  • The domestic threat information sharing system to deal with various security threats in the rapidly changing cyber environment needs to be improved. In this study, to solve these problems and promote the activation of threat information sharing, we derive a research model based on the value-based containment model (VAM) for vital factors in information sharing. After conducting a Ricardian 5-point survey on a total of 204 individuals, the statistical results of the first 151 individuals were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS, and the statistical results of the second 204 individuals were analyzed using R-Studio. As a result, perceivability was found to have a significant impact as a core factor in the activation of cyber threat information sharing (β=0.405, p<0.01), and the hindrance factor was analyzed as innovation resistance (β=-0.152, p<0.01). Microscopically, the obtained results can be applied to factor analysis for activating information sharing of cyber threats by companies in the future, and macroscopically, they can contribute to the foundational development of a national cyber threat response system.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine an immoral effectiveness decrease by information access monitoring between ethical dilemma and unethical information-sharing behavior. Firms are raising the demand of confidential information management and are highlighting the ethical awareness of organizational members. The individuals in organization are concerned information sharing for future-oriented social networking. To prevent their immoral behavior, Firms should consider investing the information access monitoring. This system is aiming at log verification of movement, storage and deletion on information and will reduce an ethical conflict and unethical behavior on employees. I used the structural equation methodology for this empirical study. The research model constructs the voluntary and involuntary dilemma of information sharing on the two independent-variables, the unethical information behavior and the improper networking reinforcement on the two dependent-variables and the information access monitoring the one mediating-variables. This model tests the power effect of direct path, indirect path and total path. According to the study, the two ethical dilemma of information sharing provided a high influence to the unethical sharing action and to the inappropriate social networking strengthens. However, the mediating role of information access monitoring shows the effect weakens of independent and dependent variables. Thus, the mediating variables appeared to be important for the controlling role of an unethical behavior and improper social networking. Ultimately, The firms will need to invest the information access monitoring for a compulsory ethics behavior of organizational members. In addition, this can hinder networking enhancements for future opportunistic behaviors.

  • Demand of spectrum resource is tremendously increasing and this trend will continue as more IT services such as cloud computing, smart devices, Internet of Things are provided through wireless network. Recent development of spectrum sharing technology has drawn attention to spectrum policy makers as a promising way to overcome the expected spectrum shortage problem. However, technology-based solution to spectrum shortage problem may not be sustainable since the solution affect only one aspect of spectrum sharing ecosystem. To understand the whole picture of spectrum shortage problem, policies to vitalize spectrum sharing ecosystem were proposed based on the analysis of System Dynamics causal map in the previous study. This study compares and analyzes the effect of those proposed vitalization policies by using System Dynamics simulation. Among seven alternative policies, combined application of demand acceleration policy and technology development policy was found to be more effective for better utilization of spectrum. The effect of demand acceleration policy was offset when other policies are applied together except supply acceleration policy which shows better spectrum sharing.

  • This paper presents the results of an investigation into bi-directional communication in spectrum sharing-based cognitive radio (Bi-CR) systems. A Bi-CR system can increase the spectral efficiency significantly by sharing the spectrum and through the bi-directional use of spatial resources for two-way communication. On the other hand, the primary user experiences more interference from the secondary users in a Bi-CR system. Satisfying the interference constraint by simply reducing the transmission power results in performance degradation for secondary users. In addition, secondary users also experience self-interference from echo channels due to full duplexing. These imperfections may weaken the potential benefits of the Bi-CR system. Therefore, a new way to overcome these defects in the Bi-CR system is needed. To address this need, this paper proposes some novel power allocation schemes for the Bi-CR system. This contribution is based on two major analytic environments, i.e., noise-limited and interference-limited environments, for providing useful analysis. This paper first proposes an optimal power allocation (OPA) scheme in a noise-limited environment and then analyzes the achievable sum rates. This OPA scheme has an effect in the noise-limited environment. In addition, a power allocation scheme for the Bi-CR system in an interference-limited environment was also investigated. The numerical results showed that the proposed schemes can achieve the full duplexing gain available from the bi-directional use of spatial resources.

  • As knowledge workers have increased and information interchanges become more diverse, only the resources of internal enterprise is not longer useful, and the practical use of external information through information public sharing network is even more crucial. But, few studies that use both internal and external information sharing systems together have been conducted. In this research, we carried on the depth interview to analyze the main factors that intend to utilize outside information as well as to share inside information voluntarily. In conclusion, sharing internal information is directly involved with the performance of their job exchanging simple data, past documents, and technical materials. On the other hand, using the external information belonged to several other organizations is mostly caused by the voluntary participants' satisfaction sharing their individual experience through the network systems. Based on the study, we propose the idea that can activate both internal and external information sharing network through the system with user feedback function regarding the customized information, and with the space expansion where people can freely raise their private opinion. We also introduce the plan of the construction of communication systems with various experts, and the development of compatible devices with diverse interfaces.

  • Demand of spectrum resource is tremendously increasing recently and this trend will continues in the future due to the wide spread of IT services based on cloud computing and Internet of Things technology and as well as smart devices. Recently, spectrum sharing technology has drawn attention to the spectrum policy makers as a promising way to overcome the shortage problem of scarce spectrum resource. To succeed in commercialization of spectrum sharing technology, it is necessary to prospect the future business ecosystem of spectrum sharing and develop appropriate policies and laws at the same time along with the advance of spectrum sharing technology. The purpose of this paper is to analyze casual relationships between enablers in future business ecosystem of spectrum sharing and propose policies to vitalize spectrum sharing ecosystem based on a system dynamics causal map proposed in the previous research. With the causal map and system dynamics method, it is possible to analyze feedback loops exist in the business ecosystem of spectrum sharing and build policies which optimize positive dynamics in business ecosystem of spectrum sharing. As a result, policy leverages were found in four areas; spectrum supply, spectrum demand, spectrum quality and technology, and spectrum transaction cost. For those policy leverages, 13 policies were identified and intervention timing for each policy was discussed. Finally, the promotion policies of government and market participants to vitalize spectrum sharing ecosystem were discussed.
