소방 방재청에서 실시하여 온 시범사업 및 확장 1차 사업을 통하여 구축된 시스템은 국산화율이 매우 낮은 상황으로서 시스템제조업자의 제조 중단 등이 발생할 경우 통합망의 유지관리에 상당한 지장을 초래하게 된다. 이 문제를 방지하기 위해서는 단말기는 물론이고 중앙시스템에 대한 주요 부품의 국산화가 요구된다. 즉 통합네트워크 시스템의 기술종속 방지 및 국산화 대책 마련이 필요한 상태이다. 본고는 기술종속 및 독점 요소 분석을 통한 국산화방안에 대한 정책방향을 제시한다.

So far, Korean command post vehicles(CPs) have used voice-only radio communication among the mechanized troop units such MBTs and IFVs, etc. But digital data communication technology should be introduced to improve mission success capabilities and accommodate integrated combat capabilities through increasing SA(situation Awareness), or spatiotemporal synchronization of military operation in battle field environment. Therefore, conventional CPs, which have been operated without digital network, urgently needs to mount a battle management system which furnish with tactical information network, considering that korean new MBTs or new IFVs will be fielded soon. This study suggests some performance enhancement method which might be applicable to CPs which have a role of connecting Battalion unit to Brigade C4I system.

In this paper we introduce a software package, the Very long baseline interferometry Network SIMulator (VNSIM), which provides an integrated platform assisting radio astronomers to design Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) experiments and evaluate the network performance, with a user-friendly interface. Though VNSIM is primarily motivated by the East Asia VLBI Network, it can also be used for other VLBI networks and generic interferometers. The software package not only integrates the functionality of plotting (u, v) coverage, scheduling the observation, and displaying the dirty and CLEAN images, but also adds new features including sensitivity calculations for a given VLBI network. VNSIM provides flexible interactions on both command line and graphical user interface and offers friendly support for log reports and database management. Multi-processing acceleration is also supported, enabling users to handle large survey data. To facilitate future developments and updates, all simulation functions are encapsulated in separate Python modules, allowing independent invoking and testing. In order to verify the performance of VNSIM, we performed simulations and compared the results with other simulation tools, showing good agreement.

대부분의 기존 통합 리모컨은 동일한 제조회사의 특정 제품군만을 제어할 수 있다. 또한, 시그널 기반의 단방향 통신을 이용하므로 가전기기의 상태를 모니터링 할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 Wireless Personal Area Network 상에서 가전기기의 상태를 관찰할 수 있는 동적 재구성이 가능한 양방향 통합 리모컨의 소프트웨어 프레임워크를 제안한다. 동적 재구성이 가능한 통합 리모컨은 제어 대상인 가전기기의 프로필에 따라 제어를 위한 GUI를 동적으로 생성함으로써 해당 가전기기를 제어할 수 있도록 재구성할 수 있다. 즉, 하나의 통합 리모컨을 통해 프로필을 가진 모든 가전기기를 제어하고 모니터링 할 수 있다.
