Gyeongin Port has low awareness, insufficient hinterland infrastructures, and lower competitiveness. So, in this study, we conducted Fuzzy-IPA analysis reflecting the recognition of the consignor companies that are using Gyeongin port to suggest present practical improvement measures for the activation of the operation of Gyeongin port hereafter. As a result of the analysis, three factors, that is, cargo loading/unloading/storage costs, port facility fees, and incentive and support were derived as priority investment areas. Three factors, that is, cargo safety, infrastructure equipment, and inland transportation costs were derived as the areas for maintenance strengthening and factors related to cargo handling and service factors were derived as areas for maintenance of the status quo and areas for gradual improvement, respectively. This study is significant in that it analyzed the recognition of the consignor companies that are using Gyeongin port using a quantifying method and suggested realizable measures for activation based on the results of the analysis. In future studies, the frequency of ships' calling at the port and measures to diversify the sea routes should be additionally reflected on the analysis.

In 2005, the government introduced BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) projects as one of the methods of private investment in infrastructure. In a BTL project, a private company builds a public facility and leases it to the government to withdraw its invested capital. But there appear several problems with it due to a short period of preparation and lack of experiences. Specifically, private companies that plan to participate in this project have to take a risk since serious problems are likely to take place because of unrealistic estimation of construction costs, etc., and they finally avoid participating in this project. A case study was made over advanced countries, Japan and the United Kingdom, to find out how to resolve the problems, and rational 7 improvement method were presented from a perspective of Special Purpose Company (SPC), which could be accepted by both of SPC and government agencies. The findings of the study are expected to provide workable solutions to BTL projects from a standpoint of private companies to facilitate the rational improvement of BTL projects, and this study is ultimately expected to stimulate the active participation of SPC to make a contribution to the vitalization of domestic BTL projects.

The function of sales organization based on the manpower and human networks are gradually shrinking, and CSC is slowly establishing itself as the company's core parts as its function expands and its operations are in the spotlights. Among these, many organizations are currently introducing ITSM concept for primary processes as a means of achieving synergy in operational excellence, reducing costs and improving service quality. In this thesis, we propose an extended CSC, which is applied ITIL Process to traditional BMP. It also needs to manage more effectively business process model, to modeling rapidly changing business process, and to developing its business application programs whenever and whatever it is changed. The ITSM(IT Service Management), which is an ITIL tool, effectively managing for dynamically changing the business process.

In Korea, interest in basic research is growing, in order to ensure the sustainable competitiveness of the main industries and to support world-class technology that can create high added value in the future. However, companies are known to encounter various problems when attempting to market products based on the results of basic research, which is known to be due to their lack of experience of commercialization and related activities. Therefore, in this study, we tried to analyze the effect of the technology commercialization activity stemming from basic science and technology research on the business performance. The technology commercialization activities are divided into experience of commercialization, complete charge department, and consulting on technology commercialization and we developed an analytical model that (distinguishes between?) the technology innovation activities and technology innovation capabilities and analyzed their impact on the business performance. As a result, the importance of technology commercialization activities was confirmed by the fact that it had a positive effect on the business performance, while the technological innovation activity was found to positively affect the management performance, demonstrating that it plays a strategic role in companies. Finally, it was found that the technology innovation capacity partially influences the management performance and that it is necessary to establish a strategic research and development infrastructure.

In recent years, over-supply of hospitals has made hospital management more difficult and hospitals have introduced innovative hospital management to enhance customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of innovativeness of hospitals on customer satisfaction by using mediating effects of hospital capacity and location strategy. The subjects of this study were selected from 120 patients and caregivers who were hospitalized in Seoul and Metropolitan area hospitals and conducted questionnaire and statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, this paper shows hospital Innovativeness does not significantly affect customer satisfaction. Unlike private companies, it is urgent to develop innovativeness measuring tools that are unique to hospitals differentiated from those of general companies. Secondly, although the impact of Innovativeness on hospital internal competency and location strategy was similar, location strategy(${\beta}=0.357$) had a greater impact on customer satisfaction than internal competency(${\beta}=0.283$). This suggests that the medical institution should take precedence over the detailed preparations based on its location marketability, traffic infrastructure, building sales and medical concentration from the time of its opening. Thirdly, this paper confirms through empirical analysis that the relationship between hospital Innovativeness and customer satisfaction is completely mediated by internal capacity and location strategy. The hospital's Innovativeness is affecting customer satisfaction by enhancing the hospital's internal competencies and inducing an active attitude toward establishing a location strategy.

Despite the fact that Daejeon has excellent technology infrastructures such as government-funded research institutes, Daedeok Innopolis, and KAIST, the infrastructure for initial investment and growth support for technological start-ups is not sufficient. In particular, the amount of venture capital supply in Daejeon is relatively low compared to other innovation infrastructures. The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications of the venture capital ecosystem in Daejeon area through the analysis of what evolution process has been undergoing and what improvements and complementary points are needed in the future. First, the role of public finance system should be strengthened in order to stimulate angel investment and private capital inflows to start-up companies. Second, in order to cultivate investment professionals in the region, it is necessary to grant local funds to local institutions, and to run investment expert training courses in universities. Third, cooperation between related agencies is needed to add accelerator functions to existing incubators and to foster new accelerators. Fourth, in order to expand the role of local governments, it is necessary to establish funds, to open innovation mindset of public officials, and to communicate effectively with the central government. Fifth, basic venture ecosystem infrastructures such as inflow of excellent manpower, prevention of technology deception, improvement of rechallenge environment should be expanded. Sixth, it is necessary to reorganize the step-by-step start-up financing policy of 'Establishment - Growth - Exit - Rechallenge'. This study is meaningful in that it has grasped the current status of venture start-up financial ecosystem in Daejeon, which is changing rapidly. In particular, it is different in that it identifies financial difficulties venture companies in Daejeon and finds ways to utilize existing financial ecosystem efficiently.

Data transfer technique is one of the key elements of the IT infrastructure, in accordance with each environment and function, using some kind of protocol. So in the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the number of frequency of use is low, communication performance is seeking to refrain from Kure each local organizations and companies the use of low TRS protocol. his paper is intended to conduct research on the basis of the actual data to analyze whether the method is how economical to store a single DB by analyzing other types of protocols. This reduces the shortage of marine IT industry, even a little, shall helps reduce administrative costs.
The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for early childhood SW·AI education considering the characteristics of early childhood education through a survey on SW·AI education in kindergartens. For this study, data were collected from 194 kindergartens through convenience sampling. The data was analyzed using frequency distribution, and it was found that 44% of kindergartens are conducting SW·AI education. 22% are conducting SW·AI education in the form of regular curriculum, and 70% are conducting SW·AI education in the form of special activities after school. SW·AI education was found to be conducted mainly by external instructors (97%) in the classroom (80%). For SW·AI education, block coding-based programs developed by companies such as Naver and the Clova were used, and all of these programs used programs and teaching aids in a package format, including teaching aids and materials developed by companies. 56% answered that they are not currently conducting SW/AI education, and lack of awareness on SW·AI education and lack of human/environmental infrastructure were the main factors. In order to realize SW·AI education considering the characteristics of early childhood education based on this survey, First, SW·AI education programs should be developed to develop play-centered computational thinking skills. Second, systematic teacher education at the national level should be conducted. Finally, the establishment of a department dedicated to early childhood SW·AI consisting of early childhood education experts and SW·AI education experts and financial support at the national level should be provided.

In today's digital world, smartphones and web-based applications have gained remarkable importance throughout the globe. These smart applications are playing a very significant role in maintaining a powerful business. As well as, they are helping a lot to expand these businesses via social networks. Social media networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn are playing a prominent role to promote the companies. In the hospitality sector, most of the companies are running their hotel booking systems by utilizing mobile applications and a web-based infrastructure, but usability issues still exist. This study has been conducted specifically to tackle the usability issues of hotel booking systems and the best utilization of social networks to promote the business. TripAdvisor was selected as an authentic source for selecting those systems and two international hotels are selected for this study. The first step is to identify different hotel booking systems. In the second step, the user's satisfaction level was measured for the selected systems by performing the System Usability Scale (SUS, Quick & Dirty) approach. Additionally, by which source (social media or personal relations) they found these hotels. It is found that the SUS rating for both systems is below the acceptable level of usability. The Mean SUS for hotel 1 is found at 55.25 and 51.2 for hotel 2. The third step was to identify the user interface (UI) issues, and heuristic evaluation is performed for this. The experts identified the UI issues on the basis of their experience. The major issues were related to the visibility of system status, error prevention, flexibility and efficiency of use. Depending upon the identified issues, an interactive UI (prototype) for the selected web-based applications was proposed. This prototype is mainly based on the user's perspective. This prototype can be used for improving the UI of the selected systems which is based on the user's perspective. During the process of verifying the satisfaction level, it is revealed that the targeted audience is not able to use these systems efficiently and effectively. The reason behind this is the negligence of usability guidelines throughout the process of design and development of these hotel booking systems. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the usability of these systems should be evaluated and redesigned, based on expert opinions. It has also been observed that the reviews/ feedback of customers has spread a negative impact through social networks.
