국토공간계획지원체계는 지리정보체계 기반의 공간분석 기법을 이용하여 한국의 국토정책 및 계획을 위한 의사결정을 지원해 주는 시스템이다. 본 시스템은 일종의 공간의사결정지원체계 또는 계획지원체계로 정책결정가들의 공간의사결정을 지원한다. 국토공간계획지원체계는 1990년대 중반부터 구축된 건축행정정보시스템과 토지정보망에서 획득한 개별정보데이터베이스를 이용한다. 본 연구의 목적은 지리정보체계 기반의 공간의사결정지원체계나 계획지원체계의 종합적인 기본적 구성요소를 고려함으로써 국토공간의사결정지원체계의 이론적 틀을 설정하고 구축전략을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 국토공간계획지원체계의 기본개념, 구축전략, 기반환경확보전략과 추진전략을 다룬다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to perform the calf-raise exercise on the stable support surface and unstable support surface for comparing deference of the gastrocnemius thickness changes that measured by ultrasonography. Method : Subjects stand on unstable support surface and a stable support surface with both feet. Keeping calf-raise position in the 3 seconds, and then had to return back to the starting position. Total of 3 sets of 15 repetitions performed and give a 30-second rest between each set. In this way, exercise performed 3 times a week, performed a total of 6 weeks. Result : 1. gastrocnemius muscle thickness before and after exercise in experimental group A was significantly different(p<.05). 2. gastrocnemius muscle thickness before and after exercise in experimental group B was significantly different(p<.05). 3. gastrocnemius muscle thickness in experimental group A and experimental group B was significantly difference(p<.05). Conclusion : In conclusion, calf-raise exercise on unstable support surface was more efficient than stable support surface for increasing thickness of gastrocnemius.

본 연구는 성인지적 관점을 기반으로 여성장애인의 역량강화를 위한 지역사회 중심의 정보화교육 지원방안을 고찰하였다. 첫째 과학기술정보통신부가 조사한 2018년도 '디지털정보격차 실태조사'를 활용하여 남성장애인과 여성장애인의 디지털정보격차의 현황을 파악하여 문제를 제기하였으며 둘째, 여성장애인 정보화격차 해소를 위한 법적 근거로서, 여성장애인을 위한 정보화교육지원 관련법을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 여성장애인이 이용할 수 있는 정보화교육지원 현황을 바탕으로 여성장애인종합지원센터 설치, 장애유형을 고려한 방문교육, 학습능력을 고려한 맞춤형 정보화 교육 개발 및 지원, 정보화 관련 지역사회 자원발굴 등 지역사회 중심의 역량강화 기반 여성장애인 정보화 교육 지원 방안을 제시 하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 외식 프랜차이즈 시스템에서 가맹점에 대한 가맹본부의 관계품질에 영향을 미치는 변수를 사후 지원서비스로 설정하고, 사후 지원서비스가 가맹점의 관계품질(신뢰, 만족, 몰입)과 경영성과(재무적 성과, 비재무적 성과)에 미치는 영향에 대한 포괄적인 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 제안된 모형을 검증하기 위하여 서울 및 경기 지역의 외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점 경영자 500명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하여, 구조방정식을 통해 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사후 지원서비스 요인 중 제품범주 및 가격 요인과 정보제공 및 문제해결 능력 요인은 가맹점의 만족과 몰입에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물류지원과 슈퍼바이저 지원 요인은 신뢰와 만족에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재교육 및 훈련지원 요인은 가맹점의 신뢰와 몰입에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 판매촉진 요인은 신뢰 만족, 그리고 몰입 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 관계품질요인들 간의 관계는 신뢰가 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 몰입에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하고, 만족을 통해서 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 신뢰는 재무적 성과에만 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 만족과 몰입은 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과요약과 시사점, 그리고 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.

In this paper, a model of adaptive individual life support system is proposed from the viewpoint of cybernetics. This model is derived based on the relation between human behavior and human action, static and dynamic in processing speed, and abstract/concrete. In applications, task and information of human which includes in this system analyzed by paying attention to cybernetics. This paper shows a few actual example of modeling by fundamental adaptive individual life support model such as medical diagnosis, health care and education support. Finally as an example, design and implementation are concretely carried out for health care support system. This is also a method to design a information support system which is involved in human.

As the risk of technical leakage is increasing, technology protection support systems for small and medium-sized businesses have gained attention. This paper analyzed the perception gap of the user and policy-maker regarding technology protection support systems. First, to identify key elements of technology protection support systems and construct measurement factors, interviews with experts are conducted. Then, surveys are conducted to analyze the perception differences between the users and policy-makers. Factor analysis and ANOVA have been utilized to analyze survey results. The result shows that the perception gaps exist in the following areas: management system, cost reduction, copyright protection, customer satisfaction, leakage prevention, and awareness. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection support systems, this paper suggests technology protection support systems should be customized in terms of the company's size and type of busines.

Government initiatives are continuously being invested to nurture supporting business environment for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), such as government-support ERP systems project for SMEs. As such, scholars need to pay attention to SMEs can successfully adopt and manage government-support ERP systems. This study, therefore, conceptually developed and tested a research model for understanding what factors influence SMEs' intention to adopt government-support ERP systems. We obtained thirty samples from SMEs, which is organizational level, and data were analyzed using the partial least square (PLS) technique. The results of data analysis found that institutional pressure and resource dependence had positive effects on the adoption of government-support ERP systems. On the other hand, risk aversion of SMEs was found to have negative effects to adopt government-support ERP systems.

The purpose of this study is to derive implications for effective management of the public social worker by investigating the relationship between social support, job attitude and self-esteem of the public social worker. In order to accomplish this research purpose, social support of the public social worker as independent variables, job attitude as a dependent variable, and self-esteem as a parameter were analyzed and the relationship between these variables was analyzed. As a result, emotional, evaluative, material, and informational support, which constitute the social support of the public social worker, have a significant effect on job attitude, and self-esteem has a mediating effect on the relationship between these variables. Based on the results of this analysis, the importance of social support of the public social worker was suggested.

In this paper we present a weighted support vector machine(SVM) and a weighted least squares support vector machine(LS-SVM) for the prediction in the heteroscedastic regression model. By adding weights to standard SVM and LS-SVM the better fitting ability can be achieved when errors are heteroscedastic. In the numerical studies, we illustrate the prediction performance of the proposed procedure by comparing with the procedure which combines standard SVM and LS-SVM and wild bootstrap for the prediction.

In this paper, I propose an intelligent credit rating system using a bankruptcy prediction model based on support vector machines (SVMs). SVMs are promising methods because they use a risk function consisting of the empirical error and a regularized term which is derived from the structural risk minimization principle. This study examines the feasibility of applying SVM in Predicting corporate bankruptcies by comparing it with other data mining techniques. In addition. this study presents architecture and prototype of intelligeht credit rating systems based on SVM models.
