항만물류 구성요소의 평가에 관한 연구 (An Evaluation of Constituent Factors for Port Logistics)

  • 우리나라 항만물류의 경우 중국의 급격한 성장으로 인해 물동량 처리실적에서 순위를 내주면서 항만물류 경쟁력 자체에 심각한 우려를 받고 있어 경쟁에서 우위를 차지하기 위해 다양한 대책마련이 요구받고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 항만물류의 내부 및 외부 요구 항목들을 파악하고 이들 항목의 중요도 가중치 및 순위를 파악하여 개선의 노력을 집중하는 것이 우리나라의 항만물류를 좀 더 효율적으로 향상시키는 지름길이 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항만물류를 구성하는 내 외부 요구항목들의 중요도 가중치를 산정하기 위해 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 내부 구성요소들 중에서는 보관 및 하역시스템(0.288)의 중요도 가중치가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로 항만물류정보시스템(0.210), 내륙연계시스템(0.189), 선박 입출항 시스템(0.184), 선박 접이안 시스템(0.129) 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 외부 요구 항목들 중에서는 물류관련비용(0.366)의 중요도 가중치가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로 서비스여건(0.128), 지역적 연계성(0.118) 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 추가적으로 2007년과 2011년에 항만 이용자들이 생각하는 가중치의 변화를 살펴보기 위해 연도별 가중치를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 내부 구성요소의 경우 2007년에는 항만물류정보시스템이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 외부 요구항목의 경우 물류관련비용이 가장 높게 나타났고 그 다음은 지역적 중심성이 뒤를 이었다. 이러한 결과는 2007년과 2011년에 항만물류의 환경이 변화됨에 따른 결과라 판단된다.

Effects of intrauterine growth restriction during late pregnancy on the cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation in ovine fetal thymuses

  • Objective: This study investigated the effects of intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) during late pregnancy on the cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation in ovine fetal thymuses. Methods: Eighteen time-mated Mongolian ewes with singleton fetuses were allocated to three groups at d 90 of pregnancy: restricted group 1 (RG1, 0.18 MJ ME/body weight [BW]0.75/d, n = 6), restricted group 2 (RG2, 0.33 MJ ME/BW0.75/d, n = 6) and control group (CG, ad libitum, 0.67 MJ ME/BW0.75/d, n = 6). Fetuses were recovered at slaughter on d 140. Results: The G0/G1 phase cell number in fetal thymus of the RG1 group was increased but the proliferation index and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were reduced compared with the CG group (p<0.05). Fetuses in the RG1 group exhibited decreased growth hormone receptor (GHR), insulin-like growth factor 2 receptor (IGF-2R), and their mRNA expressions (p<0.05). For the RG2 fetuses, there were no differences in the proliferation index and PCNA expression (p>0.05), but growth hormone (GH) and the mRNA expression of GHR were lower than those of the CG group (p<0.05). The thymic mRNA expressions of cyclin-dependent protein kinases (CDKs including CDK1, CDK2, and CDK4), CCNE, E2-factors (E2F1, E2F2, and E2F5) were reduced in the RG1 and RG2 groups (p<0.05), and decreased mRNA expressions of E2F4, CCNA, CCNB, and CCND were occurred in the RG1 fetuses (p<0.05). The decreased E-cadherin (E-cad) as a marker for epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) was found in the RG1 and RG2 groups (p<0.05), but the OB-cadherin which is a marker for activated fibroblasts was increased in fetal thymus of the RG1 group (p<0.05). Conclusion: These results indicate that weakened GH/IGF signaling system repressed the cell cycle progression in G0/G1 phase in IUGR fetal thymus, but the switch from reduced E-cad to increased OB-cadherin suggests that transdifferentiation process of EMT associated with fibrogenesis was strengthened. The impaired cell growth, retarded proliferation and modified differentiation were responsible for impaired maturation of IUGR fetal thymus.

  • Since the end of 19th century, The form and inner space for the religious ceremony; liturgical space of Catholic churches in Busan diocese have been changed as various styles by several outer and inner factors. The changing of historical, social, and religious environment, such as Opening Harbor, Japanese Occupation, Korean War & Rehabilitation Period, and Vatican II are generally regarded as main outer factors, and the locality that lay behind the flux of those events is considered as the main inner factor. The former has usually operated as a momentum for showing general trend of Catholic church, while the latter has made local singularity expressed as unusual style and somewhat modified liturgical space compared with Its contemporary churches. In the context, this paper attempt to analyze the transformation process of style and liturgical space of Catholic churches in Busan diocese focused on revealing local singularity with main five churches, Bumil Church, Samrangjin Church, Milyang Church, Jungang Church, and Dongrae Church, constructed between the end of 19th century and 1962.

상계해법과 유한요소법을 이용한 스피닝공정 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Process of Tube End Spining by the Upper bound Method and Finite Element Method)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in thewall thickness of tube sinking and working forces by the upper bound method and ABAQUS code. The independent variables were : Workpiece material, original wall thickness of tube, die angle, friction, and diameter reduction. The results indicated that of these five variables were a factor in wall-thickness increase and working forces. Three variables, a inner tube wall angle and two angles of the velocity discontinuous surfaces, are optimized in this proposed velocity field by the upper bound method. In this method, we can estimate the working forces and final tube thicknesses whcih are similar to acturla forming process. Optimized process variables which are obtained by upper bound method are used in ABAQUS pre-model . In ABAQUS analysis, the stress and the strain contours which are considered to be heat generation occured by the friction during forming process are observed.

시설 노인의 건강보존에 관한 도구 개발 (Scale Development on Health Conservation of the Institutionalized Elderly)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a health conservation scale with high validity and reliability for institutionalized elderly. Method: The process of development of this scale was as follows. A conceptual framework composed of 4 phases of health conservation of institutionalized elderly was identified based on the literature review with elderlies and discussions with experts in health conservation. A total of 75 items, on a 4-point scale were developed. Through reliability testing and factor analysis, 57 preliminary items were selected. By means of internal consistency of the 57 items, 18 items whose inner-items correlation coefficient was below .40 were deleted. Through factor analysis, 2 items whose factor loading was below .40 were deleted. Finally 37 items remained. To verity the 37 items, factor analysis, reliability testing, and correlation was done. Data were collected from 207 institutionalized elderly subjects in Daegu, Kyungpook, Busan, and KyungNam Province from August. 2003 to February. 2004. Result: In the result of factor analysis of the 37 items, 4 factors were extracted. These factors were labeled as ‘personal integrity’, ‘conservation of energy', ‘structural integrity’, and ‘social integrity'. These factors included 4 phases of health conservation. Cronbach's Alpha of 37 the items was .9424 and the correlation coefficient of HPLP was .723. Conclusion: The researchers recommend the following: An explorative study on the variables related to health conservation is needed for criterion validity of this scale. Studies on health conservation of different age groups, and subjects are needed for verification.

노인의 생의 의미 측정 도구 개발 (Development of Elderly Meaning in Life (EMIL) Scale)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop elderly meaning in life scale with high validity and reliability. Method: The process of development of this scale were as follows. A conceptual framework composed of 4 phases of meaning in life of elderly was identified based on the literature review and interviews with elderlies and discussion with experts in meaning in life. Total 62 items, 4-points scale were developed. Through reliability testing, factor analysis, 40 preliminary items were selected. By means of internal consistency of 40 items, 2 items whose inner-items correlation coefficient was below .30 were deleted. Through factor analysis 1 item whose factor loading was below .30 was deleted. Finally 37 items were remained. To verify 37 items, factor analysis, reliability testing, LISEREL were done. Data were collected from 320 elderly subjects in Busan-KyungNam and Jeonla Province from May to June in 2002. SPSS WIN. 10.0 Program was used. Result: The result of factor analysis of 37 items, 8 factors were extracted. These factors were labeled as ‘self- awareness and self-acceptance’, ‘contentedness with life’, ‘purpose in life’, ‘love in family’, ‘role awareness’, ‘futuristic aspiration’, ‘commitment’, and ‘experience of love’. These factors included 4 phases of the meaning in life. Cronbach's Alpha of 37 items was .908 and correlation coefficient of PIL was .75. Conclusion: The researchers recommend the follows: The explorative study on the variables related to meaning in life are needed for criterion validity of this scale. The studies on meaning in life of different age groups, subjects are needed for reverification.

실험계획법을 이용한 튜브 하이드로 포밍용 이중관 벤딩 공정의 해석적 요인 효과 분석 (Analytic Factor Effects Analysis of Bending Process of Double Pipe for Tube-Hydroforming using Experimental Design)

  • This paper covers finite element simulations to evaluate the bending limit of double pipe for tube-hydroforming. The tube-hydroforming process starts with a straight precut tube. The tube is often prebent in a rotary draw bending machine to fit the hydroforming tool. During the bending the tube undergoes significant deformation. So forming defects such as wrinkling, thinning and flattening are generated in the tube. Consequently we analyzed the effect of process parameters in rotary draw bending process and searched the optimized combination of process parameters to minimize the forming defects using orthogonal arrays. The characteristic to evaluate the effects of the process parameters is the bending angle which wrinkling is generated, we define the bending angle at that time as bending limit. Of many process parameters, the process parameters of the bending process such as gab between inner and outer tube, boosting force, dimensions of mandrel were analyzed. And we observed the deformation modes of bent double pipe at specific bending angle in each parameter combination.

  • We call as plant life cycle the process starting from plant plan, design to disuse by way of construction, operation, but the plant facility inside it comes to changes of cope with various inner factor like blazing phenomenon and outer factor according to economic state. On the presumption of these factors, the problem is brought about how plant should be managed, this study attempt to suggest the conservation management through economic evaluation in investment design and alternative, that is, methodology connecting that of economical efficiency evaluation based on LCC(Life Cycle Costing) thinking method and facility management with that of life prediction.

  • Most industrial accidents occur when the workers' unsafe behavior and the unsafe situation of workplace take place at the same time. Although human's unsafe behavior is indispensable to work field, the evaluation scheme to detect the causes for the accident resulted from human's unsafe behavior and counterplan should be prepared to prevent and reduce accident. To do this, we first classify the specific background factors in terms of human inner factor and environment factor and then develop the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model to analyze the background factors that affect the worker's unsafe behavior. We also develop a checklist to be able to evaluate the occurrence possibility of individual worker's unsafe behavior.

모델축소를 이용한 고차계 적분공정의 안정한 PID 동조 (Stable PID Tuning for High-order Integrating Processes using Model Reduction Method)

  • PID control is windely used to control stable processes, However, its application to integrating processes is less common. In this paper, we proposed a stable PID controller tuning method for integrating processes with time delay using model reduction method. For proposed model reduction method, it disconnect an integrating factor from integrating processes and reduces separate process using reduction method. and it connect an integrating factor to reduced model. We can obtain stable integrating processes using P controller in inner feedback loop and PID tuning is then used to cancel the pole of the feedback loop. This guarantees both robustness and performance. Simulation examples are given to show the good performance of the proposed tuning method comparing with other methods.
