Objective: This study investigated the expression of genes in cashmere goats at different periods of their fetal development. Methods: Bioinformatics analysis was used to evaluate data obtained by transcriptome sequencing of fetus skin samples collected from Inner Mongolia cashmere goats on days 45, 55, and 65 of fetal age. Results: We found that FoxN1, FoxE1, and FoxI3 genes of the Fox gene family were probably involved in the growth and development of the follicle and the formation of hair, which is consistent with previous findings. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction detecting system and Western blot analysis were employed to study the relative differentially expressed genes FoxN1, FoxE1, and FoxI3 in the body skin of cashmere goat fetuses and adult individuals. Conclusion: This study provided new fundamental information for further investigation of the genes related to follicle development and exploration of their roles in hair follicle initiation, growth, and development.

Peumonia is the infection of the lungs. Bronchopneumonia is the infection of the bronchus. But their symtoms are simillar. I took care of a patient in bronchopneumonia. And then I reviewed Haemophilus influenzae and Soeumin's cough through west-east medicine books. Cough is divided with the outter disease and the inner disease on the pathology of the Korean Medicine(Sansang Constitutional Medicine). And the outter disease is divided with the outter symptom and the inner symptom. The inner disease is divided too. I wanted to discuss Soeumin's cough is the outter symptom of the outter disease and the inner disease. Finally the outter symptom of the outter disease must be applied with the thrapeutic method of the removal wind-cold and the elevation of YangGi in Soeumin's cough. And the outter symptom of the inner disease must be applied with the thrapeutic method of the heating AbdominalGi and the going down of EumGi in Soeumin's cough.

Gaseous inner disks are the main controller of the final structure of planetary systems as well as the building place of planets, especially of terrestrial planets. However, the inner disk of <5AU is still difficult to be spatially resolved even at the closest star forming regions. Resolving velocity structure in the disk with high resolution infrared spectroscopic study is the best approach to study the inner disk at this moment. Here, we present the IGRINS (Immersion GRating INfrared Spectrometer) result of the Class I young stellar object, ESO Ha 279a, in the Serpens molecular cloud region. IGRINS has a resolving power of R=40,000, corresponding to the velocity resolution of 7 km/s at K-band, which is perfect to study the hot inner disk structure. We report that NaI and CO overtone emission lines are indeed good tracers of the rotating inner warm disk tracing from ~0.04 to ~7AU of this source. We also report the disk properties using other emission lines.

The present study was conducted to determine the effects of chitosan on nitric oxide (NO) content and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) activity in serum, and relative expression of iNOS mRNA in the duodenum, jejunum, and ileum of broiler chickens. A total of 240 one-day-old Arbor Acre mixed-sex broiler chickens were randomly allotted to six dietary treatments with five replicates in each treatment and eight chickens in each replicate. The broiler chickens in the six treatments were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0 (control), 0.05, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0 or 2.0 g/kg chitosan. The trial lasted for 42 days. The results showed that dietary chitosan enhanced NO content and iNOS activity in serum as well as iNOS mRNA expression in the duodenum and ileum of broiler chickens in a quadratic dose-dependent manner (p<0.05), and improved jejunum iNOS mRNA expression in a quadratic dose-dependent manner (p<0.10) with increasing addition of chitosan. Chicks fed a diet containing 0.5-1.0 g/kg chitosan had higher NO content and iNOS activity in serum as well as small-intestinal iNOS mRNA expression compared with birds given the control diet, but positive effects of chitosan tended to be suppressed when addition of chitosan in the diet was increased to 2.0 g/kg. These results implied that there was a threshold level of chitosan inclusion beyond which progressive reductions in serum NO content and small intestinal iNOS expression occured, and the regulation of chitosan on immune functions in chickens is probably associated with activated expression of iNOS and NO secretion.

The purpose of the study is to examine the differences between rural and urban in the factors and the level of stress in adolescent, inner control and communication with parents. Also, It is to research the influence of environmental variables, inner control and communication with parents on adolescent's stress in sides of rural and urban. Therefore, I provide needed data in instructing students. For the data set, academic high school students in second grade in a town for rural and Su-Seung gu, Dal-Sugu, chung gu in Dae-gu for urban were chosen. The data were analyzed with the frequency, percentage, factor analysis Mean, S.D, reliability, t-test, regression in use of Spss PC+ Program. The main results are as follow. First, for rural students, stress level is displayed studies, future0affair, life-attitude, companions, self-assurance and home life in order by lower sphere. For urban students, it is displayed future-affair, studies, life-attitude, companions, self-assurance and home life in order by lower shpere. In case of rural "I don't know effective study method" is highly displayed by factors. In case of urban. "I am tired of a competitive life" is highly displayed. The mean of stress level is 3.22 for rural and 3.07 for urban. The differences between rural and urban are showed in self-assurance, studies and companions. Finally when we see the stress generally the stress level is higher in rural high school students than in urban high school students. Second, rural students are lower displayed than urban students in inner control and communication with parents. There is no difference urban students in inner control and communication with parents. There is no difference in communication with a mother. third, influential variables on stress level are inner control, communication with parents, satisfaction with companions and school life as environmental variables in sides of rural and urban. Physical condition is added for rural and sex for urban Finally we get the result that stress level is high in low inner control, poor communication with parents, bad companions and unsatisfied school life for both rural and urban. Bad physical condition for rural and female for urban are added.

Quality evaluation of red ginsengs is determined by outer shape and inner qualities. Especially, the inner qualities are main grading criteria. Currently, red ginsengs are classified into 3-grades; heaven, earth and good. The best heaven grade must not include inner holes and sponge tissues. This study was conducted to develop a red ginseng sorting system using x-ray image processing technique. Because of lens characteristic, gray values of the central region in the x-ray image are higher and gradually decreased towards the edge regions. This difference of gray values gives trouble in segmentation and detection of inner holes in red ginseng image, so preprocessing technique is necessary. The preprocessing was done by subtracting source image from an empty background image. But, simple subtraction was not quite appropriate because of too small contrast between inner holes and sound part. Scaled subtraction images were obtained by multiplying all gray values by some numbers. However this method could not help to set threshold value because the gray values of root part are generally lower than body part when red ginseng is exposed to the x-ray. To determine threshold value for detecting inner holes, an algorithm was developed by increasing overall gray values of less clear images.

For the utilization of chestnut inner bark as forest biomass, the diethyl ether solubles of hot water extract from chestnut inner bark was analyzed by HPLC. Each peak was identified by comparing with retention time of standard regents and their purity from obtained UV spectrum by RI detector. Identified 6 compounds were gallic acid, 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoic acid and protocatecualdehyde as phenolic acids and aldehyde, and catechin and epicatechin as flavonoids.
