Purpose: Environmental contamination has lately been seen as a consequence of the rise in environmental challenges brought on by rapid industrial expansion. At this point, the current research asks an important question about what the factors are to motivate employees' green performance, increasing corporate sustainability. Research design, data and methodology:The current author selected total 19 items to obtain real data and achieve the purpose of this research. For measuring of the causality between the worker's innovative capability and green performance, the current author used the multiple regression statistical tool using U.S. 215 responses in four industry. Results: The statistical finding definitely indicated that there exists the causal linkage between two key factors (Innovation capability and green performance) as well as the strong direction between two constructs. As a result, the current author could accept all hypotheses, checking no existing the multicollinearity of the present constructs with 'TOL' and 'VIF' values. Conclusions: The present research concluded that literature and business management scholars and practitioners will benefit from this study's statistical results. Furthermore, rewarding staff creativity, encouraging quick answers to market movements, and incorporating technology into everyday operations are all ways that companies may cultivate an environmental stewardship culture.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the effects of organizational culture and organizational support on the innovative behavior of general hospital nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 356 nurses, working in hospitals in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon Provinces, and Daejeon City. Data were collected from June to August, 2012. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection and data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN program. Results: The organizational culture positively correlated with innovative behavior. The most significant predictors of innovative behavior were age, organizational support and hierarchy-oriented culture. Conclusion: These findings suggest that nurses' organizational culture and organizational support were linked to innovative behavior. Management-level workers in these hospitals should have the skills and strategies to develop nurses' innovative behavior and increases nurses' recognition of organizational support to achieve high performance through innovation.

This study aims to propose the implementation of innovative payment models in Korea in order to promote the financial sustainability of the national health insurance system by reviewing the current status of the payment system in Korea and examining other countries' experiences with various innovative payment models. Korea primarily uses a fee-for-service payment system and additionally uses various payment systems such as case payment, per diem, and pay-for-performance. However, each payment system has its limitations. Many OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) countries have pointed out the limitations of existing payment systems and have been attempting various innovative payment models (e.g., add-on payment, bundled payment, and population-based payment). Therefore, it is essential for Korea to consider innovative payment models, such as a mixed payment model that takes into account the strengths and weaknesses of each payment system, and to design and pilot these models. This process requires stakeholders to work together to build a social consensus on the implementation of innovative payment systems and to refine legal and systematic aspects, develop an integrated health information system, and establish dedicated organizations and committees. These efforts towards innovative payment models will contribute to developing a sustainable health insurance system that ensures the public's health and well-being in Korea.

기술혁신을 포함한 기업의 혁신이 기업과 산업의 성장 및 경쟁우위에 기여한다는 연구는 많으나, 주로 연구개발 집약도 또는 특허로 측정되는 기술적 혁신의 성과 검증에 집중되어왔다. 또한 혁신의 단계 또는 프로세스에 관한 기존 모형들은 대부분 기술 혁신을 대상으로 아이디어 창출-기술개발-혁신성과 도출의 과정을 설명하고 있지만, 이러한 모형들은 지식의 창출과정을 설명하는 모형이거나 기술적인 혁신에 국한된 지식의 변환구조에 초점이 맞추어져있다. 본 연구는 기존의 혁신 모형을 확장하여 혁신 활동부터 기업의 운영성과와 재무적 성과까지를 포괄하는 모형을 설정하고, 이들 간의 경로들이 실제로 존재하는지를 규명하는 인과적인 경로분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 혁신활동이 늘어나면 신제품 출시, 공정혁신, 특허출원과 같은 혁신의 성과가 늘어나고, 혁신성과는 기업의 운영성과를 높이며, 운영성과는 매출성장률을 향상시키는 경로가 검증되었다. 둘째, 종속변수가 혁신성과, 기업운영성과, 재무적 성과의 방향으로 혁신의 직접적인 성과로부터 거리가 멀어질수록 혁신활동의 영향력이 점차 감소함을 확인하였다. 셋째, 혁신성과가 매출성장률에 미치는 효과는 소기업이 중기업보다 높으며, 중기업의 경우 혁신성과는 매출성장률에 긍정적인 영향이 있을 뿐만 아니라 영업이익률에 미치는 효과가 존재함을 검증하였다. 그러나 대기업의 경우 혁신성과가 재무적 성과에 미치는 직접 및 간접 효과는 확인되지 않았다. 넷째, 혁신의 전유성은 혁신성과, 특허출원건수, 기업운영성과에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 실증하였다.

우리나라의 중소기업은 국가경제의 근간을 이루고 있으며, 고용창출, 기술혁신, 산업의 다양성 등 여러 측면에서 국민경제 발전에 있어서 실질적인 원동력이 되고 있다. 하지만, 대기업에 비해 낮은 생산성과 수익구조 등으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 중소기업은 기술혁신을 통해서 혁신역량을 확보하는 것이 더욱더 중요해졌으며, 내부자원의 한계로 인해 경영에 필요한 다양한 정보와 여러 가지 도움들을 외부와의 협력과 다양한 네트워크 활동이 필요하다. 더 나아가서 시장기회를 포착하고 조직 성장을 위한 수단들을 찾기 위한 수단으로 기업가 정신 또한 필요하다. 본 연구는 ICT중소기업의 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 있어 기업가정신과 기업의 혁신역량이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 했으며, 사회적 자본이 기업가 정신과 기업 성과 간의 조절역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 1,200개 기업을 대상으로 실증 분석을 했다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가 정신은 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인됐으며, 사회적 자본 변수가 기업가 정신과 기업성과 간의 조절효과가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 기업의 혁신역량이 기업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 사회적 자본 변수가 조절효과를 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해, 혁신역량이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 사회적 자본이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 중소기업의 기술혁신 장려 정책의 중요한 수단 중 하나인 혁신형 기업 인증 제도의 효과를 기술적 혁신 활동과 성과라는 측면에서 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업청과 중소기업중앙회에서 실시한 2013~2015년 '중소기업 기술통계조사' 결과를 이용하여, 벤처기업 확인, 이노비즈 인증, 메인비즈 인증 등 혁신형 기업 인증을 받은 혁신형 중소기업과 그렇지 않은 일반 중소기업을 비교하였다. 그 결과 혁신형 중소기업이 기술적 혁신 활동과 성과에 관련된 많은 세부 지표에서 비교 우위에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 외부사용 연구개발비 비중, 기술개발 시도건수와 성공건수 등은 조사년도에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나 본 제도의 사후 관리를 강화할 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다. 한편 자체조달연구개발비 비중은 3개년 조사 모두에서 오히려 일반 중소기업이 혁신형 중소기업에 비해 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타나, 혁신형 중소기업에 대한 정부의 자금 지원이 기업의 자체 연구개발 투자의 대체재가 아닌 보완재로 사용될 수 있도록 유인하는 제도적 장치가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 또한 기업의 기술적 혁신 활동과 성과는 인증 여부보다는 기업의 규모와 참여 업종에 더 큰 영향을 받으므로, 기술혁신 장려 정책 수립 시 이에 대한 고려가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

COVID-19 위기가 디지털 전환을 가속화하며, 혁신 능력이 기업에게 어느 시기보다 중요해졌다. 특히 IT기업간의 경쟁이 갈수록 치열해지고 있다. 포용적 리더십의 친근감은 직원들의 혁신행동과 직무성과 향상에 중요한 역할을 하며 기업의 발전과 경쟁력에 도움을 준다. 본 연구는 포용적 리더십이 직원의 혁신행동과 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 그 과정에 직원의 발언 행동이 어떠한 매개역할을 하고 있는지에 연구목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 확인하기 위해 본 논문에서는 중국 IT기업에 근무하고 있는 직원을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 총 309개의 유효 설문이 사용되었고 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 26.0을 활용해 실증 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 연구 결과, 1) 포용적 리더십이 혁신행동과 직무성과에 정의 영향을 미친다. 2) 직원 발언 행동이 혁신행동과 직무성과에 정의 영향을 미친다. 3) 직원 발언 행동이 포용적 리더십과 혁신행동 사이에 긍정적인 매개효과가 나타났다. 3) 직원 발언 행동이 포용적 리더십과 직무성과 사이에도 부분매개효과가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 IT 분야 직원들의 혁신행동을 격려하고 성과를 개선하는 데 유용한 가이드라인이 될 것이라고 사료된다.

This paper is to analyze consumer's acceptance phase of innovative IT product on the ground of dividing into product and application phase. In the acceptance phase of product determinants to consumer's satisfaction were analyzed and TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) were applied to the acceptance phase of application. It is analyzed that how well expected usefulness and perceived satisfaction to product have positively influence its performance and perceived satisfaction respectively in the acceptance phase of the product. In the acceptance phase of application, factors to consumers' satisfaction were analyzed to investigate its influence to the usefulness of application. Usefulness expectancy to the application and product were analyzed to figure out consumers'intention to use the product and effort and cost going into application use were also analyzed. Empirical study was implemented aimed at smart phone users. As a result, perceived usefulness expectancy to product have positively influence on perceived product performance and perceived product performance also affects perceived product satisfaction significantly. Although product satisfaction doesn't affect usefulness expectancy to the application, usefulness expectancy to the product and perceived product performance have positively influence on usefulness expectancy to the application significantly. And also usefulness expectancy to the both of application and product have positively influence on consumer's intention to use the product but consumer's effort and cost going into application doesn't affect to it, it's hold forth the possibility that consumer's effort affect consumer's intention to use the product.

The creative industry has an important role in economic development, but creative economy entrepreneurs still face many problems in business development and sustaining their businesses. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of entrepreneurship orientation, innovative product advantages, and social network quality on business performance to help companies stay competitive. The research uses a quantitative approach with the population being the owner of the creative industry in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling, obtained as many as 126 creative industry owners. Data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study show that entrepreneurial orientation, innovative product advantage, and social network quality have a positive effect on the business performance of the creative industry in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. According to the study, a company with superior resources can win the competition and achieve business sustainability. When compared to competing organizations, the benefits of resources and competitive ability will create a competitive edge. As a result, stakeholders such as the government, the corporate sector, and universities are expected to play a larger role in accelerating the growth and development of creative industries.

This paper introduces a innovative diamond wire saw cutting technology and its experimental verification that can be utilized for cutting heavy structures. While conventional diamond wire saw cutting technologies such as water cooled cutting method and dry cutting method cause severe environmental problems due to generating massive concrete sludge or dust scattering, the proposed method can eliminate those problems considerably. Through extensive experiments using heavy structure test bed and real bridge pier structure, comprehensive analysis and comparative evaluation about various cutting methods were performed. As a result, the innovative diamond wire saw cutting method could achieve a similar cutting and cooling performance to the water cooled cutting method without generating concrete sludge and it showed an improved cutting and cooling performance to the dry cutting method without dust scattering. Consequently it is confirmed that the suggested cutting technology can be a promising environment-friendly alternative in the field of heavy structure dismantling.
