In recent years, a lot of research was done for earth fault protection in ungrounded dc power supply system. As a result, selective-breaking integrated protective relaying system is developed in progress and is currently field-testing are planned. Algorithm on a PC using PSCAD done a lot of testing before performing field tests, but in this study developed algorithms and functions needed to determine whether they were operating normally. Therefore, simulated system is similar to the actual situation was required and made. selective-breaking algorithm verification and validation was performed with simulator.

안드로이드 플랫폼은 현재 단일 사용자 위주의 보호만을 지원하기 때문에 다중 사용자를 위한 보안 방법이 필요하다. 특히, 개인정보 및 금융정보가 담긴 어플리케이션과 같은 특정 앱 뿐만 아니라 콘텐츠 접근을 위한 권한 관리가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반 디바이스를 대상으로 통합된 사용자 인증 매니저 모델을 제안한다. 이를 통해 어플리케이션의 실행, 설치, 삭제를 세분화하여 관리할 수 있는 인증 매니저 모델을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze elementary school students' attitudes through field-experience teaming activities program for the integrated textbook on the environment issues. This study was conducted after implementing the field environmental education for fifth graders with the teaching-teaming plan applied to the field education and was based on the analysis of environment-related education for the fifth graders. A total of 64 elementary students, 32 in the experimental group and 342 in the control group, were involved in this study. The study used the instrument consisting of 36 Likert-type questions on attitudes toward environment. After going over the influences of the field environmental education program on the students, we found out the positive development in the pre-test and post-test, concerning all environmental themes, especially in the field of protection of animals, environmental pollution, and environment in general.

China has integrated maritime safety system which positively and effectively ensures safe navigation and environmental protection. This paper gives brief account on maritime safety rules and regulations, adminstrations and management mechanism, navigation aids and facilities, maritime communication and GMDSS etc. China is a developing country with fast economical growth. With a long coastline of 18,000 kilometers, and 5,000 more islands, China has a fairly developed shipping industry. China also sits in IMO Council as A member. In China , there are over 200 ports with an annual hadnling capacity of over 10,000 tons of cargo ; there are over 4,000 coasters and ocean-going ships with more than 3 million seafarers of which 1/3 being officers ; there are an aggregate gross tonnage 17 million gt for merchant ships. China ranks No.5 shipping country in the world as shown by Lloyd's Maritime Information Services Ltd. 1995. The Chinese shipping industry plays an important role in both domestic transportation and foreign trade. The Chinese government always attaches great importance to maritime safety . Since 1949, and from the adoption of reform-opening policy, China has gradually formed an integrated maritime safety system.

Electrostatic discharge(ESD) is a serious reliability concern. It causes approximately most of all field failures of integrated circuits. Inevitably, future IC technologies will shrink the dimensions of interconnects, gate oxides, and junction depths, causing ICs to be increasingly susceptible to ESD-induced damage [1][2][3]. This thesis shows the optimization of the ESD protection circuit based on the tested results of MM (Machine Model) and HBM (Human Body Model), regardless of existing Reference in fully silicided 0.18 um CMOS process. His thesis found that, by the formation of silicide in a source and drain contact, the dimensions around the contact had a less influence on the ESD robustness and the channel width had a large influence on the ESD robustness [8].

Digital content industry is growing rapidly because of the property of high-speed networking and greater demand for digital fulltext-image. However, we know the fact that it is many difficulty in production and supply for good quality of content. Hereupon, we suggest digital fulltext-image service framework to protect copyright. More concretely, we propose integrated model and reference model to securely serve digital fulltext-image by recompositing core objects and reconstructing the value-chain structure of digital content industry to framework including the process(from its production (creators or copyrighters) to consumption (users or consumers)). Also, we construct the digital fulltext- image service system based on reference model and reconstruct its interface that occurs between core subjects.

The setting of protective relays, which is critical to the system security, requires a huge volume of data and a lot of repetitive calculations. Therefore computerization of this process, named PROSET2000 is in progress in KEPCO. PROSET2000 is based on a power system protection database. The database must accomodate a variety of protective device data efficiently, which need be viewed and updated with ease. This paper suggests several database management functions for PROSET2000.

Experimental data have been obtained on the neutron elastic scattering cross sections for 55, 65 and 75 MeV neutrons, and non-elastic scattering cross sections for 40 to 80 MeV neutrons using the $^7Li(p,n)$ neutron source at TIARA of Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute and the TOF method. Data were obtained for C, Si, Fe, Zr, and Pb of natural elements. Elastic scattering data were obtained for 25 laboratory angles between 2.6 and 53.0 that clarified the angular distributions and angle integrated values. The data obtained were compared favorably with recent LA150 data library.

Electronic circuits are becoming more vulnerable owing to the development of integrated circuit. Computer and info-communication facilities are very sensitive to surges caused by lightning, and they can suffer a malfunction and damage. Recent concern about damage and upset caused by transient overvoltages has focused on surge protection. The most important parameter in surge protection is the transient grounding impedance. In this paper, the transient grounding impedances of a rod electrode have been measured under impulse current waves. Z-t, Z-i and V-i characteristics of the grounding electrode in according to the length of the grounding lead wire were obtained and analyzed.

By integrating WDM to OPS unit which plays an improtant role for the reliability of CPN, we made it possible to provide CATV, VOD, and high-speed data services simultaneously and to meet easily the requirements for new services in the future. For the design of optimal system, the link analysis of power budget has been perfomred. Also, the prototyped system has been tested with STM-1 level signals to confirm functions such as transmission, distribution, and protection. The results proved that when occurred out-of-order or recovery of ONU, the system did the pertinent switching with minimum loss for high-speed data services. Also for video distribution services, the system has distributed STM-1 level signals sucessfully.
