The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of factors hampering innovation on firm's R&D cooperation. We classify the obstacles to innovation into lack of money and information, and also distinguish between horizontal cooperation and vertical cooperation. We argue that different obstacles have a differential effect on the types of R&D cooperation. We examined the hypotheses using KIS (Korea Innovation Survey) data. The results show that deficiency of information is positively related to both vertical and horizontal cooperation, however, lack of money is not related to firm's R&D cooperation. Based on these findings from Korean manufacturing firms, the implications of the results and future research directions are discussed.

With constant relaxation of regulations by the government in the 4th industrial innovation era, it has brought huge changes to the education environment as it has created solutions to hindrance factors against introduction of the cloud. Universities are getting more interested in the introduction of the cloud Computing but they still remain at the level of recognition diffusion and creating ambience. The study has analyzed empirical factors of the effect of introduction of the successful case "K Cyber University's Construction of Cloud-Based Remote Education System" through the previous studies on trait factors affecting the introduction of the cloud computing and the analysis of factors in terms of expandability, agility, compatibility, economic feasibility, security, stability and institutional support. Factors drawn through this are meaningful for empirical studies on presenting strategies and the directivity to introduce the cloud computing successfully. This study can be used as the background for further studies which will require various factors prior to introducing the cloud computing.

The domestic threat information sharing system to deal with various security threats in the rapidly changing cyber environment needs to be improved. In this study, to solve these problems and promote the activation of threat information sharing, we derive a research model based on the value-based containment model (VAM) for vital factors in information sharing. After conducting a Ricardian 5-point survey on a total of 204 individuals, the statistical results of the first 151 individuals were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS, and the statistical results of the second 204 individuals were analyzed using R-Studio. As a result, perceivability was found to have a significant impact as a core factor in the activation of cyber threat information sharing (β=0.405, p<0.01), and the hindrance factor was analyzed as innovation resistance (β=-0.152, p<0.01). Microscopically, the obtained results can be applied to factor analysis for activating information sharing of cyber threats by companies in the future, and macroscopically, they can contribute to the foundational development of a national cyber threat response system.
