This study conducted an empirical study on the application of innovative teaching methods in the tourism field in a situation where innovative teaching methods suitable for the AI era are required. It was intended to provide exploratory basic data on the application of a wide range of innovative teaching methods through actual verification of the educational effectiveness before and after the application of the innovative teaching method. To this end, the effectiveness before and after education was empirically verified with 60 students who majored in tourism at Y University in the metropolitan area. Reliability analysis, corresponding sample t-test, and map analysis using graphs were performed on the collected data to increase visibility. As a result of the study, it was found that all the competencies of the innovative teaching method had a statistically significant influence after the application of the innovative teaching method. In addition, by increasing the effect of interaction between instructors and learners acting as facilitators, exploratory results were derived for potential benefits and areas that could be improved.

The article considers innovative teaching methods used in the system of modern education process. Characteristic features of means, forms and methods of innovative training are defined, it is revealed the specifics of their use in the interactive educational environment of Ukrainian universities. The article is devoted to topical issues of modernization and improving the quality of higher legal education in Ukraine in the context of its European integration. Particular attention is paid to innovative technologies of legal education faculties.

The article presents an analysis of innovative teaching technologies as a way to increase students' competitiveness. The author found that innovative technologies in education are information and communication technologies relying on computer-based learning. The structure, content of educational software, organization of Web-space are important when using innovative teaching technologies in English classes. We conducted the study in several stages: comparative analysis, synthesis, classification and systematization of the results of psychological and pedagogical, educational and methodological research; study of legislative acts, periodicals in order to identify the state of the research issue, and determining the directions of its solution, as well as subject, goal and objectives of the study. We used modelling to create situations of foreign language professional communication of future IT specialists. Empirical methods involved questionnaires used for identifying the motives of professional development and determining the features of the educational activities of future IT specialists in the process of training. The methods of mathematical statistics allowed to scientifically describe and systematize the obtained data, to identify the quantitative relationship between the studied phenomena, to analyse and summarize the results. We conducted a socio-psychological study during 2016 - 2019. It involved 255 first- and fourth-year students of National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Poly-technic Institute." Innovative information and communication technologies that improve the educational and cognitive activity of students, as well as increase the level of their knowledge have become important in teaching a foreign language in higher educational institutions. These technologies include MOODLE - Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment, business game, integrated pedagogical technology, case study technology. Thus, the information-rich learning process in combination with the use of innovative technologies, well-organized e-learning, interactive training courses, multimedia tools improves the program of teaching and learning foreign languages in general, and English in particular, improves the level of knowledge of future IT specialists and motivation to study and learn foreign languages, allows students to use a variety of authentic materials. We state that all these factors influence the process of individualization of learning and contribute to the successful mastery of a foreign language.

Relevance. Innovative activities in education should be aimed at ensuring the comprehensive development of the individual and professional development of students. The main idea of modular technology is that the student should learn by himself, and the teacher manages his learning activities. The advantage of modular technology is the ability of the teacher to design the study of the material in the most interesting and accessible forms for this part of the study group and at the same time achieve the best learning results. Innovative Moodle technology. it is gaining popularity every day, significantly expanding the space of teaching and learning, allowing students to study inter-faculty university programs in depth. The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of implementation of the e-learning system Moodle. The study was conducted at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky in order to identify barriers to the effective implementation of innovative distance learning technologies Moodle and introduce a new model that will have a positive impact on the development of e-learning. Methodology. The paper used a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods. These include: scientific analysis of sources on this issue, which allowed us to formulate the initial provisions of the study; analysis of the results of students 'educational activities; pedagogical experiment; questionnaires; monitoring of students' activities in practical classes. Results. This article evaluates the implementation of the principles of distance learning in the process of teaching and learning at the University in terms of quality. The experiment involved 1,250 students studying at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky. The survey helped to identify the main barriers to the effective implementation of modern distance learning technologies in the educational process of the University: the lack of readiness of teachers and parents, the lack of necessary skills in applying computer systems of online learning, the inability to interact with the teaching staff and teachers, the lack of a sufficient number of academic consultants online. In addition, internal problems are investigated: limited resources, unevenly distributed marketing advantages, inappropriate administrative structure, and lack of innovative physical capabilities. The article allows us to solve these problems by gradually implementing a distance learning model that is suitable for any university, regardless of its specialization. The Moodle-based e-learning system proposed in this paper was designed to eliminate the identified barriers. Models for implementing distance learning in the learning process were built according to the CAPDM methodology, which helps universities and other educational service providers develop and manage world-class online distance learning programs. Prospects for further research focus on evaluating students' knowledge and abilities over the next six months after the introduction of the proposed Moodle-based program.

대학 첫 1년은 신입생들이 학습을 포함한 대학교육에 대한 태도, 기대, 습관을 형성하는 가장 중요한 시기로 성공적인 대학교육의 관건이 되는 전략적 시기이다. 즉, 대학 첫 1년 시기의 태도와 행동, 대학 교육에의 적응도, 다양한 영역에서의 대학 경험이 성공적인 대학 1년을 결정짓게 되며, 성공적인 대학 1학년 교육은 지적 성장, 인간관계 형성, 진로방향 및 목표에 대한 명료화, 신체 및 심리적 건강, 가치관 명료화 등을 경험하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 포스텍 1학년 학생들이 경험하는 학업과 생활은 어떠한지를 조사하여 성공적인 대학 첫 1학년의 경험을 위한 교육요구를 파악하고 프로그램의 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

The article considers general tendencies in world and education, and also both principles and methods of forming professional, communicative, intercultural competences and in the process of teaching foreign language for professional purposes in the conditions of engineering, economic and other non-linguistic specialties at technical university. The article views some essential issues of this competence including awareness of pedagogical values, the construction of the pedagogical process, pedagogical communication and behavior; pedagogical technology, its essence, structural components, understanding of innovative components of professional activity, requirements for the design and engineering of pedagogical technologies.

Conducted as an ethnographic examination of science teaching and learning in an Innovative Middle School in Korea, this study employs sociocultural theory to examine how structures afford and limit student participation in an innovative school designed to promote student-centered learning. Data includes teacher and student interviews, student responses to a questionnaire, classroom observations, and analysis of video recordings of ten lessons in two in two 8th grade science classes. Using structure|agency dialectic theory, we identify and describe some structures that afford and limit teacher and student agency at the micro (science classrooms), meso (school), and macro (Korean society) levels to raise some questions about current reform measures, such as innovation schools, that seek to position classroom teachers as agents for change in science education reform in Korea. Findings suggest that while teachers and school administrators play an essential role in structuring learning opportunities at the meso and micro levels, they have limited agency to address structural constraints originating at the macro-level, which can negatively impact teaching and learning in the science classroom. We offer implications for policy and practice and argue the need for more qualitative research, informed by sociocultural theory, to inform science education reform efforts in Korea.

The main purpose of the study is to identify the key aspects of modern innovative research in the field of education. In the modern informatized world, education is becoming a decisive factor in social development and an important component in the development of the human personality, increasing respect for human rights and freedoms. Today it is quite obvious that without the necessary education a person will not be able to provide himself with proper living conditions and realize himself as a person. The high level of education of the population is an important factor that positively influences the creation of favorable conditions for the full realization of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Today, active and interactive teaching methods are widely used. The use of interactive teaching methods ensures complete immersion of students in the learning process and is the main source of learning. The radical difference between traditional and interactive learning is that the student not only replenishes and strengthens his knowledge, but also complements and constructs new ones. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites of modern innovative research in the field of education were investigated.

The article emphasizes the features of the modern education system in Poland, reveals the peculiarities of improving the professional competence of a specialist in Poland through the implementation of multimedia technologies. Various forms of innovations implemented in improving the professional competence of a specialist are listed: improvement (rationalization), modernization, innovation. The forms of professional improvement through the introduction of computer technologies in general and multimedia technologies, in particular, primarily include various professional courses, qualification, preparatory, methodological conferences, seminars, postgraduate studies, foreign and state internships. At the same time, the main direction is self-education. The subject of professional improvement in the application of computer technologies by specialists is the updating of existing knowledge, exchange of professional experience, planning, as well as discussion of innovative works in which specialists participate. Professional growth of specialists can occur both during work and in higher education institutions during their studies. Modernization of computer technologies, especially multimedia ones, is a necessary condition for the functioning of specialists in modern society, since specialists are at the center of the educational process, during the improvement of professional competence. The main functions of the educational process necessary for improving the professional competence of specialists through the implementation of multimedia technologies are revealed. These functions not only contribute to the professional improvement of specialists, but also affect their solutions and optimize the maintenance of contacts between specialists. The importance of creating conditions that are consistent with the modern needs of innovative education is emphasized.
