한국·미국·영국의 유아교육기관 원장 리더십역량 교육체계 비교분석 (A comparative analysis of Leadership Competency Education System in Korea, US and UK)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관의 질적 향상과 효율적인 운영을 위해 원장의 리더십역량을 지속적으로 개발을 할 수 있는 통합적인 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 미국과 영국의 원장연수교육체계의 내용을 분석하여 그 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째, 유아교육기관 원장의 다양한 리더십 역량에 대한 관점과 개념들을 고찰하고 둘째, 한국 미국 영국의 유아교육기관 원장의 리더십 역량 강화를 위한 교육체계를 비교분석하였다. 이를 토대로 시사점을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역량은 고정된 것이 아니라 학습을 통해 개발될 수 있으며 개개인의 특성과 조직에 적합한 리더십 역량을 유아교육기관 원장의 역량으로 재 개념화한 가시적인 지식과 기술, 비가시적인 자기개념, 특질, 그리고 동기가 통합적으로 발휘되는 능력을 바탕으로 '리더십 역량개발계획'을 수립 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 미국과 영국의 원장 및 교장의 역량을 강화시키는 연수제도와 같이 지속적이고 체계적인 연수프로그램 운영의 도입과 실천을 위해 1회의 연수로 자격증을 취득하고 유지되는 제도에서 벗어나 5년을 주기로 자격증을 갱신하는 제도를 도입할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 연수방법이 다양화 되어야 한다. 미국과 영국의 경우 지방별로 독립적인 연수기관, 대학, 교사센터, 민간기구나 협회 등 다양한 방법과 다양한 장소에서 협력적으로 연수가 이루어지는 것처럼 각 시도별 연수기관과 대학교, 교사센터, 교육정보연구원, 민간기구 등 다양한 기관들의 협력 체제를 구축하여 유아교육기관 원장의 리더십 역량을 다양한 방법으로 강화할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 유아교육기관 원장의 자격연수와 추후 직무연수의 내용과 방법이 획일적인 수준에서 벗어 날 수 있도록 연수를 맡고 있는 대학이나 연구 단체에서 현장에서 필요한 행정의 지식과 내용을 반영하는 체계적인 교육과정 내용에 대한 연구가 우선적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

한국 재난관리체계의 문제점과 개선방향 (A Study on the Administration System for Disaster Relief in Korea)

  • The scale of disasters is very large, also the influence of disasters is irreversible. Korean people has continuously learned how to deal with disaster management law. However, as time goes by after the many disaster, the concern with the disaster management by the people seems to become old and banal topic which nobody has interest in. If so, can it be said that our society is safe from the disaster? This study start from critical mind of asking this question. This study puts an emphasis on the problems such as following; To realize whole concept of disaster management provided in the basic civil defense law, the combined disaster management should be required to be established, the combined law should play a integral part for prevention for the disaster and should be a concrete basis of various laws for disaster management. Establishing a consolidated organization for disaster managing and united response organization is necessary. This consolidated organization is not temporary one such as civil disaster control headquarter but permanent one such as Disaster Management Office which controls an over all aspects of disaster management. Temporary organization should not be divided into natural calamity and man-made calamity but integrated one as a single control tower for all sorts of disasters. The police and army under fire fighting system should be reconsidered. It is necessary to make leadership system on the disaster place more substantial centered around present fire fighting system. To do so, more clear division of duty is required. The working condition should be improved so that all public servants in this agency can play their roles with pride and worth. The resource owned the existing administrative organization must be used by an appointment system. And to manage a large scale of disaster, it is necessary to have interorganizational network system which many specialized organization including volunteer group are integrated. And the natural disaster happen, many professionals and volunteers are distributed to the spots of disaster in the right man in the right place. Finally, citizen's consciousness about safety supervision needs to be recover.

In Search of Corporate Growth and Scaleup: What Strategies Drive Unicorns and Hyper-Growing Companies?

  • Based on the findings of Lee et al.(2020) and Lee & Oh(2021), this paper aims to fill the gap in our knowledge regarding the relationship between strategic choices and corporate growth by utilizing a novel dataset of 'Unicorn' and 'Hyper-growing' companies. Two previous studies provide coherent findings that the relationship between firms' strategies and their performance should be explored under a more comprehensive framework with consideration of both internal and external factors. Therefore, in this study, we apply a single conceptual framework to two different datasets, which considers the strategy factors as independent variables, and the industry(market) and the firm age as moderating variables. For our dependent variables, valuations for unicorn companies and revenue CAGR for hyper-growing companies are used after categorizing them into three uniform groups. The strategy variables include 'Generic (Cost-leadership, Differentiation, focus) strategies', 'Growth(Organic, M&A) strategies', 'Leading(Pioneer, Fast-follower) strategies', 'Target market(B2B, B2C, B2G, C2C) strategies', 'Global(Global, Local) strategies', 'Digital(Online, Offline) strategies.' For industry(market) factors, it consists of historical growth rate for industries and economic, demographic, and regulatory aspects of states and countries. To overcome the differences in their units, they are also uniformly categorized into multiple groups. Before we conduct a regression analysis, we analyze the industry distribution of the 'Unicorn' and the 'Hyper-growing' companies with descriptive statistics at the integrated and individual levels. Next, we employ hierarchical regression models on Study A('Unicorn' companies in 2019) and Study B('Hyper-growing' companies in 2019) under the same comprehensive framework. We then analyze the relationship between the 'strategy' and the 'performance' factors with two different approaches: 1) an integrated regression model with both the sample of Study A and B and 2) respective regression models on Study A and B. This empirical study aims to provide a complete understanding and a reference to which strategy factors should be considered to promote firms' scale-up and growth.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도서관활용수업 활성화를 위한 정보활용능력과 교과 교육과정의 연계 전략으로써 교육 공동체 구성하기-수업전략 세우기-학습지 평가지 개발하기의 적용 사례를 제시하는 것이다. 본 사례에서는 교육 공동체에 10학년 국어, 국사, 한국지리 교사와 사서교사가 참여하였다. 그리고 교과 간 관련성을 가진 통합 학습주제를 개발하고 도서관활용수업 운영 전략을 설계하였다. 끝으로 정보문제 해결모형과 학습자료 이용 모형을 포함하는 학습지와 평가지를 개발하였다. 이 방법은 학생들에게 학습자료를 이용할 수 있는 충분한 시간을 제공할 수 있다. 그리고 정보활용능력을 체계적으로 지도하는데 도움이 될 것으로 보인다. 또한 사서교사가 학습 공동체에서 리더십과 파트너십을 향상하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

유아교사 갈등관리 유형이 협동적 조직문화에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Early Childhood Teacher's Styles for Conflict Management Type on Cooperative Organizational Culture)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 갈등관리유형이 협동적 조직문화에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 연구대상은 중소도시 I시 유아교육기관에 재직 중인 교사 138명이다. 검사도구는 유아교사의 협동적 조직문화 및 갈등관리 유형에 대한 설문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구대상의 pearson의 적률상관 관계를 분석하고, 유아교사의 갈등관리 유형이 협동적 조직문화에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사의 협동적 조직문화와 갈등관리 유형 전체는 관계가 있었다. 협동적 조직문화 전체는 특히 갈등관리 유형의 통합형과 가장 높은 관계가 있었으며, 그 다음은 타협형, 배려형, 지배형의 순서로 나타났다. 반면 회피형과는 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 협동적 조직문화에 미치는 갈등관리 유형의 하위요인은 통합형이 가장 높은 영향력을 지니고 그 다음은 배려형이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 협동적 조직문화의 하위영역에서 협동적 지도성에는 통합형이 가장 높은 영향력 지니고, 그 다음은 배려형이 영향력을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 협동성, 동료지원, 학습 동반자에는 통합형이 가장 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아교육 현장에서 유아교사의 갈등관리에 대한 중요성을 인식시키는 계기가 되었으며, 갈등관리 유형과 협동적 조직문화에 대한 인식을 제고하게 되었다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

졸업을 앞둔 간호학생의 핵심간호역량 측정도구 개발 (Development of Nursing Competence Scale for Graduating Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a nursing competence scale for soon to be graduate nursing students and to verify its validity and reliability. Methods: This study is a methodological study for development of a scale. Based on literature review and group discussion of 13 professional experts, 40 preliminary items were developed and the content validity was verified. Psychometric testing was performed and data were collected from 141 soon to be graduate nursing students of a university. Construct validity was verified by factor analysis and reliability was calculated. Results: The analyses resulted in a scale named the Nursing Competence Scale for Graduating Nursing Students (NCS-GNS), consisting of 30 items covering eight categories: nursing professionalism, integrated nursing through critical thinking, communication skills, nursing leadership, respect for life, stress management, nursing research, and core nursing skills. For the entire scale, the explained variance was 66.72% and Cronbach's alpha was 0.906. Conclusion: NCS-GNS was developed and its validity and reliability were verified. This scale can be used to evaluate nursing competence for graduating nursing students.

Developing a University-Community Partnership Model Integrating Research and Intervention to Improve Food Decisions in Families and Communities

  • A major goal of the Community Plant Food Project is to develop partnerships between the Cornell Community Nutrition Program and Community-based organizations, including Cooperative Extension. A core principle behind this work is integrating research and intervention. Based on our work in Rochester, New York, we have developed a process and principles for effective partnerships. This new paradigm what we call the University-Community Partnership Model is a team effort that builds on the experiential literature in the fields of communication, leadership, community and team development, sociology, and participatory research and action. We have applied this model both to increase our understanding of Family Food Decision-making and to develop programs for families. In this project, we have used a variety of qualitative methods to understand food decisions from the perspectives of families and community stakeholders, including a group method for analyzing our qualitative interview data. For our survey of families, we developed the Enhanced Response Method, an approach for improving the validity and reliability of community surveys with families and, at the same time, building relationships with families and other stakeholders in the community for integrated and sustainable interventions. Because the knowledge we develop through the partnership and the interventions we seek to implement are products of the process, we are constantly seeking to refine this knowledge and to adapt emerging interventions through an ongoing evaluation process we call the Continuous Improvement Method.

학교정보화를 위한 교장과 사서교사의 협력에 관한 연구 (Principals and Teacher-Librarians Working Within an Information Literate School Community-Research from Korea)

  • 이 연구는 학교장과 사서교사의 협력관계가 학교사회의 정보화에 미치는 영향을 알기 위하여 진행된 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 학교장의 학교도서관에 대한 이해, 사서교사에 대한 지원, 정보화에 대한 이해 등을 설문서를 통하여 조사하였으며, 같은 질문을 사서교사에게도 함으로서 학교장 자신이 생각하는 것과 사서교사들이 받아들이는 관점의 차이를 조사하였다. 선행연구들에 나타난 것과 같이 학교장의 이해와 협력은 학교사회의 정보화를 위하여 필수적인 것이나 조사 결과 우리나라 학교장의 정보화에 대한 이해 정도나 지원은 부족하였으며 또한 교장 자신들이 스스로 생각하는 것에도 미치지 못하고 있다는 것이 밝혀졌다.

The Relationship between Perceived Access to Finance and Social Entrepreneurship Intentions among University Students in Vietnam

  • Social entrepreneurship is increasingly gaining interest in developing countries for the great benefits of society. In Vietnam, the concept of social entrepreneurship is still quite new. Entrepreneurial intention is regarded as a useful and practial approach for understanding actual entrepreneurial behavior. The purpose of this paper is to develop an integrated model based on planned behavior to examine the direct and indirect effect of perceived access to finance on social entrepreneurial intention. The confirm factor analysis to study the latent constructs underlying determinants of planned behavioral theory, perceived access to finance and social entrepreneurial intention. Then, it applies the technique of structural equation modeling to explore relationships among latent constructs. There is no direct relationship between perceived access to finance and social entrepreneurial intention. Perceived access to finance only indirectly increases entrepreneurial intention through attitude towards behavior and perceived behavioral. This study focuses on the perceptual factor of financial access that affects entrepreneurial intentions. The study does not cover other in-depth issues of social entrepreneurship such as decision making, leadership, personality traits, social capital, and human capital. To establish an environment with a strong social entrepreneurial intention, a focus on developing perceived access to finance is an extremely important factor. This study also suggests that attitude towards behavior and perceived behavioral have a strong impact to social entrepreneurship.

  • The purpose of this study is to remind the necessity of reengineering establishment of future-oriented fashion industry and to research the devices for the devices for the system establishment at this present time when the consumer\`s demands level is extremely high. This research has been done by the literature review of the relative articles, books and the case study. First, through the analysis of the important changes and movements of fashion industry environment by the environmental interpretation model of Draft and Weick, the strategic development, corresponding the environment change of fashion industry, has been attempted. Second, this study examined QR integration management method according to the Kunz\`s behavior theory of the apparel firms. Third, as the prior occupation strategy regarding the things can be done very well from now on the things are needed, the necessity and establishment of SCM, based on companionship and beyond the boundary between the companies has been studied through the exchange of the data of manufacture and sales which has been regarded as the secret of the companies. Finally, to become a company to lead the market, in addition to the re-organization of the internal process of a company with the leadership which has the clear vision for the consumer\`s satisfaction, the process have ti be integrated under the cooperation with its business partners and the cost have to be reduces, and the which takes to correspond to the consumer\`s requirements have to be reduced.
