The purposes of this study were to understand the organizational culture and to explore factors related to organizational commitment. The nationwide mailing survey was conducted using structured questionnaires from February 7th, 2013 to February 18th, 2013. With regard to the organizational culture, a relationship-oriented culture was predominant. The relationship-oriented culture(${\beta}=0.45,p<0.001$) and innovation-oriented culture(${\beta}=0.34,p<0.001$) had a positive influence on organizational commitment. This study has 56% of the explanatory power(F=14.83,p<0.001). The long-term care facilities with higher evaluation grades showed higher organizational commitment(F=7.18,p<0.001), which affected positively the evaluation of long-term care facilities (${\beta}=0.53,p<0.001$). On the basis of the above results, the conclusions were as follows: First, managers in the long-term care facilities should strive to build good relationships with staffs as to achieve greater organizational commitment and higher evaluation scores. Second, more researches are needed to find out how to improve the relationships among staffs.
The aims of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of firms financial status quo and the scale of financial support on SMEs overall performance. We have gathered the financial guarantee data from 1998 to 2013, provided by Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (KODIT), to analyze the effectiveness of Financial policy. To classify both financial status quo and scale of financial support, we utilized the following variables; Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR) and newly guaranteed amount ratio. To take the measurement of the overall performance, we employed profitability, growth ratio and activity index. To minimize the effect of repeated financial support (redundancy benefits), firms were selected based on the following criteria: firms that receive no financial support prior to implementing such policy over the last 3 years and no new financial support over the last 2 years. Results suggest that firms with higher ICR and large newly guaranteed amount influence on financial performance in terms of profitability index. Firms with lower ICR and large scale financial support showed a better performance compare to firms with small-scale financial support. Firms with large-scale financial support, irrespective of ICR inclined to have better performance to those of small-scale financial support in terms of growth index. For activity index, however, firms with large scale support led to higher performance in the short term. In turn, our analysis presents objective perspective with respect to the effectiveness of financial policy through credit guarantee on overall performance of SMEs. This study, therefore, implies that well-balanced SMEs supporting policy may lead to better directions.

The purpose of this study is analyze the impact on users' cognition of design concept, satisfaction of design concept, adapted park space, and effect of design concepts on park use satisfaction. The study sites are Central Mountain Park and Lake Park in Gwanggyo New Town, Suwon. We analyzed importance-satisfaction of park facilities in the park and preference-satisfaction of park. The results of this study are as follows. First, generally users visit the park as a family unit. Second, trails got high scores in importance-satisfaction of park facilities. Third, park users' satisfaction received a high score generally, but it doesn't show statistic significance with users' cognition of design concept. Fourth, cognition of the two parks' design concept and design strategy got a high score - over three points on average - based on the 5 - point Likert scale. However, upon analysis of users' cognition of design concept and satisfaction of design concept adapted park space, there is no statistic significance. Therefore, we noticed that the park's design concept had an effect on park users' satisfaction; rather, personal preference and satisfaction of users had more impact on satisfaction. On the other hand, this study was limited in that we didn't survey across all four seasons and had few target areas. But it has some significance in that we used a visual documentation, attaching existing photos including design concept, to increase users' understanding. Also, we directly asked about the parks' user design concept and strategy.
The increasing use of mobile applications is a phenomenon that has recently come to be beneficial to people in their private life due to increased income and changes in life style. In particular, analyzing customers' consumer sentiment can be seen as a pursuit form of convenience that enables efficient use of time and effort. In this study, based on previous studies, we examine the causal relation model that influences reuse intention, which is a dependent variable through perceived value as a parameter by measuring the service convenience for cafe mobile application. In order to accomplish purpose of this study, references related to service convenience, perceived value, and reuse intention were reviewed as literature research methods. For the empirical study, the research was carried out through Macro Mill Embrain Co., Ltd. Online research was conducted for one week from October 26 to November 8, 2018. There are 13 items of the collected data were excluded and 324 items suitable for irradiation were used. Study results show that service convenience of cafe mobile application has a positive effect on perceived value and reuse intention. In addition, in the relationship that cafe mobile app's service convenience has a significant (+) influence on reuse intention, perceived value proved to have meaningful results as intermediary roles. Implications of this study are as follows. First of all, this study will be helpful for cafe companies and consumers if utilize the service convenience of cafe mobile application in perceived value and reuse intention in marketing applications. Therefore, theoretically, we propose the development direction of cafe mobile application and present academic data for marketing strategy innovation and competitive advantage in the food service industry that conforms to the fourth industrial revolution era.
This is the study on the preference of men's jewelry in Korea and China. It started to change and develop the market of modern men's jewelry, which is increasingly growing. The men's jewelry market, in Korea, has developed as small market as part of women's, and since 2006, it has started to grow as men's jewelry. However, it is still treated only by some brands. It is a time when innovation is needed because design diversity is weak. The men's jewelry market in China is rapidly developing under the influence of young emerging rich people. However, as in Korea, a research on the design of men's jewelry is insufficient, so it is urgent to study the preference for men's jewelry. Each survey was conducted on a the tie-pin and cufflinks as the most representative men's jewelry in Korea and China. As a result, both countries were not satisfied with the designs currently being sold. In Korea, the popularity of the tie-pin and the cufflinks is made to some extent, and customizing to consumer and innovative development are required. And, in China, the popularity of the tie-pin and the cufflinks made it possible to expect the growth of the men's jewelry market.

Lots of shallow tunnels are constructed in the mountainous areas where the stress distribution in the ground around tunnel is not simple, also the impact of stress conditions on the longitudinal load transfer characteristics is unclear. The tunnel construction methods and the ground conditions would also affect the longitudinal load transfer characteristics which would be dependant on the displacement patterns of tunnel face. Therefore, in this study, the slope of the ground surface was varied in $0^{\circ}$, $10^{\circ}$, $20^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$, and the longitudinal load transfer depended on the deformation conditions of tunnelface (that were maximum deformation on the top, constant deformation, and maximum deformation on the bottom), and the stress distribution at tunnelface. As results, when the tunnelface deformed, the earth presure on the tunnelface decreased and the load at tunnel crown increased. The load transferred on the crown was influenced by the earth presure on tunnel face. Smaller load would be transfered to the wide areas when the slope of ground surface decreased. When the slope of ground surface became larger, the longitudinal load transfer would be smaller and would be concentrated on tunnelface, In addition, the shape of the transferred load distribution in the longitudinal direction was dependant on the deformation shape of tunnelface. The deformation shape of tunnelface and stress conditions in longitudinal sections would affect the shape and the magnitude of the load transfer in the longitudinal directions.

In the 21st century, the Korean university education system is focused on innovation and change, including cooperation between industry and universities. It should be a goal to foster an industry-university ecosystem through interactions between universities and industry. Therefore, it is important to measure their relationships and to find advisable ways to measure the final results of industry-university cooperation. This paper sets out the achievements in cooperation and the satisfaction from such enterprises and measures mutual relationships influencing satisfaction from industry-university cooperation as to adherence and cooperation. Therefore, this research focuses on regression equation analysis in order to analyze the influence from satisfaction with industry-university cooperation based on factors in the relations between industry and universities. Also, as we examined the multicollinearity problem, before analyzing multiple regression, the multicollinearity problem appeared to be relatively irrelevant. In particular, the satisfaction variable, which can also be set as a subordinate variable, was in this research constructed as a high-dimensional subordinate variable composed of five individual variables. We then analyzed how the adherence construct factor and degree of cooperation construct factor influences the respective and subordinate satisfaction variables. As a result, the degree of realization of local customized programs was shown by the most significant variables. The biggest factor influencing satisfaction with industry-university cooperation proves the degree of realization for appropriate programs under local conditions, such as education, research, and technique guidance.
Before the financial crisis of 1997 in Korea, many industrial sectors across the country have achieved remarkable economic growth since the 1970s because of the development of large-scale equipment industries such as civil engineering, steel, construction and chemical industries. However, after the financial crisis, the economic growth rate has slowed down. Also, the global recession and the rise of China in the global business environment have led to a long-term recession in the national industry as a whole. In current economic environment, it is not easy for the companies even having excellent resources to continue its competitive advantage. Moreover, the chemical industry, which has an influence as a basic industry of other industries, misses the point of transformation into a high value-added industry, as shown in previous research. In order to meet the rapidly changing global business environment, Korean chemical companies should have a dynamic capabilities which to rapidly reallocate and consolidate the resources and capabilities they possess. The dynamic capabilities to convert, rearrange and develop the resources possessed by the company in the direction of creating high added value and to promptly search for, absorb, transform and fuse newly required capabilities and resources should be continuously applied to Korean chemical companies. It is the core competence to secure competitive advantage. In order to secure the dynamic capabilities of the company, the dynamic capabilities of individual employees should be strengthened and employees should be able to demonstrate their own leadership so that they can proactively work and self-manage in a positive direction. Previous studies have focused mainly on the dynamic capabilities of firms. However, the competence of the human resources that make up the enterprise leads to the capabilities of the enterprise, and the human resources themselves are also important corporate resources. This paper focuses on the dynamic capabilities of individuals and strives to clarify the causal relationship between dynamic capabilities, self-leadership, and organizational effectiveness which have direct or indirect effects on management outcome. The reasons for choosing the chemical industry are based on the fact that a domestic chemical companies are in a long-term recession, and they lacks a innovation and value creation capabilities. Also, chemical industry has a large impact on the national economy.
This study investigates the factors that stimulate or suppress the use of food delivery applications. As potential antecedent factors, the present research examined the review diagnosticity, descriptive norms, and multidimensional risk perception. Based on this, users' data were collected from major metropolitan cities where the food delivery application business is most active. The results of structural equation modeling confirmed that users' approach to food delivery apps becomes more favorable when the review diagnosticity and descriptive norms were improved and when the perceived multidimensional risk expected to be associated with app use is mitigated. Additionally, we found that the positive influence of these attitudes on the actual intention to accept delivery applications became weaker at higher levels of perceived risk. These empirical results may contribute to the formation of strategic and systematic guidelines for promoting the expansion of the recently emerging O2O service platform across diverse sectors. Namely, the significance of this study lies in that it has raised awareness regarding the strategic considerations that such new O2O service providers should take into account for their market positions, in addition to discovering factors that could aid the prompt expansion of the applications' user base.
The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement plan for an effective benefit sharing support policy through empirical analysis on the benefit sharing operation of government as well as the benefit sharing support policy of government affecting firm performance. Therefore, this study analyzed current problems on benefit sharing operation of government as well as performed a survey for 225 participating and cooperation firms regarding firm performance. This study found some improvements such as insufficient diverse incentive measures leading to the difficulty of participating firm's increase and spread, insufficient substantial benefit sharing such a cash allocation between consignment firms, the increase of biz management system model failing to induce innovation of new technology or product, and difficult spread into 2nd, 3rd cooperative firms besides 1st ones, meanwhile, verifying the positive influence of government benefit sharing support policy on both participating and cooperation firms, especially on the performance of cooperation firms. As a further study, it is necessary to increase the objectiveness and accuracy of a research through verification of the interrelationships between firm statue and performance on the basis of more objective and quantitative data such a sales increase or R&D capability of cooperation firms.
