As the adoption of PACS and hospital information system among university hospitals and hospital level institutions grows bigger, the need of sharing and transferring medical information among medical institutions is rising. For the medical information, which is saved in the hospital medical system, to be transferred within the same hospital, domestic, or foreign medical institutions, a standard protocol is necessary. But realistically, most of the domestic hospitals do not abide by H7L which is the HIS standard and so, information transferring is not possible as of present. As such, the purpose of this research is to implement the information between HIS and PACS to an international standard by constructing HL7 messages through HL7 Interface. which will eventually make possible information transferring between different hospitals. Our research team has developed a method which will make the PACS equip hospitals that do not follow HL7 standard which will make possible to transfer information between HIS and PACS through HL7 Message. By constructing message files, which follow the form of HL7 Message in the HL7 Interface, they can be transferred to PACS through the ftp protocol. The realization of the HIS/OCS Interface through HL7 enables data transferring between domestic and foreign medical institutions possible by implementing the international standard in the PACS and HIS data transferring process. The HL7 that our research team has developed made patient data transfer between medical institutions possible. The Interface is for a specific system model and in order for the data transfer between different systems to be realized, interfaces that are fit for each system must be needed. If the interface is improvised and implemented to each hospital's information system, the data sharing among medical institutions can be broadened.

Multimedia database system can be improve data transferring efficiency by consulting catalogue database which is storing the object and serving multimedia meta-database and perform the pre-scheduling for data transferring and by delaying of transferring to reduce the responding timeand reordering the data by various method of transferring. By Introducing these techniques we can enhance the server resources utilizing, minimizing the users responding time and can decrease failure at the scheduling itself and easily search and transfer the information that the user wanted. Nowadays, the bus system of a metropolitan area is improving very fast. According to the bus, commuter railways increase their competitive power. For this, trains get the mobility increasing, effective transferring system and unified information service. For the mobility increasing, commuting railway must be faster by flexible train diagram and facilities improvement. And finally, optimal commuter train, 'Liner' is needful. And for effective transferring system, it is necessary that railway station and transferring center of a city be merged. And it is needful that direct management bus by railway company and unification fare system on metropolitan region. Next, for information service system improving, the commuting railway station must be regional transportation hub at first. And it is needful that unified line map of trunk line transportation systems and regionally collective transportation system information book. Therefore, metropolitan commuting railways compete with trunk line bus and cooperate with feeder line bus, and can make optimal metropolitan public transportation systems.

In the initial stage of a national economic development of China, the family business takes enterprise's organizational form ruling position. The private enterprise of China is mainly family business; the family makes the mainly proprietorship in other words. Even in the private enterprise after developing, 70 percents are managed as a family This paper start to study the Transferring Power Patterns in family business using the Company's Life Circle Theory and some other correlative theories. Based on the Transporting Power Model, the paper gives a comprehensive explanation for the choice of transferring power pattern in the family business of China.

Although the work of neural style transfer has shown successful applications in transferring the style of a certain type of artistic painting, it is less effective in transferring Oriental paintings. In this paper, we explore three methods which are effective in transferring Oriental paintings. Then, we take a typical network from each method to carry on the experiment, in view of three different methods to Oriental paintings style transfer effect has carried on the discussion.

Lots of researches have been focusing on ubiquitous computing which means wherever, whenever, whatever the required information must be accessible. In ubiquitous computing environment, ubiquitous sensor network (USN) is the basis technology for gathering and transferring the required information. However sensor network characteristically has more severe vulnerability than the existing networks do. The paper presents operation of secure protocols for delivering information in secure in ubiquitous computing environment and show improvement of the secure transferring protocol.

최근의 이동컴퓨팅의 기술 및 IP 지원 이동성(Mobile IP)의 다양한 적용기술의 발전되고 있으며, 멀티캐스트 통신이 그룹중심의 응용기술을 지원하는 효율적이고 매우 중요한 수단으로 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 이는 제한된 대역폭을 가지는 이동성 지원 네트워크 환경에서 고용량의 정보를 효율적으로 전송하기 위한 방법으로 여겨지고 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 양방향 터널링과 원격가입을 통한 멀티캐스트 데이터 전송시 발생하는 문제점을 해결하고 좀 더 효율적인 이동성 지원 멀티캐스트 데이터 전송을 위한 지역분할 방법을 제시한다. 각 지역 내부에서는 양방향 터널링을 이용하여 이동호스트에게 데이터 전송을 효율적으로 수행토록 하며, 지역 외부에서는 원격가입을 통하여 홈 에이젼트와의 원거리 전송시 야기되는 트래픽의 부하를 줄이도록 설계하고 성능을 비교 평가한다.

본 논문은 휴대폰에 소프트웨어를 추가하지 않고 카메라에서 실시간으로 캡쳐한 영상을 휴대폰으로 전송하는 방법을 제안하고, 실험한 결과를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 영상을 휴대폰으로 전송하는 방법으로 WAP 풀 기반의 영상전송 방법과 WAP 푸시 서비스 기반의 영상 전송 방법에 대하여 제안하고, 실시간 영상을 WBMP 이미지로 변환시에 문제가 되는 임계값 설저을 영상의 히스토그램을 사용하여 전체 픽셀 값들에 대한 평균값으로 사용한 방법을 제안하였다. 이 방법을 구현하기 위해서 스트림 엔진과 연동한 메커니즘으로 카메라에서 캡쳐된 영상을 WBMP 포맷으로 변환하는 영상변환 필터(WBMPFlter)를 구현하고, 무선인터넷상에서 영상을 전송할 수 있는 영상전송 미디움(WrelessMedum)을 구현하였다.

Active networks allow active node’s functionality to be extended dynamically through the use of active extensions. This flexible architecture facilitates the deployment of new network protocols and services. However, the active nature of a network also raises serious safety and security concerns. These concerns must be addressed before active networks can be deployed. In this paper we look at how we can control active extension’s access to different active nodes. Specifically, the authentication between active nodes is very important in this case. We use unique identity each node has for transferring access policies between active nodes. In this paper, we suggest a new method of transferring access policies performing authentications using identities between active nodes.

본 논문은 비디오 스트림을 실시간에 전송하는데 그룹 전송을 위한 전송 제어기법에 관한 연구이다. 멀티미디어의 발달과 고속 통신망의 확산으로 다양한 멀티미디어 통신 서비스가 보편화되면서 회의서비스, 원격서비스, 방송서비스, 교육서비스 등 다수의 사용자를 위한 응용 서비스 요구에 따라 다양한 기술이 연구되고 있다. 이에 따라 통신망 기술과 멀티미디어 처리 기술을 제외하고 멀티미디어 그룹 전송 기술에 초점을 맞추었으며, 비디오 스트림을 그룹 참가자들에게 연속적인 전송을 위하여 효과적인 그룹관리 기법과 각 그룹별 네트워크 특성을 분석하고 RTP(Real-Time Protocol)/RTCP(Real-Time Control protocol)을 이용 한 그룹 관리, 지연 제어 관리에 대한 알고리즘을 제시한다.
