This study compared the Center for Children's Foodservice Management in 2012, 2014, and 2016 using big data and opinion mining. The data on the Center for Children's Foodservice Management were collected from the portal site, Naver, from January 1 to December 31 in 2012, 2014, & 2016 and analyzed by keyword frequency analysis, influx route analysis of data, polarity analysis via opinion mining, and positive and negative keyword analysis by polarity analysis. The results showed that nursery had the highest rank every year and education supported by Center for Children's Foodservice Management has increased significantly. The influx of data has increased through the influx route analysis of data. Blog and $caf\acute{e}e$, which have a considerable amount of information by the mother should be helpful for use as public relations and participation recruitment paths. By polarity analysis using opinion mining, the positive image of the Center for Children's Foodservice Management was increased. Therefore, the Center for Children's Foodservice Management was well-suited to the purpose and the interests of the people has been increasing steadily. In the near future, the Center for Children's Foodservice Management is expected have good recognition if various programs to participate with family are developed and advertised.

As natural disasters are increasing due to the unusual weather and the modern society is getting complicated, the rapid change of the urban environment has increased human disasters. Thus, citizens are becoming more anxious about social safety. The importance of preparation for safety has been suggested by providing the disaster safety services such as regional safety index, life safety map, and disaster safety portal application. In this paper, we propose an application framework to predict the urban safety index based on user's location with realtime weather/atmosphere data after creating a predication model based on the machine learning using number of occurrence cases and weather/atmosphere history data. Also, we implement an application to provide traffic safety index with executing preprocessing occurrence cases of traffic and weather/atmosphere data. The existing regional safety index, which is displayed on the Si-gun-gu area, has been mainly utilized to establish safety plans for districts vulnerable to national policies on safety. The proposed system has an advantage to service useful information to citizens by providing urban safety index based on location of interests and current position with realtime related data.

One of the key success factors for the intelligent IT service which is characterized by personalization and automation, is to obtain relevant data from either sensors or data storage for reasoning, analyzing and forecasting. The availability of the open data sources such as public portal sites remarkably increases the efficiency and quality of the intelligent IT service. However, with the condition that not all data in the existing public or private sites are opened or have various types of openness, it prohibits the value of utilization. For these reasons, it is highly required to evaluate the extent of openness of data storage. However, there are only a few studies which explore the factors which affect the degree of data openness with respect to intelligent IT services. Hence, this study aims to propose an evaluation model including the indices to evaluate a process of opening data for the intelligent IT service from a viewpoint of data utilization process. The indices are applied to evaluate the actual multinational websites, which provide public data for verification. We also discuss the implications of the evaluation according to the results.

In this era of convergence, which is characterized by the integration and combination of technology and industries, broadcasting and communications, offline and online, and devices and services, the content industry is also experiencing rapid changes including inter-genre exchange, the creation of new industries, and customized demand. Specifically, IT-based digital content industries such as the online game, e-book, mobile contents and web portal industries are no longer restricted to the boundaries of video, music and games but are being expanded into the realms of education, medicine, fashion and sports thanks to CT innovation of 3D, CG, AR/VR, VFX, etc. As such, various countries have come to recognize the convergent content industry as a new growth engine that will pick up where the IT industry left off, and are forming policies for its development accordingly. This research aims to optimize the system of content taxonomy which is currently genre-focused and unable to support technological development and convergence, and to discover and select star contents to be rigorously developed with governmental support. In this paper, 20 star contents in 8 areas were selected, and these are expected to create tremendous cultural and economic value through ongoing technological and industrial development.

Sentiment analysis is a technique of text mining that extracts feelings of the person who wrote the sentence like movie review. The preliminary researches of sentiment analysis identify sentiments by using the dictionary which contains negative and positive words collected in advance. As researches on deep learning are actively carried out, sentiment analysis using deep learning model with morpheme or word unit has been done. However, this model has disadvantages in that the word dictionary varies according to the domain and the number of morphemes or words gets relatively larger than that of phonemes. Therefore, the size of the dictionary becomes large and the complexity of the model increases accordingly. We construct a sentiment analysis model using recurrent neural network by dividing input data into phoneme-level which is smaller than morpheme-level. To verify the performance, we use 30,000 movie reviews from the Korean biggest portal, Naver. Morpheme-level sentiment analysis model is also implemented and compared. As a result, the phoneme-level sentiment analysis model is superior to that of the morpheme-level, and in particular, the phoneme-level model using LSTM performs better than that of using GRU model. It is expected that Korean text processing based on a phoneme-level model can be applied to various text mining and language models.

As more people want plastic surgery for various reasons, the demand for pleasant and aesthetical environment has increased also. This study, therefore, conducted literature and portal sites research before surveying women in their 20's and 30's who are more likely to be interested in and have plastic surgery. And we worked out a questionnaire to predict the customer demand and a survey board using specific vocabulary conveying emotional information as well as designs, targeting 120 people in Gangnam and Myeongdong areas. As a result, the respondents preferred natural designs, followed by modern and casual one with slight differences based on the areas. Thus, this is open to further studies. The preference for natural designs is considered to be related with the current interests in well-being and nature-friendly trend, coupled with new naturalism in the 21C. Hence, in order to add more colorfulness, minimalism, and vitality to the existing natural environment, one needs to seek motives from nature but make use of high-tech materials with strong colors to avoid boredom but create a lively indoor environment.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to review the auricular acupuncture treatment of insomnia in current traditional medicine. Methods : We reviewed the 18 studies about auricular acupuncture of insomnia which were published from 2005 through 2009. We selected those studies from PubMed, ScienceDirect, CNKI, KMbase, Korean studies Information Service System, and Korean traditional knowledge portal. Results : Selected 18 studies were divided into 8 case reports and 10 control studies. Auricular acupuncture points frequently used were Sinmun(神門), Heart(心) and acupuncture points frequently used were Baekhoe(百會, GV20), Sinmun(神門, HT7). According to specific parts of symptom, some points were added. Most of studies reported that Auricular acupuncture treatment of insomnia were very effective. Conclusions : There have been many auricular acupuncture treatment of insomnia in traditional medicine, and we believe that these studies could be applied to the clinical practices in Korea.

This study is to guide to estimate service quality on ITSM operation based on ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library). ITIL v2 and v3 provide how to integrate framework of IT service and business process. It is widely used as ITSM operation base. As a latest IT trend, ITSM covers Hardware, Software, SaaS, Network, Call center, Helpdesk, ASP portal and IT operation. Servicedesk is selected as target area where valid sampling is addressable and service change is rapid. Traditional Helpdesk was focusing on technical support to solve internal IT issues passively. But it was evolved into Service Desk which focus in process and provide integrated service from customer's business view point preventively and proactively. Accordingly outsourcing types business are normally performed by group of professional capability. Service quality is measured under the SLA(Service Level Agreement). This study utilized SERVQUAL model as service quality measuring tool developed by Parasuraman, Zeitaml and Berry to find critical factors to satisfy customer. And test was processed regarding effectiveness of IT organization and customer view point thru sampling. Though valid parameters can be changed by ITSM areas under the SERVQUAL models, they naturally can be accepted as a index of service quality measurement after sampling test with acceptable significance. And I recommend to follow this study as a preparation before official SLA.

Numerous people share their TV experience with other viewers on social media such as personal blogs and Twitter. It means that broadcast media, especially TV, affects the responses on social media. Moreover, the responses affect broadcast media ratings back. Social TV tried to use the relationship in marketing activities such as advertisement by analyzing the TV related social behavior. However, most of them used just the quantities of social media responses. This study analyzes the subjects of the responses on social media about specific TV dramas through topic modeling, and the relationship between the changes of popular topics and viewer ratings of the drama over specified periods. Five representative Korean dramas of 2014 were selected and Blog contents including viewer ratings about the dramas were collected from naver.com which is the representative portal in South Korea. The proposed analysis framework consists of three steps which are Blogs crawling, topic modeling, and topic trend analysis. We found some implications from the results of the topic trend analysis. Firstly, there were specific topics on dramas in social media. Secondly, the topics had some meaningful relationships with viewer ratings. Lastly, there were differences between the topics of dramas with higher viewer ratings and those with lower viewer ratings.

Many off-line fashion brands currently has construct hompage in the form of digital contents at the website. The purpose of this study is to confirm that fashion item of avartar can be applicate to react for consumer desires by a process of construction for hompage digital contents of fashion brand, and develop various avartar fashion item to satisfy consumer's wants using the computer graphics. The results of this study are as followings. First, it should be the first to decide whether hompage contents can be used for any purposes. And it will offer initial brand concept, followed by the contents of event, blog, avatar, fashion information. Second, portal sites currently service avatar fashion item, but it just bounds the limit of indirect effect. Many fashion brands face a challenge to differenciate themselves, so avatar fashion item should be planned to coordinate the contents and brand concept. Also it is certainly possible that fashion brand communicates larger consumers with a avartar fashion item that appeal to a consumer's sensibility. Third, this study propose design development and application as 3 of the avartar fashion item using the computer graphics. Avatar Fashion item using the computer graphics was presented by application as promotion through event garment, item coordinate, cellular phone service.
