Rapidly increasing Internet use has brought beneficial developments in many aspects, and it also stimulates elementary students' curiosity and is becoming an important part of entertainment. On the other hand, it is giving rise to some negative results such as violence and delinquent conduct in cyberspace. This study is to find the effects and problems of Information and Communication Ethics education before and after it is carried out by analysing the curriculum of Information texbooks, and to search for new teaching methods for Information and Communication Ethics education.

This study has been pointed out that Information Communication Ethics Education has been mentioned only about a cognitive factor. Then the purpose of this study is verify the effects through the Instructional design of Information Communication Ethics that was compensate the problem. To achieve this, it was included all the cognitive, emotional and active factor of Integrated Character by Thomas Lickona. It has been modified that Information Communication Ethics Test of Lee Chae Young(2009) to be included all the factors of Integrated Character to verify the designed instruction. It has been designed that each steps included the component of Integrated Character using Gerlach & Ely systematic instruction model then, the designed instruction has been applied to the secondary school and verified the effectiveness. As a result, it has been proved that Experimental group is more effective than Control group.

The Information-Oriented Society that we live in today has given lots of conveniences whereas it has serve problems and even is becoming social problems. These problems can have much worse influence to the little children who are immature. This research developed the new teaching-learning programs that can improve the learner's information communication ethical with theme-based integrated learning by analyzing present information communication curriculums. In addition, we apply the teaching-learning programs to the elementary school and analyzed the effects. As the result of this study, It is appeared that theme-based integrated learning for information communication ethical education gives good effects on information communication ethics improvement.

This study examines the characteristics of Korean journalism ethics as job ideology by analyzing the specific conditions revealed in the historical process of the construction of Korean journalism ethics, focusing on the change of social relationships which intervene in the construction of journalism ethics. By this interpretation, this study proposes the desirable directions in journalism ethics discussion and practice strategies in the journalism field. Therefore this study analyzed the historical process and the development phase of discourse in journalism ethics in which the job position of Korean journalists have changed. In result, this study found that the discourse of Korean was used for the instrumental and rhetorical means to cope with the outside pressure in the lack of occupational self-control which becomes the premise of ethics. Because of this, the Korean journalism ethics characterize the rhetorical feature of ethical code, the structured separation of practice from cognition, the conceptual confusion of responsibility from ethics.

The Information and Communication Technology(ICT) is applied variously by advanced development, however that also causes the ethical problem simultaneously nowadays. It is emphasized the necessity of information and communication ethics and the scheme also is suggested that the student actually may produce and use their own UCC as an educational material which relates to ethics of information and communication in this paper. By doing that activity, student could learn themselves from what they've produced. Therefore they can approach the subject with more interests, beside the method how teacher has been teaching normally which can be described as cramming. The suggestion is phased by the steps as below; First of all, adequate guidance is selected and the aim of education is established to the method of education through producing UCC by analyzing the contents system of information and communication ethics. Second, it is analyzed educational effect along media of UCC. Third, it is analyzed educational effect along the producing format of UCC. Finally, the scheme is developed that student could be learned from UCC they have created. Therefore, students could be participated by themselves more actively to the education and manage the negative effects of ICT. They also could acknowledge and determine the right ethical awareness of information and communication, and develop more advanced ethical awareness by doing this activity.

With the program outcomes of 'the Accreditation of Engineering Education' in Korea, the acquisition and assessment of ethical attitudes as an engineer is emphasized these days. In this study, we surveyed and investigated the attitudes and ethical minds of college students majoring in information and communication engineering regarding their professional attitude and ethical behavior at present and in the future by assuming their hire in this industry. The average score of engineer ethics was 2.25 out of 5. Multi-variate regression found that the unethical attitudes of information and communication engineer were more distinct for students of older age, students with 'rude and insulting' attitudes, students who had not served in army, students who are not idealistic, and students who do not live with parents. The results provide educators with useful understandings related to the engineering ethics education program for college students.

Students are getting more opportunities to use the internet at school and home with the development of information & communication technology and the spread of computers. It can be used for education; otherwise, it also has some negative side effects, such as, the circulation of unsound information, game addiction, the misuse and overuse of information. Information communication ethics education is needed to protect students from those negative side effects in cyber space. This paper presents the systematic education contents and ways to teach correct information communication ethics education form the results of questionaires to students, teachers and parents, and other related study.

This paper suggests the education method of information communication ethics by harmful word filtering on web boards as a way to solve the malfunctioning problem occurring in making informations at the step of their positive activities of information offers. The harmful word filtering system for the education of information communication ethics describes the method to construct a harmful word dictionary by extracting harmful words related with improper doing of writing, sexual insult, abusive language and expressions of criticizing others shown in web boards. Decrease by more than 90% in writing with harmful words and inappropriate writing was shown as the result of application of the harmful word filtering system on school home pages.

As the social and technical circumstance changes rapidly, passive learners who were knowledge-finders not only remember and regenerate about the given information but also critically grasp the phenomena of real life, and then also it became necessary for us to help cultivate the ability to solve the problem creatively in the new form of educational goal, educational content, educational methods and evaluation, educational environment. As a result, this study analyzes the smart learning education, fit the model of smart learning education training in high school information ethics parts, design the lesson that is proposal class of 'Information protection and Security' section, and develop the teaching and experience educational contents, furthermore, It is to investigate the impact on the ethics consciousness about information communications.

In today's era, where internet technology and culture are advancing rapidly, the importance of systematic internet ethics education has been underscored to address the insufficient levels of internet ethics among college students. This research primarily focused on assessing the level of internet ethics among college students, who represent a significant proportion of internet users. The innovative Flip Learning teaching method and the introduction of the Wheeler Model, along with the application of frequency measurement theory, allowed us to explore ways to maximize the effectiveness of the education. It was confirmed that students who received internet ethics education demonstrated improved levels of ethics. This study concluded that significant progress has been made in systematizing and effectively promoting internet ethics education. It also proposed the need for systematic ethics education and provided future directions for improving internet ethics education.
