As the impacts of climate change have been emerged all the way through society, the potential risks specifically on agricultural water and facilities are recently getting concerned. Evaluating vulnerability of agriculture to climate change on is a time-tested strategy. While a number of researches on the adaption and mitigation of climate change were performed in various aspects for sustainable agricultural production, the vulnerability of management system for agricultural water and infrastructure has not been investigated yet. This study is aimed to clarify the definition of vulnerability to climate change, find the major indicators able to presume the vulnerability, and finally determine the relative importance of the indicators based on the specialist questionnaire survey and its analyses. The lists of indicators for major parts of agricultural water management such as, water use, flood control, reservoir related issues, and pumping and drainage systems are initialized referring to the related precedent studies. The primary survey was conducted in the form of Delphi to complement the list and methods and the main survey was then conducted using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique to quantitatively prioritize the indicators. The results derived in this study would be directly adopted in weighting importance of indicators to investigate the indicator-based vulnerability analysis to climate change in agricultural water and infrastructure management.

Korea's domestic construction market and overseas construction order environment are experiencing a decreasing trend, and this trend is expected to continue. Therefore, domestic construction companies are seeking to enter the global construction market. This study analyzes the global construction market and the global competitiveness for global construction companies and provides the results. To this end, this study has developed a model to evaluate the global construction competitiveness level and to evaluated global construction competitiveness in 2016. The evaluation of global construction competitiveness was analyzed based on the competitiveness of construction infrastructure by country, and the evaluation results of competitiveness of construction companies. These assessments were based on 20 detailed international statistics (ENR, Global Insight, Compass, etc.). The evaluation results are as follows. First, in regard to the comprehensive global construction competitiveness by country, America ranked first among 20 countries, followed by China. European countries like Spain, Germany and the Netherlands ranked third to fifth, respectively. Korea ranked sixth, one rank higher than that of the previous year. America and European countries remain strong. Second, in regard to the comprehensive building infrastructure competitiveness by country, America ranked first followed by Germany. Korea ranked twelfth, which is the same rank as that of the previous year. When it comes to stability in the construction market, China ranked first and Korea eighth. For construction systems, Sweden ranked first and Korea thirteenth, and for infrastructure, Japan ranked first and Korea tenth. Third, according to the construction company's capability evaluation by country, America ranked first followed by China. Korea ranked fourth, two ranks higher than that of the previous year because of its building competitiveness (fifth → fourth) and design competitiveness (eleventh → eighth) which has improved. When it comes to building competitiveness, China ranked first and Korea fourth. For design competitiveness, America ranked first and Korea eighth, and for price competitiveness, India ranked first and Korea seventh. However, Korea is still in the middle of the pack rank among the 20 countries considered when it comes to design competitiveness. It is ranked eleventh for design productivity and thirteenth for foreign sales against the total sales (internationalization). Thus, Korea needs to improve technical power and tap into new markets for improved competitiveness, including increased productivity. To do so, more R&D investment is required.

In the customer-centered era, financial institutions have understood the importance of Customer Relationship Management(CRM), and heavily invested into building the required technology infrastructure more than ever. In a competitive environment that are changing fast, knowledge management is necessary. To know customers' needs and desire, we have to approach their environment and mind, and the method by estimating in terms of supposing or imitating. Applying customers' knowledge is effective and will come up with a stepping-stone to get rid of threatening factors by having competitiveness in a competitive environment and extending and changing the corporation. This purpose, the study has identified knowledge-oriented infra that corporations know and customer relations by conducting a poll of local corporations and have presented motives that can effectively carry out knowledge-based customer relations. To gain competitive advantage, these Institutions need to understand their customers' potential value to find out more and to recognize the significant changes of customer. Then the CRM implementation will help Financial Institutions move to more of a sales culture away from product and closer to the customer.

Even though 3D press die design gains more attention everyday in Korea, there are shortages of infrastructure and proper environments for it. What is most needed is human resources development and 3D die design standardization, on which the pace of 3D die design adoption depends. This study focuses on 3D press die design process by looking into an instance in which 3D die design system had been used to sell dies to a company "S" in Japan.

최근 컴퓨터, 인터넷, 그리고 다양한 멀티미디어 자료를 이용한 정보통신기술(ICT) 활용 교육에 대한 사회적 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이로 인하여 각급 학교에서는 컴퓨터, 학내망 장비, 교육용 소프트웨어 등의 교육 정보 인프라에 대한 관리 및 관련 업무를 교육 정보부에 전담시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보화 기자재 및 소프트웨어 관리뿐만 아니라 학내망 관련 업무 효율을 높이기 위한 교육 정보 인프라 통합 관리시스템을 설계한다. 제안된 시스템은 웹을 기반으로 교육 정보부에서 관리하는 모든 관리 대장의 자료를 포함한다. 특히 제안된 시스템은 교육 정보부의 개별적인 관리대장 자료의 연관성을 분석하여 학내망 구조 기반으로 운용된다. 이를 위하여 학내망 장비를 위한 새로운 데이터베이스 레코드 형를 제안하고 이를 이용하는 학내망 구조 구성 알고리즘을 제안한다. 따라서 본 시스템은 사용자의 관리 대장 자료에 대한 접근을 학내망 구조 기반으로 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써 교육 정보부 업무에 대한 거부감과 업무 효율을 향상 시킬 것으로 기대된다.

An infrastructure has been expand with government-initiated series of supporting business in the country rural village. However, there has still been a shortage of it compared to the city. it needs the infra-improvements that making international competitiveness for agricultural competitiveness securing and improving for housing condition. In particular, Public using facilities in rural village are not function as communal identity but life as enjoy culture for farmer. Therefor it is hot-issue that changed rural economy recently is innovated suitable. This study suggests the customized revitalization strategy for the variation of inside and outside of rural communities, after analyzing and classifying on current status of public using facilities in rural village, in chungcheong area.

Information and computer technology(ICT) readiness in SME(small and medium enterprises) in globalized digital world get much attention due to its capability to reach broader customers and to personalized the products to the clients. The purpose of this study is to compare the readiness of ICT capabilities in SME between Korean firms operated in Qingdao China and Incheon, South Korea. The results of the study are presented and the implication of this comparative research is discussed. It is hoped that the finding of the research would be beneficial to academian and practitioners in China and South Korea.

본 고는 지난 제22차 ETSI(European Telecommunication Standards Institute) 기술총회에 제출된 EII(European Information Infrastructure:유럽정보통신기반구조)에 관한 보고서의 내용을 요약 정리한 것이다. 이번 호에서는 지난 호에서 다룬 Part A(요약부분)와 Part B(주 보고서) 전반부(제5절까지)에 이어 계속해서 마지막으로 Part B(주 보고서)의 제6절과 제7절을 다루기로 한다. 각 절별 내용을 살펴보면, 제6절에서는 법, 제도적 이슈들에 관한 영향, 그리고 마지막 제7절에서는 세계 다른 지역에서의 정보기반구조의 현황들에 관하여 다루고 있다. 특히 정보기반구조(Information Infra-structure)에서는 기술적 요인 외에 사회$\cdot$경제적 요인들도 중요하게 다루어지고 있는 만큼 이번 호에서 다룬 내용은 우리나라의 초고속정보통신기반구조 구축과 관련해서도 시사하는 바가 적지 않다고 생각된다.

Best value in value engineering has relation to cost and performance. But a severe problem in VE study of a project is to reduce value due to loss of performance, caused by focusing on cost reduction. Also a lack of understanding performance concept, no trial VE workshop as well as cost saving-based policy have not satisfied customer needs. A efficient and practical methodology for accomplishing best value in construction projects is proposed. This study developed a more objective approach for performance measurement approach of mega projects and suggested a systematic process of performance quantitative analysis verifying value improvement. The proposed performance measurement method would be very useful for better communication and consensus between stakeholders and VE team especially through value engineering.
