토질의 종류에 따른 CGS공법의 지반개량효과에 관한 연구 (Effects of Ground Improvement Depending on the Type of Soil by Compaction Grouting System)

  • CGS(Compaction Grouting System) is widely used in reinforcement of structural foundation and ground improvement in soft ground. But the effects of ground improvement depending on the type of soil must be studied in order to adopt in various soils (granular soil and cohesive soil). In this study, characteristics of ground improvement (the increase of N value, increase in unit weight, vertical displacement on the ground surface) by CGS method was compared through two cases that were performed in granular and cohesive soil. The results show that the closer to the grout hole, the more increase in N value and this trend appear distinctly in granular soil. Unit weight of ground increase largely near by the grout hole and decrease in far from it independently of the soil type. The vertical displacement on the ground surface appeared in smaller area in case of granular soil than cohesive soil.

승용차 충돌을 고려한 가로등주 설계 (Design of a column for streetlamp considering the car crash)

  • A column for streetlamp has been damaged by severe wind loads such as typhoon. The stress concentration around the inspection hole may cause the collapse of the column for streetlamp. In this paper, the effects due to the wind load of 60 m/s and the car crash to the column at the speed of 48 km/h were considered to examine the design stability analysis of the column for streetlamp. The maximum von Mises stress did not exceed the yield stress of the material. Considering the car crash, the column for streetlamp was not collapsed.

공내 매질이 구조물의 발파이격거리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of the Stemming Hole medium to the Blasting Separation Distance of Structure)

  • 최근에 도시화와 산업화 및 교통망의 지속적인 확보로 인하여 발파공사를 시행하는 공사장이 증가하고 있다. 발파공사는 주변 주민들의 주거환경과 인접시설물들의 안전에 큰 영향을 미치므로 이에 대한 대책이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 발파피해를 줄이기 위한 방법 중에서 발파공내의 발파메커니즘을 규명하고 개선하였다. 일반적인 공법에서 발생하는 천공경과 폭약경 사이의 차이로 인한 공간에서 디커플링효과를 규명하고, 이 공간의 매질을 변화시킴으로서 발파 시 진동발생의 규모를 규명하였다. 발파시험은 도로, 철도, 산업단지에서 실시하고, 발파진동을 측정하였다. 측정된 진동속도를 회귀분석하여 발파진동추정식을 산정하고 이를 이용하여 이격거리를 산정하였다. 공내 매질이 공기보다는 물처럼 비중이 큰 경우에 충격력은 크나 폭발 지연시간이 짧아 진동전달거리가 작아 이격거리를 크게 확보할 수 있다.

  • In this paper, we propose a tube-hole center detection vision algorithm verifying the position of a tele-controlled robot and providing visual information for increasing reliability and efficiency in the diagnosis of steam generator (SG) tubes in nuclear power plant. A tele-controlled robot plays a role in carrying the probe used in inspecting the integrity of SG tubes. Thus accurately locating a tele-controlled robot on the desired tube-hole center is important issue for reliability of inspection. To do this work, we have to find the tube-hole center locations from the input image. At first, we apply the three-class segmentation method modified for this application. WE extract minimum bounding rectangles (MBRs) in the theresholded binary image. Second, for discriminating between MBR by tube and MBR by noise, we introduce the MBR rejection rules as knowledge-based rule set. MBRs are divided into the very dark region MBRs and the very bright region MBRs. In order to describe the region of complete tube-hole, the MBRs need a process of pairing each other. We then can find the tube-hole center from the paired MBR. For more accurately finding the tube-hole center in several sequential images, the centers of some frames need to be averaged. We tested the performance of our method using hundreds of real images.

  • LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) is widely used electronic product. It needs too many processes such as PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Vapor Deposition), Sputtering, Photo-lithography, Dry etch. Each process is important but inspection process is more important because most companies emphasis on the six sigma. Recently, LCD inspection system is composed with inlet, inspector, outlet air pads. LCD is inspected on air pad which is shooting air from air hole. This paper studies on pad design of air bearing for LCD inspection to minimize LCD fluctuation. This design is able to reduce fluctuation and then satisfies CCD inspectional range. Also inspection pad needs to adequate stable area.

비전시스템을 이용한 이동물체 자동검사에 관한 연구 (A Study on Automatic Inspection Algorithm for Moving Object using by Vision System)

  • Recently the research is much interested in about the inspection system using by computer vision system. In this paper, we deal with shape inspection technique for moving to be long and narrow object on conveyor belt. first, we are acquired for moving object on conveyor belt. then the object segmentation is using by color information for background and object. the object position be calculated by horizontal and a vertical histogram. second, we are checked for two hole in front part, widths and top/bottom side information in middle part, and finally checking for two holes in rear part. The performance of our proposed model is evaluated by experiments, within error of 1㎜, and can be checking to 17 object /min.

  • Ultrasonic inspection of defects has been focused on the existence of defect in structural material and need has much time and expenses in inspecting all the coordinates (x, y) on material surface. Neural networks can have an application to coordinates (x, y) of defects by multi-point inspection method. Ultrasonic inspection modeling is optimized by neural networks Neural networks has trained training example of absolute and relative coordinate of defects, and defect pattern. This method can predict coordinates (x, y) of defects within engineering estimated mean error $\psi$.

  • Recently, the trends of industrial products grow more miniaturization, variety and mass production. Micro drilling which take high precision in cutting work is requested more micro hole and high speed working. Especially, Micro deep hole drilling is becoming more important in a wide spectrum of precision production industries, ranging from the production of automotive fuel injection nozzle, watch and camera parts, medical needles, and thick multi-layered Printed Circuit Boards(PCB) that are demanded for very high density electric circuitry. This paper shows the tool monitoring results of micro drill with tool dynamometer. And additionally, microscope with built-in monitor inspection show the relationship between burr in workpiece and chip form of micro drill machining.

인공지능(AI)을 활용한 미세패턴 불량도 자동화 검사 시스템 (Automated Inspection System for Micro-pattern Defection Using Artificial Intelligence)

  • Recently Artificial Intelligence(AI) has been developed and used in various fields. Especially AI recognition technology can perceive and distinguish images so it should plays a significant role in quality inspection process. For stability of autonomous driving technology, semiconductors inside automobiles must be protected from external electromagnetic wave(EM wave). As a shield film, a thin polymeric material with hole shaped micro-patterns created by a laser processing could be used for the protection. The shielding efficiency of the film can be increased by the hole structure with appropriate pitch and size. However, since the sensitivity of micro-machining for some parameters, the shape of every single hole can not be same, even it is possible to make defective patterns during process. And it is absolutely time consuming way to inspect all patterns by just using optical microscope. In this paper, we introduce a AI inspection system which is based on web site AI tool. And we evaluate the usefulness of AI model by calculate Area Under ROC curve(Receiver Operating Characteristics). The AI system can classify the micro-patterns into normal or abnormal ones displaying the text of the result on real-time images and save them as image files respectively. Furthermore, pressing the running button, the Hardware of robot arm with two Arduino motors move the film on the optical microscopy stage in order for raster scanning. So this AI system can inspect the entire micro-patterns of a film automatically. If our system could collect much more identified data, it is believed that this system should be a more precise and accurate process for the efficiency of the AI inspection. Also this one could be applied to image-based inspection process of other products.

  • 물리모델과 기계학습방법을 이용한 모델지원탐지확률(MAPOD, Model-assisted Probability of Detection) 실험계획법과 운용 중 결함이 발생한 부품을 사용하여 탐지확률을 측정하는 방법을 연구하였다. 검사방법은 와전류탐상검사를 적용하였고 검사대상은 볼트홀 표면에 존재하는 피로균열이다. 모델 지원탐지확률을 이용한 결과 실험요인이 큰 폭으로 감소하였다. 몬테카를로(Monte Carlo) 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 시편 균열길이 측정의 불확실성을 탐지확률에 반영함으로써 사용 중 결함품을 사용하여 비파괴검사정비사의 기량검증을 수행할 수 있었다.
