service system (PSS) and to propose a new integrated design strategy. Service design is a user-centered design technique for improving or innovating existing services and solving problems in a continuous exploration and iteration process. On the other hand, PSS is a cutting-edge business approach for organizations looking to boost their competitiveness by providing integrated product and service capabilities to clients while also enhancing system operations. This paper discusses the concepts of service design and PSS, the present state of research, and design methodologies using a literature search. The distinctions between service design and PSS are examined and summarized during the design process. The ultimate content proposed in this study is to incorporate user experience into the PSS design process and propose a systematic process to meet users' needs to effectively implement the service design concept.

현재 인터넷 사용자의 증가와 더불어 사용자들이 원하는 서비스가 다양해짐에 따라 기존의 Best effort 서비스로는 사용자들이 요구하는 응용 서비스들을 제대로 지원할 수가 없게되었고, 이에 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)애서는 사용들의 QoS 제공을 위해 Integrated service model과 Differential service model이 제안되었다. 그러나 소규모 망에서 적용 가능한 Intserv와 대규모 망에서 사용적절한 Diffserv망의 service 방식이 다르기 때문에 End-to-End간에 QoS 제공을 위해서는 이에 대한 망의 연동이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 두 망간의 연동을 위한 Framework을 제안하였다.

This paper proposed a Web-based training service for product data management by supporting an integrated product data management system, various technical documents. and efficient communication systems. It also supports a general product development process and a consistent product data model that enable participants to experience management of consistent product information during the product development life cycle. The Web based environment of the service also provides participants with a collaborative workplace with other participants and a Web portal for all the components of the service.

Development of the digital technology made possible the Integrated media that is combined computer with information network technology. Integrated media is the data transferring method through the multimedia, and has been developed by the similar form with the human's information transferring system. For that reason, interface has been developed as the important theme, Human Computer Interaction, according to the formal development. Using interface is not activated yet for the lack of connection with various divisions and the system of the product development although interfaces formatic development is re-arranged and re-established in design. This is the try to construct new model of the interface by re-arrange of the factors for the information transferring form development on the ground of the mp3 service vending machine development. Interface is divided into logical I formatic and hardware I software for he systematic classification and also arranged so that anybody can understand. Consequently, presenting of the new integrated interface paradigm can make possible to suggest the fundamental framework that is the new direction of the design re-arranged by the integrated media.

In this paper, an SS-RRA protocol that is based on Code Division Multiple Access is proposed and analyzed under the integrated voice and data traffic load. The backward logical channels consist of slotted time division frames with multiple spreading codes per slot. The protocol uses a reservation mechanism for the voice traffic, and a random access scheme for the data traffic. A discrete-time, discrete-state Markov chain is used to evaluate the performance. The numerical results show that the performance can be significantly improved by a few distinct spreading codes.

To fulfill the railroad station's duties efficiently, it is essential to view passenger transfer system within the railroad station and in the vicinity of railroad station in the context of broader technological developments in easy access to railroad station. To do the direct service to local station or easy transfer to other mass transportation modes, necessary courses for local govemments and each transportation agency involvement should be taken and long-term integrated transfer strategy must be found. The research designed here was designed to derive a general overview of the integrated transfer patterns with an emphasis on passenger intermodal transportation system.
