In digital economy, information systems are recognized as the most critical survival factor of companies. Companies must launch and expand business based on information systems either developed newly or adopted as ERP. However, successful information systems operation shall face many realistic problems. Especially most small and medium enterprises experience many difficulties in systems operation or even give up operating information systems due to unexpected operational problems. This paper suggests a framework for effective information systems operation for small and medium enterprises. The framework is designed through case studies, consisting of service framework, auditing framework, and risk management framework. It is expected that the framework contributes to successful information systems operation in small and medium enterprises.

Through the recent innovative development of information technology Enterprises have applied ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system to their company for piling up their management system efficiency. At present the range of its application has been expanded to small and medium enterprises gradually since the ERP system was mainly applied to the large companies. Usually the small and medium enterprises have lower understanding for information management system comparatively than for production system and mostly they do not prepare their own efficient information strategies for the future. In this study, as the ERP system can bring the most efficient results in case it is properly applied to the character of their company we will analyze the character of small and medium enterprises and suggest an appropriate and efficient ERP application strategy to their management system.

As the environmental pollution and the global warming have become more and more serious, the green management has been growing more and more critical to small and medium enterprises. In order to explore factors positively influencing small and medium enterprises' green management performance, this study presents the two major implications through the ordinary least squares regression based on the 2,200 data from the small and medium enterprises in the Republic of Korea. First, small and medium enterprises' external technology R&D information network diversity positively influences their green management performance from technology R&D. Second, small and medium enterprises' production process improvement is a partial mediator between their external technology R&D information network diversity and green management performance from technology R&D.

In this era of knowledge and information of the 21st century, the source of a nation's competitive power consists of human resources and material resources and the importance of human resources appreciates highly. The number of small and medium enterprises which are the core of national economy covers over 98% among whole domestic enterprises of Korea. Competitive power of small and medium enterprises comes from human resources development. For the development of human resources, small and medium enterprises are trying to expand their learning organizations in the company. The analysis of outcomes of administering the existing learning organizations shows that learning organizations contribute highly to the improvement of the productivity of small and medium enterprises. And the analysis also shows that the participants of learning organizations and middle management and executives who support and encourage them recognize the necessity of learning organizations and that it should be disseminated throughout other enterprises. Therefore government's supports to establish learning organizations in a company are required to expand.

Small and medium enterprises have more dependency on their information technology than large enterprises have. but they can't pay much for information technology and information security due to financial restrictions, limited resources, and lack of know-how. So there are many vulnerabilities in small and medium enterprises and these would make many security incidents. Security managers of small and medium enterprises think that information security in their company is simply equivalent to updating the antivirus solutions. managing firewall, and patching systems regularly. However, security policies, prevention of information theft. business continuity, access controls, and many other information security issues should be considered for mitigating security incidents. In this context, we redefined security countermeasures and strategies which are only appropriate to large enterprises. for making them appropriate on a secure operating for information system of small and medium enterprises, and we investigate information security issues in the four views of information system and company, and finally we present information security strategies for each view, in this paper.

As information technology has a great impacts on contemporary business environment, global electronic trade is becoming a new paradigm in international trade transaction. The internet provides a fundamentally different environment for international marketing and trade, it also requires a different approach to international business. Now it is unrealistic to apply the same marketing strategies under global environment without making some modifications to be appropriate to the electronic edge. This paper attempts to investigate what kinds of factors influence the level of electronic trade utilization and performance, and suggests some strategies for usage of electronic trade for small-medium enterprises in Korea. According to the results of this research, the usage of electronic trade by small-medium enterprises is fundamentally important for the diffusion of electronic trade. Therefore it is suggested that the government needs to support small-medium enterprises by financing them to have system for electronic trade.

A business's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution is software that fully integrates the services that businesses require, continuously updates business processes and department operations in real-time, and so aids in the successful management of enterprise resources. Previously, ERP solutions were often deployed for large enterprises, but along with the strong digital transformation process, many small and medium enterprises have been deploying Cloud ERP (CERP) solutions. The objective of the study is to measure the factors affecting the successful implementation of CERP solutions at small and medium enterprises and the impact of successful implementation of CERP solutions on business process re-engineering and enterprise performance. Using a quantitative method based on data collected from 230 small and medium enterprises in Vietnam that have been implementing CERP solutions, the results show that there are 5 factors affecting, which are Organizational ERP Strategic, Top management Commitment, Data Security, Training in ERP Projects, Organizational Culture. Research results also show that Successful implementation of CERP has a direct impact on business process re-engineering and business performance. Based on the results, the study has made a number of policy implications in the successful implementation of CERP towards re-engineering business processes to improve the performance of small and medium enterprises.

This study confirms Busan area medium and small enterprises' position and analyzed present condition and actual conditions of swing Korea measure and consumer's attitude about measure in general circumstance that our country medium and small enterprises is placed in information. According to result that analyze Busan area medium and small enterprises' information level, Busan was expose by whole country average low including the electron commercial transaction rate. When consider weight that Busan economy occupies in gross domestic product, information differential of medium and small enterprises of Busan area is subject that must improve urgently and seriousness point is true that information differential of manufacturing industry is main factor more. Therefore, urgent agenda should be the activation of manufacturing industry information assistance measure and extension of current manufacturing technique information assistance business for Busan economy. Also, at problem solution progress, Busan is thought that must come looking for seat role actively.
