A Study on Transforming ICT Research Information Service into Semantic Web Environment

  • The Research on the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) is proposed the category to IT839 strategy by Government. Government is driving to researching on technology about IT839 Strategy. By transforming this category and research information into Semantic Web environment, it is possible to search function utilizing knowledge base and information object by use of TBox and ABox. In this regard, this study proposes technology for generation of Semantic Web Document about ICT Research Information. The ontology is constructed by using category to IT839 Strategy. The features of framework proposed in this study is to have used a skill to directly map Ontology instance and in case of inability of direct mapping, proposed a skill to establish reliable Semantic Web Document by suggesting indirect mapping skill using mechanical study. In addition, it is possible to establish low cost/high quality Semantic Web Document about ICT research information.

정보사회에 있어서 어린이도서관인의 위상 (A Study on the Role of Children's Librarian in the 21st Century)

  • This article presents the role of children's librarian in the age of information. Preparing the 21st century, there should have been to identify the humanities of health, independent, creative, and moral fact with educating children in future Korea. Children's library should service all the children to improve the information skill and technology, to creat a whole person with high order intellectual thinking skill for the consumer, the voter and the leader of the next generation. It has been identified that the children's librarian should playas a mediator of literacy and culture of children, a creating counselor of personality, a negotiator of recoginating all knowledge, and a leader of the information skill or communication skill in the children education at the 21st century.

A Study on Relationship between Interpersonal Relation, Communication Skills and Work-related Stress in Physical Therapists

  • In this research, we performed to investigate the relationship between interpersonal relation, communication skills and work-related stress in physical therapists. The subjects of this study were consist of 388 physical therapists from general hospitals and medical rehabilitation centers in Gyeonggi region. Data were analyzed using the PASW 18.0. Work-related stress showed statistically significant differences according to the demographic characteristics of clinical experience. Interpersonal relation found significant negative correlation for work-related stress except job-demand stress. Also, this study found negative correlation between communication skills and work-related stress, and significantly correlated interpersonal relation with communication skill. The results of this study suggest that in developing programs to manage work-related stress for improving interpersonal relations and communication skills in physical therapists.

조리 실기 교육을 위한 교수-학습 의사 소통 모형 개발 - 구성주의 관점에서 - (The Development of a Communication Model for Teaching-Learning in Culinary Practical Education - A Constructivism Point of View -)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a communication model of teaching-learning at culinary practical learning class in school. Statistically, the organizational culture of culinary schools was influenced by the nature of hierarchical culture, task outcomes, and the conservative culture of organizations in companies. First, in basic skill class, teaching and learning methods are based on a teacher who leads students according to his plans and decisions. Second, in a higher skill course, teaching and learning methods are based on students who take an active part by injecting some fresh ideas into their class. Third, the model of three courses for culinary skill development has an effect on processing into a modeling-scaffolding-fading method by teaching and learning in school. It was ascertained that organizational culture directly or indirectly influenced organizational effectiveness and organizational culture in culinary schools. Moreover, it was found that organizational culture was the biggest influencing concept for communication effectiveness between teachers and students.

일개 종합병원의 처방전달시스템 도입전후 직원의 직무스트레스 변화 (Changes of Job Stress after the Adoption of a Computerized Order Communication System and Its Related Factors in Hospital Employees)

  • Background : This study was carried out to examine the changes of job stress after adoption of order communication system(OCS) and its related factors. Methods : Two hundreds and twenty one employees in a university hospital were surveyed 4 months before and 1 year after the OCS had been adopted. Author used Korean version of Karasek's job content questionnaire(K-JCQ) to evaluate job stress. The questionnaire developed by Doll's was used to assess the satisfaction for the OCS. Result : With the adoption of OCS, the scores of skill discretion increased significantly from 29.9 to 30.8 that meant job stress was decreased. In use of OCS, direct user group showed significant increase of skill discretion, whereas the indirect user group showed significant increase in psychological job demand, and it was statistically significant when compared to direct user group(p<0.05). Among the changes in job stress, skill discretion score change was significantly different by age(p<0.05). This study revealed that there was statistically significant relationship between the change of skill discretion score and time computer use, level of satisfaction for content of provided information(p<0.05). And psychological job demand score change was significantly different by time of computer use(p<0.05). Conclusion : Adoption of OCS into hospital may increase job stress, but when it is adopted wisely and appropriately, it may enhance skill discretion of each individual, and decision authority while reducing psychological job demand.

한국 신문언론노동의 숙련구조 변동과 전문직화에 대한 탐색적 접근 (A Exploratory Study on Skill Formation and Professionalization of Korea's Newspaper Journalists)

  • 본 연구는 한국신문 노동시장의 변화과정을 탐색함으로써 신문언론인의 전문성 형성과정의 변화를 탐색하고자 한다. 기존 연구에 따른 신문노동시장은 전형적인 기업내부노동시장을 형성하고 있으며, 언론인은 조직구성원적 정체성과 전문직 정체성을 형성하고 있는 것으로 알려졌다. 하지만 최근 신문 산업의 위기와 더불어 이러한 모순적인 언론인의 정체성이 어떤 방향으로 변해하고 있는지가 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 이런 점에서 신문언론인들의 숙련구조의 변화, 즉, 입직, 숙련, 이직의 과정에서 어떤 노동시장구조 변화를 보이고 있으며, 그 과정에서 언론인들의 전문직 정체성은 어떻게 변해하고 있는지 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 현직 신문언론인 10명을 대상으로 면접조사를 통해 생산한 데이터를 분석함으로써 언론인들의 숙련구조와 그 과정에서 정체성 형성을 추적했다. 조사 결과는 입직, 사내교육, 이직 과정에서 기업의 숙련에 대한 책임이 점차 언론인들에게로 옮겨가는 과정 중에 있어 기업내부 노동시장적 특성이 완화가 되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 노동시장이동은 여전히 제한되어 주요 노동시장이동형태는 기업간 이동이 아니라, 기업내 이동인 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 기업내부노동시장 변화는 그동안 기업내부 노동시장내에서나마 유지되던 언론인의 전문직적 정체성을 더욱 약화시키고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 기업 내 숙련기술제도의 약화와 직업군내 이직의 한계는 언론인들의 전문적적 정체성을 약화시켜, 결과적으로 언론인의 타직업으로의 이동을 강화시켜 전체적 내부노동시장의 특성도 약화시킬 것으로 보인다.

Research on the Impact of Entities' Cooperation Ability of Emergency Entities

  • To improve the cooperation ability of emergency entities, in this research, the emergency activities model, skill contribution degree, entity-relationship strength, activity continuity, and emergency entity cooperation degree were defined. Emergency entity cooperation degree and emergency activity continuity table were constructed with emergency cases, emergency plans, and emergency drill plans, and factors were further excavated which affected them. In this paper, we focus on the factors which affect the cooperation ability of emergency entities, the relationship between the emergency cooperation ability and the number of cooperation, entity-relationship intensity, emergency activity frequency, and skill contribution of fire entities and medical entities were obtained. These data results are of great significance to decision-makers in formulating emergency rescue and emergency plans.

학생이 활용하는 정보통신기술의 정도가 기술수용성과 교육서비스품질, 관계품질, 교육서비스만족과의 관계에 미치는 영향 (Students' information communication skill affecting relationship among technology acceptance, education service quality, relationship quality, and education service satisfaction)

  • 대학에서 제공되고 있는 교육을 살펴보면 개별적인 학생들의 요구를 만족시키기 어렵다. 이는 대학교육이 한명의 서비스제공자에 의해 많은 사람들에게 동시에 제공되기 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 이를 감안하여 학생들이 보다 다양한 정보통신기술을 활용할 수 있다면 교육이 제공되는 과정이나 컨텐츠에 대해 더 만족할 수 있을 수 있다고 가정하였다. 연구에서는 학생들의 기술수용성 정도가 관계품질, 교육서비스품질, 교육서비스만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 학생들의 정보통신기술의 활용정도가 높고 낮음에 따라 이들 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 검증결과 기술수용성이 높으면 관계품질, 교육서비스품질을 높일 수 있고, 관계 품질과 교육서비스품질도 교육서비스만족을 높일 수 있다고 제시되었다. 정보통신기술의 활용정도도 이들 관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교육인프라가 부족한 지방의 중소 도시에 위치한 대학에서 연구를 진행함으로써 향후 해당 컨텐츠를 교육에 활용하게 되었을 경우 더 많은 효과를 볼 수 있으리라 생각된다.
