Navigation or Portal sites is providing real-time information of roads according to heavy rain in guide services for finding a path recently. Especially "e-traffic alerts" is providing traffic information according to the presence of road flooding and accidents. This research is goal to provide drivers to real-time status information of roads which have the connected its information to support the real-time rainfall information of meteorological office and portal sites. We suggest the evaluation method of risk roads combined the real-time rainfall information and portal information.

In spite of various efforts to resolve digital divide of people with disabilities, it still has a long way to go because there lack of identifying information needs of people with disabilities and potential users including their family and the related, and integrated information channels such as a portal, and so on. In this context, this study aims at analyzing the users' unique information behavior and evaluating usability of domestic web information services for people with disabilities which are currently serviced. Increasingly, we suggest new functional requirements of building a library portal for people with disabilities.

In this study, the information and communication technology ICT companies, 312 companies, in order to analyze the impact of the effect of satisfaction on the Exhibition and Convention on the impact of Information and Communication Technology Exhibition and Convention satisfaction effects analysis by information and communication technology Convention e-Portal affect the infrastructure system, exhibition and Convention, Convention Industry competitiveness, Convention, Convention Tour Program components to satisfy Convention effect empirically the effect on information and Communications Technology exhibition and Convention industry Convention and satisfaction effects on were analyzed. A result was able to find that information and communication technology goods and technology, tourism technology infrastructure technologies program, e-portal system, industrial competitiveness and technology Exhibition and Convention of Effects. Exhibition and Convention ensure the effect of the base material and environmental factors, these factors determine the product development laid the foundation. Product type defined, you can see that affecting economic ripple effects and satisfaction. Exhibition and Convention can achieve the effect of information and communication technologies to reduce your operating costs.

This study, as a pilot study to implement and extend the marine healing which has been rapidly extending oversea areas into the domestic market, has collected seven major marine healing resources such as ocean water, sand, salt, mud, seaweeds, forest, and weather targeting selected four pilot municipalities and established a GIS DB. Furthermore, web GIS based marine healing portal has been established to support the easier utilization of the GIS DB and various marine healing related contents, thereby facilitating expansion of related industry. The portal includes marine thematic maps as well as research papers, related therapy manuals, and various activities and programs of the pilot municipalities. It is expected that the portal would contribute to the expansion of the domestic marine healing industry significantly through the pilot operation of the portal, not to mention of the needs of subsequent studies for expansion of the marine GIS DB and securing more various contents.

Recently, new GIS applications such as gee portal and spatial data infrastructure are emerging. These are related to web computing techniques or methodologies based on web 2.0 paradigm, open API of portal, open source GIS, and international GIS standards which are independently on developing. The product of these applications can be realized in the linkage of those components. In this study, a case implementation concerning linkage with Google maps API and open source middleware named Deegree is carried out, and the results are discussed for open source uses in geo portal. Open source middleware supports various levels and types of OGC standards, so that it enables web publishing in the several web standard formats and data exchanges and interoperable uses between external database servers. Also the (unction extensions and the multi tier-based architecture within geo portal for specific purpose are possible.

The National Archives of Korea (NAK) operates the NAK Portal as a record search system. However, user search satisfaction is too low, and the number of visitors to the portal is gradually decreasing. This study identifies the portal's issues, proposes feasible improvements, and constructs a pilot system to validate the solutions. The preliminary assessment revealed six major issues, such as poor search tool performance and the lack of consistency in search results. After clarifying the improvement measures, a pilot system was established and compared with the National Records Portal. The evaluation showed significant performance improvements in the pilot system, such as Precision, Recall, and Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR).

Majority of knowledge management(KM) studies in e-government have been confined to facilitate KM within an organization. But due to citizen-centric(citizen-driven) paradigm shift and advance of web 2.0 communication in recent years, KM between governments and citizen in e-government portals is becoming an important consideration. So a series of studies on knowledge enhanced e-government portal get under way by considering that it is necessary to enhance knowledge of e-government portal and assuming it improves the usability of portal. While the topics of knowledge enhancement and e-government(portal) are widely discussed in their own domains there is a paucity of studies that address these constructs in a joint context. This paper aims to propose conceptual framework of knowledge enhanced e-government portal through structuralization of theoretical discussion with holistic approach. This framework presents an evolutional path of knowledge enhanced e-government portal that consists of three phases and it will be used for realizing the knowledge enhanced portal project as a basic reference model.

Portal site is not only providing search engine and e-mail service but also various services including blog, news, shopping, and others. The fact that average number of daily login for Korean portal site Naver is reaching 300 million suggests that many people are using portal sites. With the increase in number of users followed by the diversity in types of services provided by portal sites, the attack is also increasing. Most of studies of password authentication is focused on threat and countermeasures, however, in this study, we analyse the security threats and security requirement of membership, login, password reset first phase, password reset second phase. Also, we measure security score with common criteria of attack potential. As a result, we compare password authentication system of domestic and abroad portal sites.

As disaster number increases, governmental institutions is trying to construct effective disaster information system. Especially, most institutions are using disaster information system based on GIS such as electronic disaster map. However, most previous systems have vulnerability when connecting to the another systems because systems consider only specific area and system is independent data structure. Above all things, existing have to put a lot of time and effort because system need direct work course for service. Therefore, this paper implements quick and methodical disaster information service via study of data code and map, microblog service from internet portal site.
