Natural ecosystem is an essential part to connect with the plan for biodiversity conservation in response strategy against climate change. For connecting biodiversity conservation with climate change strategy, Europe, America, Japan, and China are making an effort to discuss protection necessity through national biodiversity valuation but precedent studies lack in Korea. In this study, we made biodiversity maps representing biodiversity distribution range using species richness in National Forest Inventory (NFI) and Forest Description data. Using regression tree algorithm, we divided various classes by decision rule and constructed biodiversity maps, which has accuracy level of over 70%. Therefore, the biodiversity maps produced in this study can be used as base information for decision makers and plan for conservation of biodiversity & continuous management. Furthermore, this study can suggest a strategy for increasing efficiency of forest information in national level.

오랫동안 점진적이고 장기적으로 표준화를 추진해온 기록관리 선진국들과 달리 우리는 기록관리 전 영역에 걸친 표준화를 단기간에 성취하기 위해 종합적 표준화 전략을 수립 추진해왔다. 그러나 현재 기록관리 표준은 품질 및 실효성 측면에서 비판이 제기되고 있으며, 이를 개선하기 위해 장기적이고 전략적인 표준화 정책이 요구된다. 이 연구는 표준화 전략 재구축을 위한 모형을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 현재 표준화 전략을 평가하고, 국내 GIS나 전자상거래 분야, 호주 빅토리아 주의 표준화 전략을 분석하였다. 전략 재구축 모형에는 전략목표, 재구축 원칙과 함께 표준화 대상 체계화, 우선순위 결정, 표준화 절차 정비, 표준화 정책 및 조직 정비 등 4개 영역별 정비과제를 포함하였다.

The purpose of this thesis is to research and propose a practical Information Security Technical Architecture on Primary Defense Information Infrastructure with regard to requirement of information security. The scope of this research is limited to national defense information master plan & security rule, and U.S. DoD's IATF is used to plan a detailed structure. The result of this research can be used as a guide book for providing security for Army IT infrastructure now and in the future as well as to devise a plan for research and development in information protection technology.

1. CONTENTS 1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of the study was to propose a future oriented urban space production strategy to offer diverse useful services to citizens to improve international competitiveness of cities in the times of competition that competitive subjects were changed from competition among countries to competition among cities. 2) RESEARCH METHOD In the proposed future-oriented urban space production strategy, the study compared/analyzed main plans related to development of urban space by selecting CBD(Jung-gu) of Busan out of local metropolises in South Korea. 3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the proposed future-oriented urban space production strategy, the study largely sorted city's function into four scopes function of industrial support, function of social support, function of living support and function of urban infrastructure. 2. RESULTS It is expected that the proposed future oriented urban space production strategy will be utilized as a useful reference model when a lot of local governments, planning a ubiquitous urban space, establish a plan for constructing a ubiquitous urban space.

Objectives : We studied the ISP(information strategy plan) of oasis spanning 5 years. From this study we aimed at total road map to upgrade the service systematically and to carry out the related projects. If we do it as road map, oasis will be the core infra service contributing to the improvement of TKM(traditional korean medicine) research capability. Methods : We carried out 3 step ISP method composed of environmental analysis, current status analysis and future plan. We used paper, report and trend analysis document as base materials and did the survey to get opinions from users and TKM experts. We limited this study to drawing the conceptual design of oasis. Results : From environmental analysis we knew that China and USA built up the largest TM databases. We did the survey to get the activation ways of oasis. And we did the benchmarking on the advanced services through current status analysis. Finally we determined 'maximize the research value based the open TKM knowledge infra' as oasis' vision. And we designed oasis' future system which is composed of service layer, application layer and contents layer. Conclusion : First TKM related documents, research materials, researcher information and standards are merged to elevate the TKM information level. Concretely large scale TKM information infra project such as TKM information classification code development, TKM library network building and CAM research information offering are carried out at the same time.

본 연구는 현재의 B2C 중심의 e-비즈니스 환경에서 B2B로의 활성화를 위한 방안으로 ERP의 도입을 제시하고 있다. 최신 경영정보기술로서 ERP는 B2B의 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 수단으로서 작용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 ERP의 특징에 관한 논의를 B2B 실행상의 문제점 해결 가능성에 초점을 두어 다루었다. 또한 ERP가 기업간 e-비즈니스에 적용되었을 때 어떠한 가치를 창출하고 어떠한 효익을 제공할 수 있는지를 파악하였다. 마지막으로는 ERP 도입을 통한 e-비즈니스의 가치창출이 예견된다면 기업의 입장에서 ERP도입 방안과 정부의 입장에서 어떠한 제도적 지원이 있어야 하는지를 논의하였다.

Many organizations attempt to plan information strategy reflecting their overall business and direction using the information engineering methodology. They also try to redesign the process for partial business area. The above two approaches can be combined because information technology Plays an important role as an enabler for business process reengineering. For theses organizations, a new information strategy planning procedure that considers reengineering of partial business is proposed in this study. The proposed procedure is designed to minimize the change of information strategy planning procedure of the information engineering methodology. The project of K company is used as the case study.

Patient education is one of the most important roles of a physical therapist. Physical therapists have to teach and provide information about illness, instruct for home exercise, and give advice relating to correct posture and daily activities et al. For an efficient education some strategies are required. The purpose of this article is to review general learning methods, to introduce elements that influence the procedure of patient education and learning, and to plan an education strategy.
