University books are an important information resource. University book resources can be shared not only in the traditional paper form, but also electronic form under the background of the Internet. In order to better manage the sharing of electronic book resources in universities, this study put forward three resource sharing strategies: centralized sharing strategy, distributed sharing strategy, and centralized-distributed sharing strategy by analyzing the combined development of books and the Internet as well as the significance and development of book resource sharing. The centralized sharing strategy, however simple, was difficult to handle large traffic; while the resource nodes were independent and self-consistent, the distributed sharing strategy was not easy to find and had a high repetition rate. Combining the advantages of both strategies, the centralized-distributed sharing strategy was more suitable for the heterogeneous form of university book sharing. Finally, a teaching resources sharing platform for university libraries was designed based on the strategy of centralized and distributed sharing, and three interfaces including platform login, resource search, and resource release were displayed. The results of the simulated comparison experiment showed that centralized and distributed sharing strategies had limitations in resource searching and had low efficiencies; the efficiency of the centralized strategy reduced with an increase in search subjects; however, the centralized-distributed sharing strategy was able to search more resources efficiently and main stability.

In this paper, we propose a Bicycle sharing has grown popular around the cities in the world due to its convenience. However, the bicycle sharing system is not problem-free, and there remains many managerial problems to be solved. In this study, we analyzed pricing strategy of a bicycle sharing system by minimizing the number of bicycles relocated by trucks, the act of which incurs penalty. The objective function is constructed by applying mixed integer programming and is presented as a stochastic model by using Markov chain so that arrival and departure rates of bicycle stations can be utilized in the analysis. The efficiency of the presented model is verified upon the analysis of bicycle sharing data gathered in Daejeon in 2014.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of online writing contents on college students' learning strategy, achievement motivation, and knowledge sharing attitudes. Online writing contents were developed in the 4th class and operated as a extracurricular. The contents were developed in 25 minutes and included quizzes for learning activities. Changes in learning strategy, achievement motivation, and knowledge sharing attitude were analyzed for 149 students who finally completed online writing contents operated as a extracurricular. As a result of the analysis, it was found that online writing contents had a significant effect on college students' learning strategy, achievement motivation, and knowledge sharing attitude. Online contents is not limited by time and space, and since it can be used according to the learning plan, the utilization effect is attracting attention. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct various studies such as developing contents tailored to the needs of students and analyzing their effects.

Many people are getting more and more interested in the value of information sharing in a supply chain in proportion to the development of information technology in these days. In spite of much interest in the value of shared information, the related studies concluded that the effect of only sharing information strategy between upper and lower level is not large However, many related companies want to link each channel members in the supply chain with on-line to expect to reduce the cost by means of information sharing. This study wants to evaluate the alternative strategy to reduce more related costs than only sharing information strategy. This paper analyzed that how much the total supply chain cost is to change in the case of a transfer of decision rights from the lower (retailers) to the upper level (depot, vendor) in a supply chain. The decision rights mean the rights of being able to decide when to order, how much to order, where to order, and what mode to transport or distribute, etc. in a supply chain. By the experimental simulation study to the simple case, the strategy to share only information took the low effect of 1～2%, but the strategy to transfer the decision lights from the lower to the upper member had larger effect of about 5%. However. for the strategies to work well, it needs to cooperate closely among each supply chain members, and the fruits from the transfer of decision rights in a supply chain are allocated to each chain members reasonably Therefore, there needs to study in the future not only the exact transfer effect of decision rights, but the reasonable allocation method of the fruits among the chain members.

The purpose of this paper is to show the effect of information sharing strategy on the supply chain performances. While traditional information sharing models assumed centralized stock information, recent supply chain practices often implement fully shared stock information, where real-time stock information is accessible on retailers. When retailers are competing with each other, this fully shared stock information may incur retailers' strategic order behaviors. Thus, this paper analyzes a simple two-level supply chain consisting of one warehouse and two identical competing retailers where the real time stock information is fully shared. The warehouse uses the traditional echelon stock policy. Under this environment the retailers' reorder decisions are derived using the order risk concept and the retailer competition mechanism is analyzed. Computational results show that the supply chain performace degradation in the fully shared stock information is quite significant, implying the importance of designing information sharing strategies in the supply chain design phase.

지식관리 전략은 비즈니스 기회의 창출과 유지에 핵심적인 요소로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 전자지급결제 영역에서의 지식관리의 역할을 지식공유 관점에서 분석하고, 다양한 전자지급결제방식에 적합한 지식공유 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 전자지급결제의 특성을 결정짓는 2가지 요소인 신뢰성과 효율성을 기반으로 지식관리-전자지급결제 분류모형도를 제시하고, 각 영역에 적합한 지식공유 전략을 도출하였다. 연구의 결과에서 전자지급결제 특성과 지식공유 전략의 정합성이 전자지급결제 영역의 거래 당사자간의 관계 결속을 증가시키고 거래 과정을 최적화 시킬 수 있음을 제시하였다.

An adaptive power control scheme is proposed for the cognitive relay networks with joint overlay and underlay spectrum sharing model. The transmit power of the secondary user is adjusted adaptively according to the spectrum sensing results and the interference channel condition. The outage probability of the secondary user is compared by Monte - Carlo simulations between the fixed power control scheme and pure overlay or underlay spectrum sharing schemes. The results show that, by employing the adaptive power control strategy, the interference probability of the secondary user to the primary user is decreased by 70 % ~ 80 % under the same outage probability. Also, the outage probability of the secondary user is reduced by 1 ~ 2 orders of magnitude under the same interference probability. Thus, the performance of the spectrum sharing is improved effectively.

As apparel manufacturers have increased their outsourcing garment making to cope with the rapid changing market, the information sharing has been the most important factor for the Korean apparel industry. The purpose of this research was to identify the properties and effects of information sharing system between Korean apparel manufactures and contractors. For this study, two apparel manufactures which actually used the information sharing systems were case-studied for the properties and effects of the information sharing system. The results of this study are shown as follows; 1) The companies ("J" and "S"), studied in this paper used sharing information mostly on order, delivery, and accounts within their contractors based on information sharing system. Company "J" turned out to have strong partnership with their contractors and developed more flexible manufacturing system and QR strategy. They shared not only basic transaction information but also quality inspection information and work-in-process information by using information sharing system. 2) The effects of information sharing system were proved as business transaction time reduced more than 60 percent, compared when staffs had to face to face, or use phone or fax to deliver documents. This study was investigated to provide an example which introduces information sharing system objectively and systematically to the apparel industry.

본 논문에서는 계층적 셀 구조에서 umbrella 셀과 overlaid 셀 사이의 부하 분배 문제를 연구한다. 부하 분배 정책을 제안하고 HSDPA에서 인터넷 트래픽을 전달하는 경우를 시뮬레이션하여 제안된 정책의 성능을 평가한다. 평가 결과, 마이크로 셀이 피코 셀의 부하를 잘 분담해주는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 특정한 피코 셀 집단에 큰 부하가 가해졌을 경우에 그 효과가 크게 나타났다. 이 정책을 사용할 경우, 비정상적인 큰 부하에 대처하기 위해 필요한 용량을 확보할 필요가 없어지므로 시스템 설치비용을 줄일 수 있게 된다.

A correct information of customer returns ratio under e-commerce is not always shared between supply chain (SC) members. Also, it is important issue for SC members to handle the unsold products in a market. This paper discusses the impact of information sharing of customer returns ratio on an optimal sales strategy including resale of customer returns and buyback policy for a SC under e-commerce with a manufacturer and a retailer. A retailer sells a single product and resells the resalable customer returns in the same market. A manufacturer produces the products and buys back the unsold products as to their quality from the retailer. The integrated SC (ISC) determines the optimal product order quantity to maximize the expected profit of the whole SC. The decentralized SC (DSC) makes the optimal decisions for order quantity and the wholesale price of products to maximize the expected profit of each SC member. The effect of information sharing is discussed between SC members under ISC and DSC. The analysis numerically investigates how information sharing of the returns ratio affects the optimal decision and the expected profits under ISC and DSC. Besides, effect of SC coordination to encourage the shift to ISC is discussed.
