Silicon-based 0.69-inch AMOEL microdisplay with integrated driver and timing controller circuits for microdisplay applications has been developed using 0.35 ${\mu}m$ l-poly 4-metal standard CMOS process with 5 V CMOS devices and CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) technology. To reduce the large data programming time consumed in a conventional current programming pixel circuit technique and to achieve uniform display, de-amplifying current mirror pixel circuit and the current-mode data driver circuit with threshold roltage compensation are proposed. The proposed current-mode data driver circuit is inherently immune to the ground-bouncing effect. The Monte-Carlo simulation results show that the proposed current-mode data driver circuit has channel-to-channel non-uniformity of less than ${\pm}$0.6 LSB under ${\pm}$70 mV threshold voltage variaions for both NMOS and PMOS transistors, which gives very good display uniformity.

This paper describes the design and fabrication of a high performance digital tuning analog component integrated circuit that contains a television station detector and decoders(H and L types). When the comparator level sampling method is used, this integrated circuit can be used as a stable channel selector for an external circuit with very large signal variation. It has been fabricated using the SST bipolar standard process and its chip size is 2.2x2.1mm\ulcorner As a result, we have succeeded in fabricating the IC that satisfies the D.C characteristics, and the channel station detector and decoder function.

수직 방향성결합기 구조에서 결합파장 및 결합분포를 달리하는 결합기 4개를 포함하는 헙대역 파장역다중기를 제안하고 동작특성을 모의실험 하였다. 너비가 다른 네 개의 ridge 광도파로를 동일한 strip상에 집적하여 수직결합시킴으로써 각각의 ridge 광도파로가 개별 파장여과기로 동작한다. 각 채널에서 발생하는 부엽(side-lobe)을 억제하기 위해 두 광도파로 간의 결합계수를 광파 진행방항으로 변화시켰다. 모의실험 결과 1.55 ㎛ 중심파장 대역에서 채널간격은 7 nm 이고 각 채널은 1.7 nm의 3-dB 통과대역폭, 20dB의 부엽억제비 및 약 90%의 광전력 전달효율을 보이면서 각 채널이 균일한 광여과 응답특성을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다.

We designed and constructed integrated 3-channel flux-locked-loop (FLL) electronic system for the control and readout of high-T$_{c}$ SQUIDs. This system consists of low noise preamplifiers, integrators, interface circuits, and software. FLL operation was carried out with biased signals of 19 KHz modulated current and 150 KHz modulated flux, which are reconstructed as detected signals by preamplifier and demodulator. Computer controlled interface circuits regulate FLL circuit and adjust SQUID parameters to the optimum operating condition. The software regulates interface circuits to make an auto-tuning for the control of SQUIDs, and displays readout data from FLL circuit. 3-channel SQUID electronic system was assembled with 3 FLL-interface circuit boards and a power supply board in the aluminum case of 56 mm ${\times}$ 53 mm${\times}$ 150 mm. Overall noise of the system was around 150 fT/(equation omitted)Hz when measured in the shielded room, 200 fT/(equation omitted)Hz in a weakly shielded room, respectively.y.

본 논문에서는 높은 공간 상관도(spatial correlation)를 가지는 massive MIMO(multiple-input multiple-output) 시스템에서 Compressive Sensing 기반의 제한적 피드백 알고리즘을 제안한다. 현실적으로 많은 안테나를 설치하기 위해 기지국에서는 조밀한 uniform square array를 가정하였다. 또한 다중 사용자를 지원하기 위해 기지국에서는 영점강제(zero-forcing) 프리코더를 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 제안한 피드백 알고리즘이 기존의 random vector quantization 코드북 보다 더 좋은 성능을 보이고 피드백 오버헤드와 코드북 인덱스를 찾는 계산량이 감소함을 보였다.

수직형 채널을 가지는 4-비트 SONOS 플래시 메모리를 이용하여, 고집적화된 3차원 형태의 NOR 플래시 메모리 어레이를 제안하였다. 수직형 채널을 가지기 때문에, 집적도의 제한 없이 충분히 긴 채널을 가질 수 있다. 이로 인하여, 짧은 채널의 멀티 비트 메모리에서 발생할 수 있는 비트 간의 간섭효과, 짧은 채널 효과, 및 전하 재분포 현상을 해결 할 수 있다. 또한, 제시된 어레이는 3차원 형태를 기반으로 고집적화되어, 발표된 NOR 중에서 최소의 셀 크기 값인 $1.5F^2$/bit을 가진다.

Comprehensive programming channels are based on recognition of the parent company, their parent newspaper has increased brand awareness. In this paper, the comprehensive channels to look at the structure of the channel brand architecture, a certain brand of newspapers and comprehensive channels have a effect on the formation of the image of the channel according to the future of the brand extension strategy for MPP. Referring to the brand architecture, which reveals the structural system of the brand, it is argued that TV Chosun and MBN take the integrated corporate brand strategy, while JTBC tries to mix and balance the brands of the parent corporation and its own independent one. Exceptionally, Channel A doesn't take a name of its parent corporation 'Dong-A'. It is argued that the comprehensive programming channels utilize and take the parent corporate brand, mixed brand, and independent brand in accordance with circumstances of their own parent corporates. Their parent brand of comprehensive channels give viewers a positive image and awareness of comprehensive channel brand. while building its own channel images, TV Chosun and Channel A Conservative extension of a certain brand marketers to be bound by the channel's image. Brand extension of comprehensive channels is to have the strength of their entry into the genre that is most likely higher.

Creating a new retailing environment to meet the seamless experience requirements of consumers is a challenge for Omnichannel-related businesses. Based on the "appraisal-emotion-response" chain, the purpose of this research is to explore the psychological mechanism of omnichannel integration influencing customer retention and the moderating effect of customer showrooming experience. This research uses a structural equation model in partial least square software to analyze a two-stage survey (Study 1: n = 210; Study 2: n = 342) conducted in China. The results show that channel control experience has three dimensions: perceived channel attribute familiarity, channel type matching, and cross-channel access convenience; consistent interactive experience has two dimensions: information cross-channel consistency and cross-channel service support. Furthermore, both channel control experience and consistent interactive experience are favorable for customer retention through increased customer satisfaction (transactional and retailer satisfaction). Finally, customer showrooming experience positively moderates the relationship between consistent interactive experience and customer satisfaction. This research proposes a self-regulation process model to explain how omnichannel integration enhances consumers' experience, finally leading to consumer retention. The findings contribute to the omnichannel retail business literature and provide management implications for Asian retailers to implement an omnichannel business strategy.

Since the decentralized structure and the blindness of a large-scale wireless network make it difficult to collect the real-time channel state or other information from random distributed relays, a fundamental question is whether it is feasible to perform the relay selection without this knowledge. In this paper, a Slotted ALOHA based Greedy Relay Selection (SAGRS) scheme is presented. The proposed scheme allows the relays satisfying the user's minimum transmission request to compete for selection by randomly accessing the channel through the slotted ALOHA protocol without the need for the information collection procedure. Moreover, a greedy selection mechanism is introduced with which a user can wait for an even better relay when a suitable one is successfully stored. The optimal access probability of a relay is determined through the utilization of the available relay region, a geographical region consisting of all the relays that satisfy the minimum transmission demand of the user. The average number of the selection slots and the failure probability of the scheme are analyzed in this paper. By simulations, the validation and the effectiveness of the SAGRS scheme are confirmed. With a balance between the selection slots and the instantaneous rate of the selected relay, the proposed scheme outperforms other random access selection schemes.
