  • Capitalism of altitude in modern society has brought a brilliant development of human civilization. But there is a side effect of capitalism. It is just such as alienation of labor, polarization. The need to consider the worker's equal rights to share profits of private companies in the first Korean Constitution of 1948 is to mitigate the adverse effects of this capitalism. It is considered that the present government aims at "economic democracy" slogan and also be matched. The worker's equal rights to share profits of private companies means the distribution rights of workers to receive excess profits of the company. The review of these worker's equal rights to share profits of private companies is thought very meaningful.

  • As knowledge management is recognized as an important competency of organizations, organizations are continuously investing in knowledge management policies and technologies. Knowledge management preemptively requires employees to share knowledge, but sharing activities for continuous knowledge management have not been performed. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the organization's mutual exchange efforts through collaborative communication on the knowledge sharing intention of its employees. The study surveyed workers of organizations that operate knowledge management policies and verified the research hypothesis by applying 326 samples to structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, factors of collaborative communication(rationality, reciprocal feedback, formality) had a positive effect on the intention to share knowledge, and task interdependence and territoriality had a moderating effect on the relationship between collaborative communication and intention to share knowledge. The study has implications in terms of suggesting an activity strategy that an organization should pursue to improve knowledge sharing among its employees.

  • Most demand forecasting studies for telecommunication services have focused on estimating market size at the introductory stage of new products or services, or on suggesting improvement methods of forecasting models. Although such studies forecast business growth and market sizes through demand forecasting for new technologies and overall demands in markets, they have not suggested more specific information like relative market share, customers' preferences on technologies or service, and potential sales power. This study focuses on the telecommunication service industry and explores ways to calculate the relative market shares between competitors, considering competitive situations at the introductory stage of a new mobile telecommunication service provider. To reflect the competitive characteristics of the telecommunication markets, suggested is an extended conjoint analysis using service coverage and service switching rates as modification variables. This study is considered to be able to provide strategic implications to businesses offering existing service and ones planning to launch new services. The result of analysis shows that the new service provider has the greatest market share at the competitive situation where the new service covers the whole country, offers about 50% of existing service price, and allows all cellphones except a few while the existing service carrier maintains its price and service and has no response to the new service introduction. This means that the market share of the new service provider soars when it is highly competitive with fast network speed and low price.

  • The purpose of this study is to test whether credit rating agencies highly evaluate the credit ratings of corporate bonds based upon management participation and ownership share by family governance in ownership structure forms. The samples of this study for empirical analysis were 1,449 non-financial companies listed on Korean Exchange from 2011 to 2016, over whose firm/year data this study conducted regression analysis. The results of empirical analysis in this study are as follows. First, family businesses had positive effects on the evaluation of corporate credit ratings. Second, if the ownership share of family businesses was higher, corporate credit ratings were higher. This result means that high ownership share in family businesses has very positive effects on the credit ratings of related businesses. It is meaningful that this study tested the effect that family businesses can alleviate agency problems and reduce information asymmetry. Furthermore, it is also academically meaningful that this study can contribute to future studies on the role of ownership structure.

  • Covid-19 calls for minimizing gatherings of people in spaces such as offices. Organizations are encouraging information-sharing activities among employees by using online platform technology. Recently, Organizations are supporting their work using the metaverse. This study confirms the effect of metaverse presence on the intention to share knowledge by forming the intrinsic motivation of the employees and the moderating effect of the individual's digital technological competence. We presented research hypotheses through previous studies such as virtual reality and tested the hypotheses using 309 samples obtained through surveys. As a result, the social, tele, and self presence of the metaverse increased organizational-related intrinsic motivation(organizational identification, value congruence) and had a positive effect on the intention to share knowledge. In addition, digital technological competence moderated the relationship between value congruence and intention to share knowledge. This study suggests the importance of strategies to enhance the presence of metaverse for organizations to increase work productivity by using metaverse and the need to support individual digital competence reinforcement.

  • In this paper, we proposed a new buffer management and cell scheduling scheme for GFR service in ATM networks. The proposed scheme is able to satisfy fairness criteria and efficient cell service in GFR. Performance analysis through the simulation presents that the proposed scheme can meet fairness 2(MCR plus equal share), which are not met by conventional scheduling mechanisms such as WRR. Also, the proposed scheme is superior to WRR about 29% in throughput and more efficency in fairness criteria.

  • As close competitions are being fought out among enterprises, they should accomplish their objectives such as reduction of cost, improvement of quality and condensation of due date, etc. For this objects, it becomes very important to manage the workflow harmoniously and to share the information efficiently between geographically dispersed users. We developed the collaborative design system, which manages various design process and enables to share design information. In this paper, Internal-based collaboration system for press die design process in the automobile manufacturer is developed with CORBA, Java and relational database system. After modeling real press die design process with UML language, workflow routing path is created by modeling data. Cost and time for ...

  • This study intends to analyze the trade competitiveness of Korean films in international markets. Under environmental of film industry, Korean films could be doing better. But the Key success factors Korean films in the foreign markets are the improvement of contents Quality and the diversification of trade market. Namely, Our films is mainly exporting Japanese market and the import depends upon American films. In case the trade specialization index(TSI), The international competitiveness of Korean films shows lower import specialization, by virtue of export increasing of Japan, Europe and other markets in 2000's. On the other hand, The Export Market Share has shown similar pattern to main markets except Japanese market, and the import was almost similar to trend in foreign markets except American films. Consequently the present film strategies and polices that delight limited markets will not be compete in global markets, Korean films or contents is merely called by that name.

  • Secret sharing is that a dealer distributes a piece of information (called a share) about a secret to each participant such that authorized subsets of participants can reconstruct the secret but unauthorized subsets of participants cannot determine the secret. In this paper, an access structure can be represented by a label graph G, where a vertex denotes a participant and a complete subgraph of G corresponds to a minimal authorized subset. The vertices of G are labeled into distinct vectors uniquely determined by the maximum prohibited structure. Based on such a label graph, a verifiable secret sharing scheme realizing general access structures is proposed. A major advantage of this scheme is that it applies to any access structure, rather than only structures representable as previous graphs, i.e., the access structures of rank two. Furthermore, verifiability of the proposed scheme can resist possible internal attack performed by malicious participants, who want to obtain additional shares or provide a fake share to other participants.
