For the purpose of developing Milk-based nutritional education program, this study analyzed the awareness of milk and milk nutritional knowledge of elementary/middle/high school students and set appropriate instructional goals for milk nutritional education program. According to the analysis results, 49.6% of total subjects know a little about the milk, otherwise 42.3% of total subjects don't know it Elementary school students know better than other students. Therefore, the instructional goals of nutritional education program were set as follows, that improve the level of the awareness about milk, and to increase the understanding on the knowledge about milk, and to practice proper milk intake behavior. Based on these goals established as the above, educational contents were established that would be expected in elementary, middle, and high school students after milk nutritional education. Therefore, the development of education program and the evaluation of education effects were to be performed on the basis of educational goals and contents for milk nutritional education program.
Due to the fashion industry taking responsibility for their garment manufacturing, a significant number of UK universities are focusing on combining sustainability in their curriculum to support future employees' skills and knowledge in sustainable fashion. A proper understanding of educational and instructional theories is needed to develop effective teaching and learning materials and environments. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the Fashion Design module created with consideration of sustainability using ADDIE instructional model. For evaluation, the teaching materials, including the module brief and the PowerPoint slides for each session, were used. Ten students were interviewed and observed along with two tutors, also interviewed to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the module from a variety of viewpoints. With sustainable fashion being embedded into specialized higher education courses, tutors decided to incorporate sustainability into the module as an introduction to this topical subject in order to build a stronger foundation of knowledge and challenge traditional ways of working. Results showed that combining sustainability into the design and technical sessions had a positive influence on students who built upon their existing knowledge. Tutors researched the need for change within the industry in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and aligned the content to inform the students of the current crisis. This study could provide a guideline to create instructional material for sustainable fashion design courses.
This study was conducted as a part of the project to evaluate the quality of mathematics instruction in the national curriculum system. The purpose of this study is to measure the consistency between teaching goals of mathematics curriculum, contents presentation of textbooks, and testing including adequacy of each element in mathematics instruction for 8th grade. To do this, we used MIQP (instructional quality profile for Mathematics) developed basing on the instructional quality profile (IQP) in the previous research of the project. First, the quality of textbooks' content presentation for 8th grade was found that the desirable levels in number and operation area and geometric area was relatively less compared to other areas, but it was generally good. Second, it was found that the quality of mathematics testing for 8th grade was good in terms of consistency with the curriculum's teaching goals, consistency with the content presentation of textbooks, and adequacy of testing. However, regional differences in the quality of testing showed that there were some deficiencies in regions outside the metropolitan.
For the purpose of developing 'Web-Based Nutritional Education Program', this study analyzed nutritional problems of junior/senior high school students and set appropriate instructional goals for nutritional education program. Survey questionnaires were distributed from October 21,2002 to October 26, 2002 to a total of 564 students at three junior high schools and five senior high schools located in Seoul. The total number of questionnaires collected and used in our study was 479, which is 84.9% of the total questionnaires distributed. According to the survey results, three student groups (male and female students at junior high schools and female students at senior high schools) had lower than an ideal body weight. In case of their Basal Metabolic Indices (BMI), the female students and junior high school students showed a tendency to be underweight, while the other three student groups were within the normal range. The result of the survey showed that all four groups of students showed a deficiency in nutrient intake of calories, calcium and thiamin when compared with Korean RDA. Particularly, in the case of the female students at senior high schools, the deficiency of iron intake was a problem. The survey about food attitudes and food habits of the students showed that the senior high school students had more problems when compared with their junior high school counterparts (p < .001). Therefore, the instructional goals of nutritional education program were set as follows: 1) To improve the level of understanding and the perception of junior and senior high school students about the importance of a dietary lifestyle. 2) To change food attitudes and nutritional knowledge related to individual dietary 1ifestyle, so as to maintain good health through the enhancement of the students' physical activities. We found out that it is critically important to factor in the existing problems of food attitudes and food habits, as well as nutrient intake among junior and senor high school students when setting objectives for nutritional education programs. e-Learning content can be defined as digital content to achieve educational goals. Since it is an educational material that can be distributed in offline, online, and mobile environments, it is important to create content that meets the learner's education environment and educational goals. In particular, if the learner is a public official, the vision, philosophy, and characteristics of each local government must reflect. As non-face-to-face online education expands further due to the COVID-19 pandemic, local governments that have relied on onsite education in the past urgently require developing strong basic competency education and special task competency content that reflect regional characteristics. Such e-learning content, however, hardly exists and the ability to independently develop them is also insufficient. In this circumstance, this case study describes the process of self-production of e-learning content suitable for Busan's characteristics by the Human Resource Development (HRD) Institute of Busan City, a local government. The field of instructional design and instructional technology is always evolving and growing by blending technological innovation into instructional platform design and adapting to the changes in society. Busan HRD Institute (BHI), therefore, tried to implement blended learning by developing content that reflected the recent trend of micro-learning in e-learning through a detailed analysis. For this, an e-learning content developer with certain requirements was selected and contracted, and the process of developing content through a collaboration between the client and developer was described in this study according to the ADDIE model of Instructional Systems Development (ISD).
As a part of attempts to understand better mathematics classroom culture, this paper first reviews plausible factors which influence the mathematics teacher's own development of instructional goals. The proposed factors consist of teacher characteristics and sociocultural factors. The teacher factors include learning and teaching experience, knowledge, beliefs, and personality traits. The sociocultural factors include cultural and educational norms, curriculum development and administration, teacher education, and professional models with community, This paper then presents detailed interview questions to explore significant influences on the teacher's conceptions of mathematics and its teaching. The interview probes 12 topic areas: (a) early influences on becoming a teacher, (b) the decision to become a teacher, (c) the teacher education years, (d) early mathematics interests, (e) early teaching experiences, (f) career path, (g) influence of peers within the school, (h) influence of administrators, (i) professional development, (j) professional self-development, (k) mathematics teaching, and (i) educational policies.
As the educational paradigm has shifted from the traditional knowledge oriented instruction learning to the knowledge product oriented instructional learning, the development of student's creativity becomes one of the most important educational goals, because the ability that can produce the knowledge creatively is required in the digital information knowledge based society. The purpose of this study is to make a basic direction and strategy for the instructional design to develop an on and off line blended instructional design which will help a learning community to be a more collaborative and creative learning community. This research has investigated the concept and the characteristics of collaborative creativity and creative problem solving as the theoretical basis of the design. After that, on the basis of the theories connected with the collaborative creativity theory, the direction and the strategies for the development of collaborative creativity was designed. The design was applied into the real learning community and finally proved the effectiveness of the learning model for the development of the collaborative creativity by the quantitative evaluation.

The purpose of this study is to design and implement an instructional model for flipped learning of programming class. Because a programming process requires a high level of abstract thinking with a good understanding of a programming language, many students have difficulty in programming. For this characteristic of programming, it is not easy to effectively achieve learning goals of programming lesson by lecturing grammatical elements of a programming language and the following examples in a limited class time. In order to overcome these problems and to make effective programming lessons, we designed an instructional model based on flipped learning. Especially, in this study, we analyzed learners' difficulties in programming learning and errors that occurred in actual programming process for designing the instructional model. As a result of applying this model to the class, it was found that the students were generally satisfied with the lesson by having positive communication with other students in the classroom and actively participating in the learning.
