본 논문은 NIE교육을 위하여 웹에서 분산된 교육적인 신문 정보들을 수집하여 교사와 학습자에게 제공하기 위한 ENIG Agent에 관한 연구이다. ENIG Agent는 교육적인 신문 정보를 학습자에게 실시간으로 제공하기 위하여 해당 교육 신문 사이트 기사의 표제들을 취득한다. 최적화된 표제의 추출은 교육용 신문 사이트의 전처리 과정과 잡음 제거 작업 및 패턴 매칭을 통하여 이루어진다. 얻어진 교육용 신문 표제 정보는 NIE를 위하여 학습자에게 웹브라우저를 통해 제시된다. 얻어진 자료의 활용도를 높이기 위해 지능적인 학습 기능과 시각적인 분류 기술을 이용한다. 실험을 통하여 본 연구에서 설계 구현된 ENIG 에이전트의 효율성을 살펴보았다.

Cyber powers around the world are conducting cyber information-gathering activities in cyberspace, a global domain within the Internet-based information environment. Accordingly, it is imperative to obtain the latest information through the cyber intelligence preparation of the battlefield (IPB) process to prepare for future cyber operations. Research utilizing the cyber battlefield visualization method for effective cyber IPB and situation awareness aims to minimize uncertainty in the cyber battlefield and enable command control and determination by commanders. This paper designed architecture by classifying cyberspace into a physical, logical network layer and cyber persona layer to visualize the cyber battlefield using BGP archive data, which is comprised of BGP connection information data of routers around the world. To implement the architecture, BGP archive data was analyzed and pre-processed, and cyberspace was implemented in the form of a Di-Graph. Information products that can be obtained through visualization were classified for each layer of the cyberspace, and a visualization method was proposed for performing cyber IPB. Through this, we analyzed actual North Korea's BGP and OSINT data to implement North Korea's cyber battlefield centered on the Internet network in the form of a prototype. In the future, we will implement a prototype architecture based on Elastic Stack.

This study measured the effects of fake news and propaganda on managing information on COVID-19 among the Nigerian citizenry. This study examined sources of information on COVID-19 available to the people, evaluated reasons behind spreading fake news, examined how fake news has affected the spread of COVID-19 pandemic in Nigeria, established the consequences of fake news on managing COVID-19 pandemic and as well identified ways to contain fake news at a time like this in Nigeria.It is a survey with a sample size of 375 participants selected using simple random technique. Instrument of data gathering was questionnaire widely distributed in the six geo-political zones of Nigeria using Survey monkey. Data was analysed using frequencies, counts and percentages, tables and charts. Findings revealed that people rely more on radio, television, and social media for information on COVID-19. Fake news is spread by people mostly for political reasons and intention to cause panic. In Nigeria, fake news has led to disbelief of the existence of the virus thereby leading to violation of precautionary measures among the citizenry and lack of trust in the government. Concerted effort on the part of the government is required to give public enlightenment on the danger of fake news. Also, directorate of anti-fake news should be established to censor and reprimand sources of fake news. People should always check source of information to confirm its credibility and be weary of sharing unconfirmed information especially on the social media.

In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of collective efforts in promoting health preventive behaviors is accentuated, bringing sociopolitical factors into focus. To fully capture psychological drivers of health preventive behaviors in risk situations, anchored on the Model of Risk Information Seeking and Processing (RISP; Griffin, Dunwoody, and Neuwirth 1999), in retrospect of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we explored whether and how individuals' vaccination behaviors are predicted by RISP-related variables (information insufficiency, affective responses, perceived information gathering capacity, subjective norms) and one's political identity. Findings from a survey of 705 adult participants in the U.S. showed that the effects of one's risk information insufficiency on his or her information seeking and affective response regarding the pandemic, which is also related to their risk susceptibility perceptions. More importantly, the impact of political identity on one's perceived risk susceptibility, and its association with vaccination behaviors are also identified. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for the development of effective health communication strategies for preventive health behaviors.

In this paper, we use a quadrotor-based mobile sink to gather sensor data from the terrestrial deployed wireless sensor network. By analyzing the flight features of the mobile sink node, we theoretically study the flight constraints of height, velocity, and trajectory of the mobile sink node so as to communicate with the terrestrial wireless sensor network. Moreover, we analyze the data amount which the mobile sink can send when it satisfies these flight constraints. Based on these analysis results, we propose a data acquisition approach for the mobile sink node, which is discussed detailed in terms of network performance such as the transmission delay, packet loss rate, sojourning time and mobile trajectory when given the flying speed and height of the mobile sink node. Extensive simulation results validate the efficiency of the proposed scheme.

유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크의 성능을 판단하는 중요한 지표로 감지된 정보를 실시간으로 전송하는 능력과 네트워크의 최대 생존시간을 들 수 있다. 하지만 대부분의 무선센서 에너지원은 배터리로 구성되어 있음으로 인해 실시간 정보전송을 위해 통신모듈의 전원을 자주 사용하게 되면 조기에 네트워크의 생존력을 잃게 되는 문제가 발생할 수 있으며 그와 반대로 에너지소모를 낮추기 위해 전송 주기를 길게 하면 전송지연이 발생되어 위급한 상황에서 시스템이 즉시 대응하지 못하는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 통신모듈을 DUAL BAND로 이중화하고 송수신모드를 세분화하여 각 모듈에 공급되는 에너지를 상황에 맞게 제어하는 방법을 제안하며 제안한 방법을 적용하여 에너지 소모량과 전송지연시간을 계산한 결과, 중요한 군사적 목적이나 위험방지를 위한 실시간 감시 목적으로 사용할 경우 실시간전송과 효율적 에너지사용을 동시에 만족시킴을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate variables affecting on rationality of consumption behavior of adolescent consumers. The findings from data analysis can be summarized as follows: 1) The degree of the rationality of whole consumption behavior, buying behavior, using behavior and disposing behavior is not so high. Especially the degree of making a buying plan before they buy gathering information according to buying plan and applying gathered information is low but presenting a claim for inferior goods is high. Adolescent consumers don't tend to use products to the end and to exchange or donate disusing products. 2) According to the result of multiple regression analysis, sex, grade, application of advertisement, influence of parents, saving value, conspicuous value, pro-environmental value, aesthetic value, enjoyable value are variables affecting on the rationality of consumption behavior of adolescent consumers.

본 논문에서는 기업이나 학내망 등 제한된 공간에서 특수한 분야에 국한된 무선 LAN의 사용이 점차 보편화되고 그 필요성이 대두됨에 따라 현재 보급화되고 있는 2.4GHz 대역 무선 LAN의 전송방식 및 구조에 대해서 살펴보고, 또한 다양한 User 환경에서 Packet 신호의 전송특성 및 속도에 관한 실험과 분석을 통하여, 다양한 이용자 환경에서 최적의 신호 전송레벨을 알아보았다.

In this study, the prototype of a system for checking risk-factor of NC machine is proposed. The proposed system can get the risk-related information by monitoring the status of real-time processes of NC machines. Using the information, the accidents can be prevented by the background process of an expert system tool. This paper consists of 2 parts: (1) the method for gathering data and definition of the risk-related factors of NC machines and (2) the procedure for finding the proper actions by using the forward chaining of a rule-base. Proposed system is implemented with C++ language under MS-windows.

전통적인 해외학술정보 데이터베이스 제작시스템은 자료의 수집에서부터 DB로딩에 이르기까지 여러 문제들을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 분산되어 있는 가용자원들로부터 에이전트 기술을 이용하여 필요로 하는 메타데이터를 효율적으로 수집하고 활용하는 데이터베이스 제작모델을 설계하고자 한다. 본 논문은 해외학술정보 데이터베이스를 구성하는 수록정보에 대해 기술하고, 이들 수록정보와 연계된 가용자원들에 대해 살펴본다. 분산되어 있는 가용자원으로부터 메타데이터 구성에 필요한 기본요소를 수집하고, 이 메타데이터에 가공정보를 추가하고, 메타데이터의 품질을 검증하는 과정에 대해 기술한다.
