For further development of passive control systems to dissipate larger seismic energy and prevent the structures from earthquake losses, this paper proposes an innovative two-level control system to improve behavior of chevron braced steel frames. Combining two Knee Braces, KB, and a Vertical Link Beam, VLB, in a chevron braced frame, this system can reliably sustain main shock and aftershocks in steel structures. The performance of this two-level system is examined through a finite element analysis and quasi-static cyclic loading test. The cyclic performances of VLB and KBs alone in chevron braced frames are compared with that of the presented two-level control system. The results show appropriate performance of the proposed system in terms of ductility and energy dissipation in two different excitation levels. The maximum load capacity of the presented system is about 30% and 17% higher than those of the chevron braced frames with KB and VLB alone, respectively. In addition, the maximum energy dissipation of the proposed system is about 78% and 150% higher than those of chevron braced frames with VLB and KB respectively under two separate levels of lateral forces caused by different probable seismic excitations. Finally, high performance under different earthquake levels with competitive cost and quick installation work for the control system can be found as main advantages of the presented system.

In the present study, a feasibility study on an innovative satellite attitude control actuator is performed. The actuator is specially designed to generate the reaction torque in an arbitrary axis, so that a satellite attitude can be controlled by using itself. It consists of a spherical flywheel and electromagnets for levitation and rotation control of the ball. As the earlier study, a rotating performance test on the spherical actuator is conducted in a single rotating axis and vertical levitation condition. From the test results, it can be confirmed that the maximum speed and torque of the innovative device are 7,200rpm and 0.7Nm, respectively. Using torque-voltage characteristics of the spherical motor, an open-loop control (V/f constant control) is performed, and the test results show excellent control performance in acceleration and deceleration phases.

4차 산업혁명과 창조경제라는 화두가 지배하고 있는 오늘날의 경영환경하에서 중소기업들은 지속가능한 성장을 위하여 혁신역량 확보에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히 혁신역량 혹은 혁신성과를 창출하기 위하여 중소기업들은 조직의 양면적 특징, 즉 탐색과 활용이라는 양면성에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 중소기업들을 대상으로 혁신성과를 창출할 수 있는 핵심 요소로서 조직의 맥락적 양면성을 고찰하고 이들 양면성을 자극하고 촉진하는 요인과 혁신성과간의 관계를 발견하기 위하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 조직내 맥락적 양면성의 선행요인으로 대표적 경영혁신 기법이자 전사적 차원의 혁신 활동인 품질관리관행을 채택하였으며, 양면성의 결과변수로 혁신성과(급진적/점진적 제품혁신)을 설정하여, 일련의 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 품질관리관행인 품질분임조활동은 조직의 두 가지 맥락적 양면성 즉, 탐색과 활용 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 맥락적 양면성은 혁신성과에도 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 맥락적 양면성은 품질분임조활동과 혁신성과간의 관계를 완전매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 중소기업의 혁신성과를 달성하기 위해서는 맥락적 양면성의 확보가 필수적이며, 맥락적 양면성을 촉진 또는 자극하기 위해서는 품질분임조와 같은 품질관리활동이 반드시 선행되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 사회적 기업에서 기업가정신을 기반으로 기업의 성장과 분배를 통하여 지역사회와의 공진화 기반을 구축하기 위한 선순환 요소를 발굴하려는 것이다. 이를 위해서 기업가정신의 구성변인으로서 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성에 사회적 목적 추구를 추가하여 각각의 요인이 사회적 기업의 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 독립변수로 구분된 기업가정신과 종속변수인 사회적 기업의 성과 간의 관계를 상관분석과 회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 기업가정신이 사회적 기업의 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향의 실증분석을 위해 2개의 대가설과 8개의 소가설을 설정하였다. 연구 결과 경제적 성과 측면에서는 기업가의 진취성이 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 성과 측면에서는 기업가의 혁신성과 위험감수성이 주요 변인으로 나타났다.

This paper reports a comparative study for performance evaluation guidelines for bridge bearings. Guidelines for bridge bearings such as KS, EN1337, AASHTO LRFD, and Japanese code were analyzed. In addition, fatigue tests of elastomeric bearing are being conducted for allowable shear deformation and compressive stress. Based on literature survey and tests, the innovative concept of performance evaluation guidelines for bridge bearings is suggested.

본 연구는 중소기업 경영자 또는 연구책임자를 대상으로 기업가정신과 기업성과 사이에 기술혁신성과 마케팅역량이 미치는 영향을 실증조사 하는데 목적이 있다. 각 변수의 세부요인별로 기존의 연구에서 검증된 설문항목을 발췌하여 검증하였으며 기술혁신을 통해 다양한 성과를 획득하는 기술기반 중소기업이 있는 반면에 기술혁신활동을 했음에도 불구하고 기술혁신에 많은 투자와 기대한 만큼의 성과를 도출하지 못하는 기업들이 있음에 주목하여 연구를 시작하였다. 본 연구는 중소 규모의 신생 기업이나 벤처기업에 마케팅역량 차원과 기술혁신성 차원을 적용하였고, 기술혁신성과 마케팅역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 다양하고 전문성 있는 지속적인 성장에 관한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 기업가정신이 만들어내는 기업성과는 독특한 환경과 복잡한 기술마케팅 관계 속에서 기업이 경험해 얻은 자사 기업만의 중요한 자원이므로 이를 마케팅역량이 조절할 것이라는 관점에서 접근하였다. 그 결과 기업가정신 중 혁신성과 진취성은 투자와 특허개발등록을 중심으로 신사업계획과 중장기 발전방향을 세우는 기술성과에 중요한 영향을 미치나 불확실한 환경에서 도전하는 위험감수성은 재무적 성과와 비재무적인 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기술혁신성의 매개효과가 기업가정신과 기업성과 사이에 완전매개 또는 부분매개역할을 한다는 것이 확인되어 기업가정신이 기술혁신성의 매개효과를 통해 기업성과에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 아울러 마케팅역량의 조절효과 역시 혁신성과 위험감수성이 부분적으로 영향관계를 보여주고 있어 마케팅역량을 이용한 효과적인 마케팅기법을 재고하기 위한 노력과 관심을 가져야 할 것이다.

The importance of innovative capability, the driving force behind innovation as a company's intangible resources, is increasing. In general, companies with high innovation capability are more likely to be successful in innovation, which can be expected to have a positive impact on corporate performance. The innovation capacity of SMEs considered in this study is R&D capability and manufacturing capability. The reason for this is that not only the continuous efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs are focused on stabilizing manufacturing capability, but also considering the situation in which governmental support for SMEs' R&D capability has been actively developed. This study examines whether R&D capability and manufacturing capability have a significant influence on corporate performance and securing competitive advantage, and analyzes whether competitive advantage acts as a mediator between innovation capability and corporate performance through regression analysis. SPSS 23.0 software was used for the empirical analysis of the data obtained through the survey. The research results are as follows. First, both R&D and manufacturing capabilities of SMEs were found to have a significant positive effect on corporate performance. Second, manufacturing capability had a significant effect on securing competitive advantage of SMEs, but R&D capability was not significant. Third, the competitive advantage of SMEs was found to play a mediating role between manufacturing capability and corporate performance.

건설산업의 재도약을 위해 정부에서는 1990년대 말부터 정부정책을 발표하여 세계수준의 기술경쟁력 확보, 효율적인 생산구조 확립 등을 위해 노력해 왔다. 정부정책의 핵심은 건설산업 전반에 상당한 영향을 미치는 발주, 계약방식의 개선을 통한 건설산업 구조개편 및 기술경쟁체제를 구축하고자 하는 것이다. 해외에서 시설물의 품질향상, 유지관리 및 수명주기비용의 절감, 시공자의 혁신유도 등을 목표로 혁신적인 계약방식에 대한 연구개발 및 시범적용이 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 그 중 성능계약제(Performance Warranty Contracting)는 시설물의 완전한 상태를 보증하며, 결함에 대해 교체 및 보수하는 시공자의 책임을 보증하는 성능기반의 계약방법으로, 민간의 개술개발 유도, 성과물의 품질향상, 생애주기비용 절감, 조기 성능저하 방지, 발주자의 현장 품질보증업무 부담 감소 등의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 성능계약제도의 국내 도입을 제안하기 위한 기초 연구로써, 해외 적용현황 분석을 통한 성능계약제도의 개념 정의와 기대효과를 분석하고, 국내 도입시 고려사항을 제시하고자 한다.

사람은 누구나 다 살아가면서 역경과 어려움을 겪기 마련이다. 하지만 부정적인 생활사건이나 스트레스를 경험하는 사람들이 모두 신체적, 심리적으로 부정적인 결과물은 내는 것은 아니다. 즉, 개인이 이용할 수 있는 자원에 따라 스트레스나 역경의 상황에 유연하게 대처하거나, 성공적으로 극복하고, 적응하고, 혁신적인 성과를 보이기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 동일한 상황에서 위기나 위협의 요인들을 완화시킬 수 있는 개인적 속성, 즉 회복탄력성의 중요성을 강조하며, 회복탄력성의 결과요인으로 혁신행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 개인특성인 회복탄력성과 혁신행동의 관계에 조직변수 즉, 환경적 요인으로 조직지원과 실책관리문화의 조절효과도 검증해보고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 본 연구는 195명의 조직구성원을 표본으로 하여 회복탄력성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향력과 이러한 관계에 대한 상사지원, 동료지원, 실책관리문화의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 회복탄력성은 조직구성원의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 상사지원과 실책관리문화는 회복탄력성과 혁신행동 간 영향력을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 조직구성원이 급변하는 조직외부환경에 적응하고 진취적이고 역동적이며, 도전적인 혁신행동을 발휘함에 있어 개인적 특성인 회복탄력성과 조직상황 변수인 조직지원과 실책관리문화가 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 시사점을 제공한다. 즉, 조직에서는 조직구성원 개인의 회복탄력성을 발현하고 키울 수 있는 교육프로그램 제공 및 조직 분위기 조성이 필요하며, 실패를 두려워하지 않는 조직문화와 상사 및 동료 간 지원이 혁신행동을 증대시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

There has been a rapid growth in the development of mobile application resulting from its wide usage for online transaction, data storage and exchange of information. However, an important issue that has been overlooked is the lack of emphasis on the security issues at the early stage of the development. In fact, security issues have been kept until the later stage of the implementation of mobile apps. Requirements engineers frequently ignore and incorrectly elicit security related requirements at the early stage of mobile application development. This scenario has led to the failure of developing secure and safe mobile application based on the needs of the users. As such, this paper intends to provide further understanding of the real challenges in extracting security attributes for mobile application faced by novice requirements engineers. For this purpose, two experiments on eliciting security attributes requirements of textual requirements scenario were conducted. The performance related to the correctness and time taken to elicit the security attributes were measured and recorded. It was found that the process of eliciting correct security attributes for mobile application requires effort, knowledge and skills. The findings indicate that an automated tool for correct elicitation security attributes requirement could help to overcome the challenges in eliciting security attributes requirements, especially among novice requirements engineers.
