Lee, Myung-bak Administration comprises the plan to foster the Universities as a world's research and development point, and to strengthen the Institute-Academia Collaboration for the knowledge based economy in the new plan of science and technology. In addition, by participating Universities into the medium-and long-term research business of government-supported institute, it is expected to strengthen the basic initiative research, revitalize the joint study conducted by the universities and government-supported institute, and to reshuffle the statutes to promote personnel exchanges between the universities and government-supported institute. Universities role as a principle of innovation in the field of Aerospace is getting its weight so that the necessity of the institute-academia collaboration is increasing. Types of the Institute-Academia Collaboration can be categorized into the Joint-Study, internships for the students in Masters and Ph. D. programs, Professor-Researcher Exchange, Joint Research Lab, and Joint Postgraduate Course, and those are the cases from the U.S., Brazil, Germany, France, Japan, and Korea. High mutual reliance on the research subject, mutual trust on the research capability, and abundant and flexible capabilities in sources are required to make a success in Institute-Academia Collaboration.

This research focuses on the life history of university professor and the meaning of their lives to provide career information to parents and teachers conducting childhood career education. professor K with 25 years of professorship was targeted for insides's view(emic), which describes the life story through the professor's voice and words, was used as the method of research and additional data was collected through in-depth interviews with professor K, his writings, e-mails and in-depth interviews. The collected data was electronically transferred and categorized for field and categorical analysis. The analysis showed that the motive for professor K to enter academic society was due to his utmost efforts, assistance of family, and his friend encountering. Also after entering the university, he served as key role in research, education and as an appointed professor. After retirement, he is contributing to the society as a expert and practitioner. As such, 'continuous effort and consistent personal innovation', 'strong belief and clear calling', 'warm humanity and practical life', and 'flexible attitude and educational passion' were deducted from professor K 's professional capability.

Recently, as managing organization's stakeholders become important, a viewpoint of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been changed. Unlike in the past, organizations have performed CSR in their active and strategic point of view. Previous studies about the effect of social responsibility generally focused on customer response, social performance, and financial performance, and studies about the influence on business processes and organizational members are relatively not sufficient. In particular, there is few studies about the relationship among CSR, organization's innovation capability, and non-financial performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of CSR to knowledge management and organizational performance by using multiple regression analysis. Specifically, from the empirical result of this study with 256 Korean finns in diverse industries including the manufacturing, we identified that CSR has positive influence on knowledge management and organizational performance.

The concept of SDN (Software Defined Networking) endows the network with programmability and significantly improves the flexibility and extensibility of networks. Currently a plenty of research works on introducing SDN into wireless networks. Most of them focus on the innovation of the SDN based architectures but few consider how to realize the global perception of the network through the controller. In order to address this problem, a software defined carrier grade Wi-Fi framework called SWAN, is proposed firstly. Then based on the proposed SWAN architecture, a blueprint of introducing the traditional NSA (Network Situation Awareness) into SWAN is proposed and described in detail. Through perceiving various network data by a decentralized architecture and making comprehension and prediction on the perceived data, the proposed blueprint endows the controllers with the capability to aware of the current network situation and predict the near future situation. Meanwhile, the extensibility of the proposed blueprint makes it a universal solution for software defined wireless networks SDWNs rather than just for one case. Then we further research one typical use case of proposed NSA blueprint: network performance awareness (NPA). The subsequent comparison with other methods and result analysis not only well prove the effectiveness of proposed NPA but further provide a strong proof of the feasibility of proposed NSA blueprint.

This study analyzes the key drivers (commitment, integration of big data, green supply chain management, and green human resource practices) of sustainable capabilities and the influence to which these sustainable capabilities impact the banks' environmental and financial performance. Additionally, this study analyzes the impact of green management practices on the integration of big data technology with operations. The theory of dynamic capability was deployed to propose and empirically test the conceptual model. Data was collected through a self-administrated survey questionnaire from 319 participants employed at 35 banks located in six ASEAN countries. The findings indicate that big data analytics strategies have an impact on internal processes and banks' sustainable and financial performance. This study indicates that banks committed towards proper data monitoring of its clients achieve operational efficiency and sustainability goals. Moreover, our results confirm that banks practising green innovation strategies experience better environmental and economic performance as the employees of these banks have received advance green human resource training. Finally, our study found that internal and external green supply chain management practices have a positive impact on banks' environmental and financial performance, which confirms that ASEAN banks contributing in reduction of environmental impact through its operations will ultimately experience increased financial performance.

This study aims to examine economic effects and success factors of ICT based growth engine industry for forth generation industrial revolution. KTRS(kibo Technology Rating System) provided by KIBO is used for an analysis of this study. Specifically, the economic effects of growth engine industy are classified with financial(productivity, growth rate, etc) and non-financial(R&D investment and employment) effects. Moreover, the impacts of KTRS factors including CEO capability, technology ability, commercialization and marketability on the economic effects are investigated. The result of this study would raise management issues on technology innovation and provide implications on industrial policies for ICT based growth engine industry.

In this study, based on the fusion needs of the enterprise and explores how this convergence competencies affect to business performance. Results showed that the fusion capacity is affecting the financial performance and non-financial performance. That fusion technology education learning capability and convergence capabilities appeared to affect the financial performance and non-financial performance.

As the spacetime restriction free business becomes possible in compliance with the wide spread of social media through rapid propagation of smart phones and remote working etc., the positive activity for successful smart work implementation by major countries and many enterprises are being deployed. Korea which falled behind other advanced countries for adoption of smartwork needs to make double efforts in the forthcoming smartwork business area to be a continuous leading country as it used to be in the past IT area. Compare with traditional smartwork 1.0, future smartwork 2.0 is more creative, innovative and human/nature friendly. Smartwork 2.0 is the way of working to maximize the creativity by involving outside cooperators' capability and conforming to human sensitivity and emotion. This study suggests the management models proper to the future smartwork environment. This study will review the existing enterprises, government operation and rethink about the efficient management models in the rapidly changing smart work environment.

Recently, local government has adopted the film location as the strategies for regional development and has established local film commissions for facilitating the film location. The film locations in Gyeongbuk have been grown gradually since Taejo Wang Geon, TV series was filmed in KBS on-location set of Mungyeong, and the government of Gyeongbuk established the Geeongbuk film commission in 2006. However, the film locations in Gyeongbuk are confined to filming some products in Gyeongbuk, and there's few film-related firms in Gyeongbuk. Furthermore, the film industries in Gyeongbuk is consumption-led and the capability of film-related firms is still weak. Therefore, Gyoengbuk film commission should play the wide roles, making the film-friendly institutions, creating local atmosphere of collaboration, fostering film-induced tourism, and maturing local film culture, as well as the general roles of film commission, offering the film location services, database services and networking.

This paper is focused on the procedure of the development of a micro air vehicle which has vertical take-off and landing capability for indoor reconnaissance mission. Trade studies on mission feasibility led to the proposal of a coaxial rotorcraft configuration as the platform. The survey to provide a guide for preliminary design were conducted based on commercial off-the-shelf platform, and the rotor performance was estimated by the simple momentum theory. To determine the initial size of the micro air vehicle, the modified conventional fuel balance method was applied to adopt for electric powered vehicle, and the sizing problem was optimized with the sequential quadratic programming method using MATLAB. The designed rotor blades were fabricated with high strength carbon composite material and integrated with the platform. The developed coaxial rotorcraft micro air vehicle shows stable handling quality with manual flight test in indoor situation.
