There are many evaluation models to measure the informatization level of an organization and information system project in the ministry of National Defense of Korea. A information system has to keep up with the environment change as well as the advanced recent information technology (IT). Therefore, the evaluation of an information system project to enhance the performance of the information system should be different from the existing evaluation methods. This study suggests an evaluation case of information system projects to enhance the performance of an information system. In order to achieve the objective of this study, the following steps are taken. First, it reviews the background and the scope of the project to enhance the performance of the Defense Material Information System (DMIS). And it sets up the evaluation logic and develops performance indexes. Then it applies these newly developed performance indexes to the information system project and measures the performance. From this study, we found that both the diffusion and the experience accumulation by its continuous use are significant factors in such evaluations.

Continuously monitoring and improving information system (IS) performance is a major concern in organizations. Thanks to invisible characteristics of IS performance, this is still enduring research question. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze factors influencing IS Performance in public sector. Influencing factors of IS performance include IS quality such as System Quality, Information Quality and IS Use. The data for analysis was collected from local official in Korea. We used PLS 3.00 Version for an analysis. Analysis revealed that Information Quality has directly influenced IS Use. But there were not Significant in relations between System Quality and IS Performance, System Quality and IS Use, System Quality and IS Performance, and IS Use and IS Performance.

Although a number of studies concerning the performance of information system (hereafter, IS) have been performed, those in governmental organizations have rarely conducted. Moreover, there were not many that the perceptual level of individuals might have influence on the information system performance actually. This study tried to investigate the causal relationship between personal perceptual level on the operation and performance of IS, as a result of project for public innovation which deployed in a governmental organization. The targeted IS is for task management. Our survey's respondents are real users in a governmental organization. As a result of statistical analysis, the affecting factors, the perceptual level of individuals such as task process standardization, training and system education, and the active participation of manager positively affected system performance. The result of study can provide some implications to the governmental organizations who want to improve the system performance and efficiently operate their own IS for achieving the organizational goals.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest a key quality factor affecting user satisfaction based on quality attribute of weather information system and additionally, a managerial implication for activating weather information service market by analyzing causal relevance between weather information system and business performance. Methods: As its method, a causal relevance of quality factor of weather information system affecting satisfaction and business performance was analyzed by using structural equation model. An enterprise utilized in analysis sample performed a survey by targeting 186 distribution/logistics and general manufacturing company. Results: It was revealed that information, service quality of weather information system exerted a significant influence on user satisfaction and it did not take a significant influence on business performance in terms of quality of information, system and service. A significant relevance between user satisfaction and business performance was strong supported. Finally, it was revealed that utilization level of weather information system had a moderating effect on business performance. Conclusion: Domestic weather information system mainly focused on information utilization based weather information system and additional service level utilizing weather information is very low in practical terms. Therefore, in order to expand domestic weather related service market, systematic market expansion strategy of providing corporate customized service and case enlargement would be required.

Intermediaries are presenting not only transactional information that orchestrates electronic transaction, but also market related information and knowledge useful for sellers' understanding of the market status. However, we do not have strong evidence that the market related information and knowledge is properly utilized by sellers and that it has an actual influence on sellers' performance. According to the research result, absorptive capacity and the pattern of information system utilization is statistically significant to sellers' performance mediated by operational efficiency and market knowledge creation. Especially, explorative utilization of information system and realized absorptive capacity has a stronger influence on sellers' performance mediated by market knowledge creation. With this research result, this study maintains that sellers are required to absorb and utilize market related information and knowledge more actively through explorative utilization of information system to achieve better performance in the e-marketplace. On the other hand, intermediaries are recommended to provide abundant and valuable market related information and knowledge for the sellers to build up better e-marketplaces.

In A institute, project managers present quarterly project performance report according to institute's law. In quarterly project performance report, progress of project performance and budget expended should be written. Progress of project performance and progress of budget expended are key management factors in A institute. Because financial database system Is already constructed, progress of budget expended is got from information system. But the progress of project performance that project manager estimate subjectively can not be judged of its correctness because there is not project management information system that is able to calculate the progress of project performance systematically. In this study, we present the project management system assign all activities to every project participator according to their work share rate using WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) and calculate the progress of project performance systematically Also we construct project management information system for above project management system implementing.

As having analyzed an advance research that had looked into how characteristics of information system affect use and success of the concerned system, the study determined that system quality, information quality and service quality are the fundamental requirements for a good accounting information system. In addition, based on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use that have been selected as major variables related to information system acceptance proposed by Davis[10], the study conducted an empirical analysis on how such factors would influence performance of the accounting information system. According to the results from the analysis, the system quality one of the characteristics of the accounting information system was observed to have a significant influence on the perceived ease of use while both the information quality and the service quality would positively affect the perceived usefulness. Not only that, the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness were confirmed to be a significant factor to the performance, and with those results, all the theses of the study have been selected. As proved even with the information system success model, the system quality, the information quality and the service quality are definitely the most necessary elements for business management, and it also turned out that those elements would play an important role in several stages of the information system.

정보화의 효과는 투자와 구축뿐만 아니라 정보시스템의 운영 수준에 따라 다를 수 있다. 본 연구는 국내 중소 제조기업의 정보시스템 운영 환경과 품질 수준을 조사 분석하고, 기업의 성과 지표에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 정보시스템 운영환경 요인이 정보시스템 품질수준을 매개로 생산성 성과와 재무성과에 미치는 영향을 구조 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과로, 정보시스템 운영환경 요인들의 수준이 높을수록 품질수준은 높아지고, 품질수준이 높을수록 생산성 성과는 높아지며, 생산성 성과가 높을수록 재무성과는 높아진다고 할 수 있다. 정보화의 효과는 정보시스템 구축 후 운영 환경과 품질 수준에 달려 있다고 판단된다.

본 연구의 목적은 ERP도입의 성공요인을 조직적 요인, 환경적 요인, 정보적 요인으로 구분하였으며, 시스템 정보특성을 정보형태, 정보내용, 정보원천, 정보제공빈도로 구분하였다. 이 두 요인들의 적합성이 시스템 성과(사용자 만족도)에 미치는 영향관계를 검증해 보고자 하였다. 표본기업은 중소기업 250개사를 선정하였으며, 79부를 분석에 이용하였다. 업종은 제조업을 대상으로 하였으며 응답자의 직위 등은 고려하지 않았다. 연구결과는ERP도입의 조직적요인, 환경적요인, 정보적요인과 시스템 정보특성간의 적합성에 있어서 시스템 성과에 양(+)의 영향관계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

전자정보기술의 발달로 인해 도서관 서비스제공은 정보화시스템에 대한 의존 비중이 커져가고 있다. 이러한 상황의 변화에 따라 본 연구는 이용자의 도서관 정보화에 대한 성과지각과 정보화를 통한 이용 만족은 전반적 만족에 중요한 선행요인이 될 것으로 추론하였다. 뿐만 아니라 기존 연구는 대체로 도서관의 서비스제공측면에서 이용자의 인식이나 만족을 조사하였으나 본 연구는 시각을 달리하여 이용자측면에서 단순 열람목적의 일반적 이용과, 전문정보구득 목적의 전문적 이용패턴이 정보화 성과지각에 어떻게 다르게 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 조사하였다. 또한 서비스품질차원이 정보화성과지각과 이용만족에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 마지막으로 서비스품질차원이 정보화성과지각과 이용만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 첫째, 도서관 이용자의 열람 등 일반적 목적 이용이 정보화성과지각에 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 하였으나 유의한 수준에 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 도서관 이용자의 특정 정보구득 등 전문적 목적의 이용이 정보화성과지각에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 일반적 서비스품질인 상호작용품질, 결과품질, 물리적환경품질 차원은 정보화성과지각에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 정보화이용만족에는 유의하지 않았다. 마지막으로, 도서관 이용자의 정보화성과지각과 정보화이용만족이 전반적인 만족을 선행하고 있음을 밝혔다. 이를 통해 도서관의 정보화시스템을 어떻게 이용자중심으로 체계화하여 발전시킬 것인지에 대해 심층적인 고찰이 필요함을 확인하였다.
