As we enter the era of big data, the value of personal information is becoming ever more important. However, personal information protection laws in Korea have several issues. Furthermore, existing research are limited in their ability to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of measures to improve personal information protection laws. Accordingly, this study analyzes improvements to be made in the current personal information protection laws based on existing research. A total of 39 research articles discussing the problems of the personal information protection law were selected and analyzed by applying the meta - analysis technique. According to the results, the various issues such as the meaning and scope of personal information, the role and obligations of relevant parties, provision of personal information to third parties, and redundant and imbalanced regulations in special acts in each field. that exist in the current personal information protection laws were confirmed. This study contributes to the improvement of inconsistency between information protection laws and related special laws in each field in practice. Academically, it will contribute to understanding the problems of th law from the macro perspective and suggesting the integrated improvement ways of the law.

The purpose of this study was to identify what factors are associated with marital satisfaction of the foreign wives who live in small town. Data for the study were based on a snowball sampling of 101 foreign wives who married to Korean husbands and had residence in Changwon and Masan city, Gyeongnam, Korea. The respondents reported higher levels of marital satisfaction and lower levels of marital hardship. To identify the variables affecting marital satisfaction, a regression analysis was conducted. Independent variables included age difference, educational difference, monthly income, conformity of information about husband, marital hardship, relationship with parents-in-law and taking class with husband. While conformity of information about husband, marital hardship and taking class with husband had strong effects on marital satisfaction of the foreign wives, age difference, educational difference, monthly income and relationship with parents-in-law didn't show the significant effects on the marital satisfaction of the foreign wives.

Purpose: This study was designed to identify the predictors of elderly women's intention to report elder abuse. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. The participants were 204 elderly women aged over 60 living in Seoul. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires by convenience sampling. Data were analyzed with frequencies, $x^2$ test, t-test and binary logistic regression. Results: Logistic regression analyses showed perception of elderly welfare law, perception of seriousness of elder abuse, subjective economic status, and exposure to elder abuse information were significant predictors of elderly women's intention to report elder abuse. Conclusions: The results of study suggest that the provision of information related to elder abuse including elderly welfare law is crucial toward elderly women in preventing elder abuse.

It is childhood yet in uTradeHub system practical use. According as company's necessity of cost-saving is increased according to trade terms aggravation such as uncertainty of international money market, commodities prices rise, necessity of e-trade practical use in company is increased. Use is inevitable by state that link with e-Nego and e-B/L service with related presentation e-L/C banks is not made. At the present users are doing specification only service this main point, and practical use activation through public information and marketing about service is needed situation because most of, companies which is not using service, do not know about existence availability of uTradeHub system, usage, availability. This study presented five such as early materialization of user center's link and integration, medium and small enterprises e-trade participation extension, utilization ratio raising through government's public information, e-trade cooperation business activation between the country, electronic documents standardization etc. by prompting competition about practical use of uTradeHub system.

As processor design has been transiting from homogeneous multicore processor to heterogeneous multicore processor, traditional Amdahl's law cannot meet the new challenges for asymmetric multicore system. In order to further investigate the impact factors related to the Overhead of Data Preparation (ODP) for Asymmetric multicore systems, we evaluate an asymmetric multicore system built with CPU-GPU by measuring the overheads of memory transfer, computing kernel, cache missing and synchronization. This paper demonstrates that decreasing the overhead of data preparation is a promising approach to improve the whole performance of heterogeneous system.

This study reviews an overview of the current tax support system for venture company and provides the directions for developing tax support system related policy for the venture company in Korea. The tax authority provides a supporting directions of venture company in three ways: a financing viewpoint, a technical and manpower viewpoint, and the location viewpoint. And the supporting system for venture company is devide into tax support system through tax laws and support system through other law. The requirements of receiving tax support for venture company are a venture company, a small and medium company, a newly starting firm, and so forth. To mitigate the restriction imposed by the current tax law on venture company encourage venture activities in Korea.

The main objective of this study is to examine the required aptitudes for undergraduate students who want to join export-oriented Small & Medium Enterprises(SMEs). 178 Dataset from a survey of exporting firms in Gwangju, Korea, were used to analyze the study. The results of the study are as follows ; First, the most required aptitude is 'the capability related to build up human relationship'. So students should learn negotiation skills in the college. In addition to this, student also try to join informal club and cultivate teamwork capabilities. Second, finding out a job in export-oriented SMEs is needed to equip with problem-solving capabilities. To do it, students should learn various subjects related to trade theory. Additionally, having some certificates like 'international trade master' can be better. Third, communication capabilities including foreign language and international business skills will be also required for students who are preparing for joining export-oriented SMEs. However, capabilities related to information technology and basic statistic skills does not have statistically significant correlation to recruitment intention. As a result, students who have such above-mentioned four aptitudes may have better position to find out jobs in export-oriented SMEs.

Copyright law generally regulates interlibrary loan related with duplication and transmission of print journal articles in each country. However, it could not be assured whether library can fulfill the interlibrary loan requests for e-journal articles is restricted by license agreements with publishers or vendors. This study aims to seek the way that libraries can provide interlibrary loan requests for e-journal articles in accordance with copyright law and license agreements.

The quantum logic was introduced by G. Birkhoff and 1. von Neumann in order to study projections of a Hilbert space for a formulation of quantum mechanics, and Husimi proposed orthomodular law and orthomodular lattices to complement the quantum logic. Abott introduced orthoimplication algebras and its properties to investigate an implication of orthomodular lattice. The commuting relation is an important property on orthomodular lattice which is related with the distributive law and the modular law, etc. In this paper, we define a binary operation on orthoimplication algebra and the greatest lower bound by using this operation and research some properties of this operation. Also we define a homomorphism and characterize the commuting relation of orthoimplication algebra by the homomorphism.

To promote the production of information and knowledge in information user and to raise national competitiveness in digital network environment, the cooperative utilization of digital information by digital republication and transmission between library and library is indispensable. The policy for cooperative utilization of digital information by digital republication and transmission between library and library is influenced by the regulation of library exemption in copyright law. First of all, this study analyzes limitations and exceptions of copyright in international norm (Berne Convention. Agreement on TRIPs and WCT), Copyright Law of the United States of America and EU Directive. And then this study analyzes and examines the regulation of library exemption in the revised Copyright Act of Korea in 2003, library remuneration system, technical measures for protection of copyright, etc. Also this paper points out related problems. As a results of the legal analysis. this study suggests necessary measures and the corresponding plans to the revised Copyright Act of Korea in 2003 to promote the cooperative utilization of digital information by digital republication and transmission between library and library
