공유문화의 장으로서의 도서관 공간의 설계요소 및 인프라 체계 연구 (A Study on Design Elements and Infrastructure System of Library Space as a Place of Shared Culture)

  • In modern times, pluralistic social phenomena in which various values are pursed and recognized appear. The modern society called hyper-connected, intelligence information and zero marginal cost society in which shared value is commonly emphasized faces a paradigm shift to shared society system. In particular, sharing-based activities related with intelligence information sectors more prominently emerge in the high-tech informatization which has been accelerated. The purpose of this study is to understand design factors related with how attribution of the sharing culture is expressed in library spaces and examine how sharing infrastructure is established in users' spaces. As a research method, it initially conducted theoretical consideration of the sharing culture and information spaces, which can be regarded as sociocultural phenomena in modern times. Then, it drew sharing culture-based spatial design factors-access, openness and plurality. It analyzed configuration of spaces for sharing information-Cultural Commons (CC), Information Commons(IC) and Learning Commons (LC) - and infrastructure of information spaces, for library cases-five domestic and foreign public libraries-. The findings show that modern library spaces reflect historical needs for the sharing culture and actively serve their roles through spatial infrastructure including contents (programs) and services for sharing knowledge. The study is determined to be valuable as basic data in establishing the infrastructure of information spaces reflecting modern social trends and cultural phenomena, in expecting spatial structures in which knowledge is reproduced and planning spaces of libraries in the future.

  • 네트워크 보안 인프라는 다양한 형태의 기기별 조합과 융합을 기반으로 지속적인 발전을 하고 있다. 방화벽, 가상 사설 통신망, 침입 방지 시스템, 침입 탐지 시스템, 기업 보안 관리, TSM(Telebiometrics System Mechanism)과 같은 단계별 방어정책인 분산제어 형태에서 현재는 보안기기와 솔루션들을 병합함으로써 집중화와 인공 지능화 하는 단계까지 발전했다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보안 기기와 솔루션을 집중화 하는 네트워크 보안 인프라 디자인 형태를 플랫폼 형태로 제안하고 각각의 경우에 따른 플랫폼 디자인 표준화를 위한 기초자료인 네트워크 보안 인프라 플랫폼 디자인 선정 방법론을 제공함으로써 실무에서 손쉽게 적용하고 구현하는 과정을 통해 침해로 인한 장애제어 등의 문제점을 최소화한 디자인 구현과 구축에 대한 방법론을 제안하고자 한다.

  • 건설 엔지니어링은 과학기술과 지식을 접목하여 고부가가치와 일자리를 창출하는 대표적인 산업이지만 그 중요성이 저평가 되고 있다. 국토교통부의 자료에 의하면 엔지니어링 산업의 부가가치율(65.3 %)과 고용유발계수(14명 고용/10억 원)은 제조업의 3배 이상이다. 특히 시공 이전의 프로젝트 관리·기본설계 등 전방가치사슬은 총사업비의 10~15 % 미만임에도 불구하고 인프라 시설의 전체 가격과 품질을 좌우한다. 본 연구에서는 인프라 엔지니어링 플랫폼을 프로젝트 단위가 아니라 엔터프라이즈 수준의 플랫폼으로 개발하기 위하여 필요한 프레임워크, 도로 설계 업무 분류, 설계 지원 모듈 및 데이터베이스 구축 방향에 대하여 제시하고, 이를 바탕으로 클라우드 기반의 설계 플랫폼의 초기 버전을 개발하였다. 개발된 설계 플랫폼은 시간/공간 제약 없는 웹 기반 설계 업무환경을 제공하고, 해외사업 수주 및 경쟁력 확보에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

복합환승센터의 도시 공원화 방안 연구 : 도봉산역 복합환승센터를 중심으로 (A Study on Designing a Transfer Center as an Urban Park : With the Case of the Dobongsan Station P & R)

  • The objective of the study is to discuss the public value which inevitably required in the relation between city and transportation infrastructure and to suggest a public space at a transfer center which is a new type of transportation infrastructure. There has been little discourse on the public value of existing transportation infrastructure in the field of landscape architecture. Through this study. re-think of urban infrastructure from landscape architectural point of view will be examined. Through this study, three main considerations will be reflected in designing a transfer center, First, in a broad context, possibility of landscape architectural access toward transportation infrastructure should be considered. Secondly, unique characteristics of the transfer center system will be reflected on design process. Lastly, by analysing the site context of Dobongsan station P&R, design issues will be emerged. Transportation infrastructure is a field of urban life where people gather, exchange and do diverse activities. Design of transfer center through landscape architectural approach will be a meaningful reaction to the needs of public space in the urban infrastructures.

지문 인식 기반의 개인키 위탁 시스템의 설계 (Design of a Private Key Escrow System based on the Fingerprint Identification)

  • There are some problems on the system that uses a password comprising a digital signature to identify the secret key owner under the public key infrastructure. For example, the password can be difficult to remember or easy to be disclosure, and users should make more complex password to protect it. A number of studies have been proceeded in order to overcome these defects using the fingerprint identification technologies, but they need to change the current standard of public key infrastructure. On the suggested private key escrow system, the private key can be withdrawn only through the enrollment and identification of a fingerprint template after it is saved to a reliable third system. Therefore, this new private key escrow system can remove previous inconveniences of managingthe private key on current public key infrastructure, and it exhibited superior results in terms of the evaluation items when compared with the integrated method of the existing fingerprint identification and public key infrastructure.

  • In this paper, a configuration procedure of a transportation infrastructure system for GNSS based very precise real-time positioning is proposed. This infrastructure system consists of several receiving station, a central station, and communication sub-systems. The required performance, design, implementation and verification of each sub-system are explained respectively. The required performance can be broken down into accuracy, integrity, stability, processing time. The design of the each sub-system is performed in accordance with the required performance and each sub-system is built with regard to the design. Lastly the implemented system is verified in comparison with the required performance.

Design procedure for seismic retrofit of RC beam-column joint using single diagonal haunch

  • Exterior beam-column joint is typically the weakest link in a limited-ductile reinforced concrete (RC) frame structure. The use of diagonal haunch element has been considered as a desirable seismic retrofit option for reducing the seismic demand at the joint. Previous research globally has focused on implementing double haunches, while the use of single haunch element as a less-invasive and more architecturally favorable retrofit option has not been investigated. In this paper, the key formulations and a design procedure for the single haunch system for retrofitting RC exterior beam-column joint are developed. An application of the proposed design procedure is then illustrated through a case study.

  • 본 논문은 최근 각광받고 있는 전기차위주의 많은 실증 사업 중 충전 인프라와 연계된 충전운영시스템 및 전기요금간의 관계를 데이터 연계 분석하였다. 현 시점에서 앞으로 일어날 전기차 충전 인프라에 대한 급속한 수요의 증가로 말미암아 수요치를 예측한다는 의미에서 다가오는 시대를 미리 준비 할 수 있다. 동시에 시스템 모델링을 사이트를 중심으로 실증하고 도식화하는 일이 선행되어야 할 요소이다. 기존의 소규모 시뮬레이션에 의한 모델링과 운영시스템의 설계는 데이터 연계분석을 기반으로 하였다. 본 논문에서는 최종적으로 새로운 시스템 모델링을 구현하여 실제 차량과 이용자를 대상으로 각 지점과 노드별로 시간에 따른 시분할 데이터로 분석하고자 표준 형식으로 도입하였다. 실제 구현된 전기차 충전 인프라와 운영시스템을 대상으로 데이터 연계분석 중심의 효율성을 증명하고자 하였다.

주요기반시설 서비스의 안정적 운영을 위한 보안 프레임워크 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Security Framework Design for Stable Operation of Critical Infrastructure Service)

  • Critical infrastructure has been operating in a closed environment with a completely separate information system and in the private area. However, with the current ICT environment changes due to convergence and open platforms it has increased the threats and risks to critical infrastructure. The importance of cyber security is increasing in the infrastructure control system, such as the outbreak of Ukraine blackout in 2015 by a malicious code called 'black energy'. This thesis aims to recognize the importance and necessity of protecting the critical infrastructure service, designing a security framework reflecting environmental and characteristic changes, and analyzing the management system suitable for a security framework. We also propose a theoretical basis for constructing a new security framework by comparing and analyzing seven international security management system standards, such as NIST 800-82 and IEC 62443-2-1, which are used in the control system. As a result, the environment surrounding critical infrastructure changes with the characteristics of connectivity, openness, and finality was studied, and as a response to this, many scholars and institutions present critical infrastructure security frameworks as cycle enhancement type structures, risk management structures, and management domain expansion structures. In response, the security framework encompassing these structures, CISF (Critical Infrastructure Security Framework), was designed. Additionally, through the security related international standard and criterion analysis, as a newly designed security standard suitable for CISF, IEC 62443-2-1 is reviewed and suggestions are made.

Adopting Cloud Service in the National Spatial Data Infrastructure

  • In Korea, NSDI(National Spatial Data Infrastructure) was implemented for integrating and sharing the nationally generated spatial data. One of the main roles of implementing NSDI is providing spatial data to public agencies. And now, the establishment plan for NSDI with the technical advancement should be needed. This paper deals with the technical aspects of adopting cloud service in the NSDI. First, we propose the concept for target system, which shows the current and future NSDI. In the future NSDI model, GIS cloud and governance systems are included. Service functions for cloud system and infrastructure implementation design directions are derived. Finally, governance system implementation plan is described. This research will contribute to the implementation of NSDI cloud service system.
