시설아동의 사회적 능력에 관한 변인 연구: 정서지능과 학교생활만족도를 중심으로 (Factors related to Institutional Children's Social Competence)

  • This study examined effects of emotional intelligence and satisfaction of school life on the social competence of institutional children. Data were collected from institutional children of 300 10-12 year old and questionnaire measures were employed. Data were analyzed by t-test, pearson's correlation and multiple regression analyses. Relationships were found between emotional intelligence and social competence as well as satisfaction of school life and social competence. Components of emotional intelligence and satisfaction of school life that predicted social competence were emotional facilitation of thinking and personal relationship between friends. Degree of personal relationship between friends was the most powerful predictor of institutional children's social competence.

공공서비스 조직의 서비스역량이 서비스품질에 미치는 영향관계 연구 : 주거복지서비스를 중심으로 (Effect of Professional Competence of Public Institutions on Service Quality: Focused on Housing Welfare Service)

  • 공공서비스는 국민들이 더 바람직한 생활을 하도록 하기 위하여 공공적 목적으로 제공되는 재화나 인적 서비스로 정의할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 공공서비스를 제공하는 조직의 서비스역량의 구성요인을 고객지향 문화역량, 지식공유역량, 접점직원역량으로 정의하고 있다. 공공서비스 조직의 서비스역량이 서비스품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정하고 공공 주거복지서비스를 제공하는 조직과 고객들을 대상으로 실증분석한 결과 고객지향 문화역량과 지식공유역량은 긍정적인 영향을 미치나 접점직원의 역량은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 공공서비스 조직의 서비스역량은 시너지 효과를 발휘하여 서비스품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 서비스에 대한 조직역량이 중요함을 보여주고 있다.

The Impacts of Institutional Environment, Social Capital and Strategic Importance on Knowledge Sharing and Performance

  • Employing a sample of 126 suppliers in Korean electronic industry, this research examined the effects of institutional environment, social capital and strategic importance in manufacturer-supplier relationships on knowledge sharing. Building on the relational view and knowledge-based theories, this study proposed that these factors facilitate knowledge sharing in manufacturer-supplier relationships and that knowledge mediates satisfaction between manufacturer-supplier relationships for competitive advantage. Results indicate that institutional environment, social capital and strategic importance in manufacturer-supplier relationships are indeed associated with greater knowledge sharing. Inter-firm satisfaction is, in turn, positively associated with knowledge sharing for competitive advantage through technical support, financial support, competence increasing. Further, results provide evidence that knowledge sharing plays a mediating role between institutional environment, social capital, strategic importance and inter-firm satisfaction.

보건소 신규방문간호사의 대인태도와 의사소통능력 (The Relation between Interpersonal Attitude and Communication Competence of New Visiting Nurses in Community Health Center)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the relations of interpersonal attitude and communication competence of new community health nurses. Methods: The research design was a correlational study. The data were collected from 136 visiting nurses using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using independent t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: The type of interpersonal attitude in subjects was I+U+ and the score of communication competence was 3.6. Among 15 sub-dimensions, the highest score was responsiveness and the lowest was assertiveness. There were no significant differences in communication competence by general characteristics. Factors influencing on communication competence in new visiting nurses were interpersonal attitude I+(I am OK) (${\beta}$=.34) and I-(I am not OK) (${\beta}$=-.28). Conclusion: Education program, stressing the self-awareness, is necessary to increase positive interpersonal attitude and communication competence for reemployment of community health nurses. Furthermore, in order to reinforce assertiveness, institutional support should be accompanied with the efforts of individual level.

Effects of Physical Environment on Quality of Life among Residents with Dementia in Long-Term Care Facilities in Canada and Sweden: A longitudinal study in a large-scale institutional setting versus a small-scale homelike setting

  • Reduction in competence makes older adults with dementia more sensitive to the influence of the physical environment. The aim of the longitudinal study was to examine whether residents with dementia in long-term facilities with variability in physical environmental characteristics in Vancouver (N= 11), Canada and Stockholm (N=13), Sweden had a difference in their quality of life (QoL). QoL was assessed using Dementia Care Mapping tool three times over one year for the reliability of data. The results of the study demonstrated that the residents with dementia living in a homelike and positive stimulating setting showed less withdrawn behaviors and a higher level of well-being compared to those in a large-scale institutional setting. This study also found that the residents living in a large-scale institutional environment spent more monotonous times than the other groups, which may be to provision of fewer structured activity programs or less social interaction with neighbors or staff members. Residents living in a large-scale institutional setting in Canada showed so far as five times more agitated/ distressed behaviors and twice more withdrawal compared to the ones living in a small-scale homelike setting in Sweden. The study supports that the large-scale institutional environment was considerably associated with levels of lower quality of life among the residents with dementia.

BSC기반 건설사업관리프로젝트 수주역량요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors for Strengthening Competitiveness of CM Projects based on Balanced Score Card)

  • 국내 건설산업에서 건설공사에 대한 프로젝트 기획, 설계, 시공관리, 평가, 사후관리 등의 건설의 전반적인 프로젝트 관리 업무를 CM기업들이 수행하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 업무 역시 최근에는 치열한 경쟁과 확률 의존도가 높은 수주환경이 되면서 많은 CM기업들이 수주역량강화를 위한 지표 확보와 준비에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 CM 사업 현황과 업무분석을 실시하고, 수주 관련 제도 및 법규 조사와 기존 문헌고찰을 통해 역량 요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 역량요인들은 전문가 면담을 통해 실질적인 역량 요인을 중점적으로 조사 종합하였고, 각 유형별 역량 요인들을 BSC의 4가지 관점인 재무, 고객, 내부 프로세스, 학습과 성장 관점에서의 유형별로 분류하여 설문조사를 실시한 결과를 바탕으로 기업들이 중점적으로 확보해야 할 역량 요인의 우선 순위를 도출하여 CM기업의 수주 경쟁력 강화를 위한 역량 요인의 우선순위 분석을 통하여 사업 수주를 위한 참고서나 중점 확보가 필요한 역량들에 대한 지표로 활용될 수 있도록 함을 본 연구의 목적으로 한다.

종합병원 간호사의 임상수행능력 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Clinical Competence in General Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 2021년 3월 24일부터 4월 27일까지 G시와 J도 소재의 종합병원 간호사 170명을 대상으로 구조화된 자가보고형 설문지로 조사하였다. 간호사의 임상수행능력은 연령, 결혼상태, 학력에 따라 차이가 있었다. 임상수행능력은 간호전문직관(r=.600, p<.001), 비판적 사고성향(r=.568, p<.001), 의사소통능력(r=.658, p<.001), 간호근무환경(r=.353, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 간호사의 임상수행능력의 영향요인은 의사소통능력, 간호전문직관, 비판적 사고성향, 연령으로 나타났고, 이들 설명력은 54.0%였다. 임상간호사의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 의사소통능력과 간호전문직관, 비판적 사고성향을 향상시킬 수 있도록 지속적인 교육과 훈련이 필요하고 간호사들이 간호실무에 장기간 근무할 수 있도록 기관 및 국가적 차원의 방안마련이 요구된다.

  • 도서관의 핵심역량은 서고에 축적된 방대한 아날로그 자료와 서버에 농축되는 고품질의 디지털 컨텐츠에서 발원하며, 양자의 상호작용이 강화할 때 지식정보의 타입캡슐과 게이트웨이로서의 정체성을 확보할 수 있다. 이러한 전제 하에 본 연구는 디지털 장서개발의 대상과 방법을 논급한 다음에 전자잡지의 라이선스 확보 인터넷 정보자원의 개발, 기관 레포지터리 구축 등의 전략을 다각도로 제시하였다. 어느 도서관이든 디지털 장서개발과 아카이빙에 소홀하면 정보공유지로서의 입지를 상실할 것이다.

A Trust Model in a Distributor-Supplier e-Partnership: The Mediating Role of Perceived Risk

  • Some researches insist that, to participate in an e-partnership, a distributor needs a given level of trust to reduce the perceived risk of an e-partnership to his/her own threshold. However, other researches insist that if a distributor has only a given level of trust in his/her suppliers, irrelevant of the perceived risk level, he/she participates in the e-partnership. Thus, from the perspective of a distributor, this study built a trust model in which these two viewpoints were reflected. And then this study examined whether or not perceived risk mediates an influence of trust to e-partnership. The proposed trust model was tested with 265 questionnaires about a distributor-supplier e-partnership in food wholesale markets. The analysis results Indicated that perceived risk partially had a mediating effect between trust and e-partnership Intention. That is, of the two risk types, only perceived performance risk mediated an influence from competence trust to e-partnership intention. Relational risk did not play a mediating role between goodwill trust and e-partnership intention. This result Implies two managerial meanings. First, a distributor Intends to engage In e-partnership with his/her supplier, irrelevant of relational risk's level if goodwill trust level surpasses his/her own threshold. Thus, suppliers should concentrate more effort in developing goodwill trust than in reducing relational risk. To develop goodwill trust, they should endeavor to establish mutual interests and individual trust with their distributor, and to utilize institutional trust bases. Second, a distributor requires a certain competence In his/her suppliers to sufficiently reduce performance risk caused bye-partnership. Thus, to develop competence trust in e-partnership, suppliers should improve on any lack of competence and build a good reputation.

대학과 협력한 초등수학 교사학습공동체의 발달 과정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Professional Learning Community in Mathematics Based on the Collaboration with University and Its Affiliated Elementary School)

  • The purpose of this study is to explain the long term growth and development of elementary teachers' Professional Learning Communities(PLC) about mathematics implemented on an institutional basis. Especially, it is meaningful to analyze and present the development process and characteristics of PLC, which was started by the basis on the collaboration of a National University of Education and its affiliated elementary school. In this study, PLC activities during three years were analyzed according to the capacities and dimensions of a professional learning community. The developmental capacity of the PLC analyzed in this study can be summarized as follows. In the first year, development of organizational competence in terms of capacity, resources, structure, and system of exchanges was the main factor in personal competence, and the development of individual competence began to share collective learning and practice. In the second year, personal exchanges were active in all the topics of activities, and personal level competence was activated such that more activities of critical knowledge formation were performed on an individual level. On the basis of the development of the individual level formed in the second, individual competence and organizational capacity developed. Factors that have influenced the development of capacities of PLC include: disclosure of activities outside the community, participation in outsiders, provision of procedures to share equal participation and leadership, voluntary and critical participation of teachers, improvement of mathematics teaching methods, sharing themes and visions.
