초등교사의 저작권 지식수준 분석을 통한 교육정보 이용 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study of the Copyright Knowledge of Elementary School Teachers in Association with the Utilization of Education Information)

  • 학교현장에서 교육정보의 활용이 증가하면서, 교사 및 학교를 대상으로 한 저작권 법 위반 피소 사례 또한 증가하고 있다. 따라서 교사 대상의 저작권 교육이 다양하게 이루어지고 있으나, 교사들의 교육정보에 대한 인식이나 저작권에 대한 지식수준 등에 대한 연구는 미비한 편이다. 이에 본 연구는 초등교사 349명을 대상으로, 교사들이 인지하고 있어야 할 저작권 관련 지식을 측정하였다. 분석 결과, 저작권교육 여부보다는 교육용콘텐츠 제작 경험 여부에 따라 저작권 지식은 차이를 보였다. 즉, 저작권 교육을 받았다 할지라도 자신의 필요에 의해 활용되었을 때, 해당 지식이 더 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 저작권 교육이 하나의 지식으로 교육되기보다는 교육정보가 활용되는 상황에 적합한 저작권 교육이 더 효과적일 것이라는 시사점을 제공하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 22개 서울특별시교육청 도서관·평생학습관(서울시교육청 도서관)에 대한 청소년의 만족도 실태를 파악하고 불만족 요인을 개선해 청소년을 위한 정보서비스의 질적 향상을 도모하고 궁극적으로는 서울시교육청 도서관의 청소년 이용 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 디지털 시대로의 전환기에 독서 매체의 변화가 불가피해지는 상황을 고려하여 전자도서관 이용실태를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 청소년의 흥미를 유발할 수 있고 새로운 정보기술을 반영한 독서 프로그램 기획, 전자책 서비스 범위 및 시스템 개선, 학교도서관과의 연계, 공간 재구조화 등을 제안하였다.

  • Recently, social and economic environment has been rapidly changed. In particular, the development of IT technology accelerated the introduction of databases, communication networks, information processing and analyzing systems, making the use of such information and communication technology an essential factor for corporate management innovation. This change also affected the accounting areas. The purpose of this study is to document changes in accounting areas due to the adoption of IT technologies in the era of technology and information, to define the required accounting professions in this era, and to present the efficient educational methodologies for training such accounting experts. An accounting expert suitable for the era of technology and information means an accounting profession not only with basic accounting knowledge, competence, independency, reliability, communication skills, and flexible interpersonal skills, but also with IT skills, data utilization and analysis skills, the understanding big data and artificial intelligence, and blockchain-based accounting information systems. In order to educate future accounting experts, the accounting curriculum should be reorganized to strengthen the IT capabilities, and it should provide a wide variety of learning opportunities. It is also important to provide a practical level of education through industry and academic cooperation. Distance learning, web-based learning, discussion-type classes, TBL, PBL, and flipped-learnings will be suitable for accounting education methodologies to foster future accounting experts. This study is meaningful because it can motivate to consider accounting educational system and curriculum to enhance IT capabilities.

가정형 인공호흡기를 적용하고 있는 희귀, 난치성 질환자의 자가관리 교육 경험과 수행정도, 가정간호 요구도 (Self-care Education Experience, Self-care Performance, and Home Care Service Needs of Patients With Rare and Incurable Diseases Who Use a Home Ventilator)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the self-care education experience, self-care performance, and home care service needs of patients with rare and incurable diseases who use a home ventilator. Methods: From2 ventilator rental companies and 5 hospitals, records of 162 subjects were collected to obtain data regarding self-care education experience (23 items) and home care service needs (25 items). Results: Of the subjects, 65.4% were male and 55.6% had a myotrophic lateral sclerosis. The items with the highest and lowest levels of self-care education experience were "using the ventilator"(94.0%) and "community-available resource information"(27.0%), respectively. Meanwhile, self-care was performed well in terms of "personal hygiene"(59.6%) but not performed well in "community-available resource information"(23.7%). "Health status assessment" had the highest need(88.2%) of home care services. Generally, the need of home care services was higher for the patients using invasive ventilators than that for those using non-invasive ventilators. Conclusion: Home care nurses need to not only provide physical care for the patients but also strengthen their roles of enhancing patient access to and utilization of various community resources to provide systematic and individualized training and care.

  • The article theoretically substantiated, developed and practically implemented a structural and functional model of the formation of ICT competence, taking into account interdisciplinary integration, defines the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of ICT competence: interdisciplinary integration as a basis for building an interdisciplinary course, the content of which is aimed at the formation of ICT competence; the use of IEE, including information, didactic, technological components as a basis for the formation of ICT competence; integration of formal, non-formal and informal education for the implementation the integrity of the acquired knowledge, skills, experience as the basis for the formation of the ICT competence of teachers; creation and use of a set of tasks (educational (UZ), educational and methodological (UMP), educational and professional (UPZ)) as special tools for the formation of ICT competence.

  • 유엔을 비롯한 국제단체와 각국의 정부에서는 공개 소프트웨어 보급을 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 우리나라에서도 공개 소프트웨어를 활성화하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 공개소프트웨어 시범 사업을 시행하고 정보화 사업 평가 항목에 공개 소프트웨어 사용하면 가점을 부여하고 있다. 그러나 잠재적인 공개 소프트웨어 사용자들인 중등학교 학생을 대상으로 공개 소프트웨어에 대한 홍보와 교육이 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 중등학교에서 학생들의 공개 소프트웨어에 대한 인지도를 파악하고 분석한다. 그리고 공개소프트웨어를 중등학교의 개정된 7차 교육과정 의 정보 교과에서 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

치위생과 학생들의 보건의료 정보화에 대한 태도 (Attitude toward medical health information in the dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the attitude toward medical health information in the dental hygiene students. Methods: The subjects were 370 dental hygiene college students in the metropolitan area. A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 350 students from March 2 to May, 3, 2014. Except 20 incomplete answers, data were analyzed by frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA using SPSS 12.0 program. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, satisfaction of internet use, and attitude toward medical health information. Results: Most of the students had personal computers and they did not receive computer education. The students used internet in the variety of the fields. Satisfaction level was 3.28 by 5 point Likert scale. The attitude toward medical health information was 3.20. They would not use computer if possible, and the score was 3.50 points that was the highest mark. There was no statistically significant difference in medical health information by the general characteristics of the subjects. Conclusions: The attitude toward medical health information was not fully satisfactory in many fields. The curriculum for the dental hygiene must include step-by-step computer course and the computer education must provide the diverse educational opportunities for the students.

초등학교 컴퓨터 교과서 활용 현황 및 과제 (Current Status and Tasks of the Utilization of Computer Textbooks in Elementary Schools)

  • 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침이 2000년 8월에 발표된 이후 학교 현장에서 정보통신기술 교육이 실시되고 있다. 이에 따라 컴퓨터 교육과정에 대한 연구와 컴퓨터 교과서에 대한 비교 연구는 이루어졌지만 교사와 학생들의 컴퓨터 교과서 활용 현황과 그 관련 인식을 분석한 연구는 실시되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 충청북도 내 초등학교 5 6학년 담당 교사와 학생들을 대상으로 컴퓨터 교과서 활용 현황과 교과서의 구성 학습 내용 학습 활동에 관해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보고, 교과서의 질적 개선을 위해 해결해야 할 과제를 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 대부분의 교사가 컴퓨터 교과서를 활용하고 있었으나 그 활용 빈도가 저조했고, 교과서를 그대로 활용하기 보다는 수정.보완하여 활용하고 있었다. 교사들은 교과서와 관련한 여러 영역 중에서 수준별 학습, 재구성 용이성, 체계성, 탐구력과 창의력 신장, 흥미유발, 자기주도적학습 능력 신장, 과제 제시 등에 대해 부정적인 인식을 가지고 있었다. 그에 비해 학생들은 용어에 대해서 부정적인 인식을 가지고 있었다. 개인 변인 중 교사는 주로 연령과 교직 경력에 따라서, 그리고 학생은 성별과 컴퓨터 교과서 활용 빈도에 따라서 유의미한 차이를 보였다.

중.고등학교 남녀학생의 기술.가정 교과 활용도와 선호도 평가에 따른 단원 분류 및 성별 차이 분석 - 춘천시를 중심으로 - (The Unit Classification and Gender-Difference Analysis of Technology.Home Economics Subject Based on Estimation of the Degree of Practical Use and Preference among Male and Female Middle.High School Students in Chuncheon city')

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the information for the development of gender-equality oriented content of Technology Home Economics subject. For this purpose, a total of 404 male and female middle high school students in Chuncheon city were sampled and asked to estimate the degree of practical use and preference for the 47 units of Technology Home Economics subject. Results were summarized as following : 1. The 47 units were classified into 4 groups on the basis of similarity in the degree of practical use and preference: 23 units estimated as 'better than average' by male and female students were classified into group 1; 4 units estimated as 'better than average' by female students but as 'less than average' by male students were classified into group 2; 10 units estimated as 'less than average' by male and female students were classified into group. 3; 10 units estimated as 'far less than average' by male and female students were classified into group 4. Most of the units in Home Economics area were classified Into group 1 or 2, but most of the units in Technology area were classified into group 3 or 4. 2. Gender difference was confirmed between male and female students' estimation of the degree of practical use and preference for the 47 units. In about three-quaters of the units in Home Economics area, female students' estimation of the degree of practical use and preference was higher than male students' estimation. In about half of the units in Technology area, male students' estimation of the degree of practical use and preference was higher than female students' estimation. However, possibility was detected in several units of Technology Home Economics subject that gender difference could be decreased.

Prospects For The Development Of Distance Educational Learning Technologies During The Training Of Students Of Higher Education

  • This article identifies the problems and substantiates the directions for the development of distance learning technologies in the training of personnel. An example of using digital media to create a remote access laboratory is given. The article is devoted to the definition of the main aspects of the organization of distance education. Rapid digitization, economic, political and social changes taking place in Ukraine necessitate the reform of the education system. First of all, it concerns meeting the educational needs of citizens throughout their lives, providing access to educational and professional training for all who have the necessary abilities and adequate training. The most effective solution to the above-mentioned problems is facilitated by distance learning. The article analyzes the essence and methods of distance learning organization, reveals the features of the use of electronic platforms for the organization of this form of education in different countries of the world. The positive characteristics of distance learning are identified, namely: extraterritoriality; savings on transport costs; the interest of modern youth in the use of information tools in everyday life; increase in the number of students; simplicity and accessibility of training; convenient consultation system; democratic relations between the student and the teacher; convenience for organizations in training their employees without interrupting their regular work; low level of payment for distance education compared to traditional education; individual learning pace; new teacher status. Among the negative features of online education, the author refers to the following problems: authentication of users during knowledge verification, calculation of the teacher's methodological load and copyright of educational materials; the high labor intensity of developing high-quality educational content and the high cost of distance learning equipment; the need to provide users with a personal computer and access to the Internet; the need to find and use effective motivation mechanisms for education seekers.
