지식과 정보를 컨텐츠로 하는 디지털시대는 성공과 실패, 승자와 패자의 구분이 뚜렷해지는 변화에 도전하는 자만이 강자가 될 수 있고 주역이 될 수 있는 시대이다. 본 연구에서는 도서관의 궁극적 목적인 정보제공에 관련된 서비스패턴을 개혁시키기 위해 고안된 FISP(Forecasting Information Service Program) 모델을 제시한다. 이 모델은 아날로그시대의 소극적이고 피동적인 정보서비스패턴을 과감하게 탈피한 혁신전략으로 전문사서의 위상을 높이고 직제를 개편하는데 성공하기까지의 방법론을 밝히는 것이다.

Mobile devices are the most important equipment for accessing various kinds of services. These services are accessed using wireless signals, the same used for mobile calls. Today mobile services provide a fast and excellent way to access all kinds of information via mobile phones. Mobile service providers are interested to know the access behavior pattern of the users from different locations at different timings. In this paper, we have introduced an associated tree for analyzing user behavior patterns while moving from one location to another. We have used four different parameters, namely user, location, dwell time, and services. These parameters provide stronger frequent accessing patterns by matching joins. These generated patterns are valuable for improving web services, recommending new services, and predicting useful services for individuals or groups of users. In addition, an experimental evaluation has been conducted on simulated data. Finally, performance of the proposed approach has been measured in terms of efficiency and scalability. The proposed approach produces excellent results.

This paper proposed a new approach to adaptive call admission control based on a neural network for multiple service classes with different quality of service (QoS) in the ATM-based Broadband Integrated Services Digital Networks. the proposed method extend Hiramatsu's neural network based "leaky pattern table" method for the single QoS[1, 2, 3] to deal with multiple services with different QoS by constructing multiple pattern tables based on each service's acceptance or rejection at the call set-up requests, and by simultaneously controlling each service's QoS according to the target QoS of the service and the trunk capacity. Computer simulation results on two service classes with different traffic characteristics and different cell loss rates as QoS, highlight good performance and effectiveness of the proposed call admission controller for multiple service classes.e classes.

최근 연구된 상품 추천 서비스들은 고객들의 구매 이력을 통해서만 추천이 이루어졌다. 본 논문에서는 구매 이력을 통해 추천뿐만 아니라 고객이 상품을 고를 때 취하는 행동 패턴을 분석하여 관심도가 높은 광고를 노출하는 행동 패턴 분석 기반 디지털 사이니지 서비스를 제안한다. 이 서비스는 고객행동 패턴을 분석하여 실질적으로 관심을 가지는 상품에 대해 관심도를 추출한다. 추출된 관심도와 고객들의 구매 이력을 Wide & Deep 모델을 통해 학습하고, 이를 바탕으로 MF(Matrix Factorization) 모델을 통해 다른 상품들의 희소 벡터를 예측한다. 예측된 상품 관심도에 대한 순위를 도출하고, 적합한 광고를 노출하기 위해 고객과 상호 작용할 수 있는 인도어 사이니지를 활용한다. 본 논문의 서비스를 통해 온라인뿐만이 아닌 오프라인 환경에서도 고객의 관심 정보를 파악하고 단순히 무작위로 노출하는 광고가 아닌 고객에게 적합한 광고를 제공하여 만족도 높은 구매 환경이 조성될 것이다.

첨단 정보통신 기술이 발전과 더불어 관광객이 이용하는 모바일서비스 패턴은 매우 다양하게 변화되고 있으며, 향후 그 패턴이 모바일시장에서의 변화를 예측 가능하게 한다. 제주 지역은 연간 500만명이 방문하는 국내 최대의 관광지이다. 본 연구에서는 제주 최대의 산업인 관광산업과 연계한 모바일 서비스 시장에 대한 현장 분석을 통하여 위치기반과 연계한 다양한 모바일 융합기술이 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다.

웹 사이트를 이용하는 사용자들은 정보를 편리하게 얻고자 한다. 웹 사이트 운영자들은 웹 사이트를 이용하는 사용자들에게 차별화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사용자에 따른 패턴 분석을 해야 한다. 연관 규칙은 패턴 발견을 위해 데이터 마이닝 기법중의 하나이다. 사용자에 따른 패턴을 찾아내면, 사용자에 따른 차별화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 사용자에 따른 패턴은 연관 규칙 탐색으로 알 수 있고, 웹 페이지 방문 시간을 고려한 연관 규칙 탐색 결과는 차별화된 웹 구조 서비스 및 추천 서비스가 가능하다.

온라인에서의 상호작용을 위한 수단으로서, 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)는 사용자의 인간관계를 기반으로 사회적 인맥 형성에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 또한, SNS는 인맥 관계를 관리하고 인맥관계를 기반으로 정보를 공유할 수 있도록 다양한 기능들을 제공한다. 따라서 SNS 사용자의 행동 특성과 인맥 관계 형성 과정의 분석은 온라인 인간관계에 대한 모델의 특징을 파악하는데 유용하다. 본 논문에서는 트위터에서 영향력 있는 사용자가 게시된 메시지의 특성을 기반으로 사용 패턴을 분석한다. 또한, 페이스북 내에서 인맥 관계 수를 기준으로 영향력이 큰 그룹과 그렇지 않은 그룹으로 분류하고, 두 그룹의 인맥 형성 특성을 비교하고 분석한 후 이에 따라 패턴 분석에 따라서 소셜 네트워크에서의 인간관계 모델의 특징을 설명한다.

In order to ensure the reliability and specialty of weapon system test results, a policy of extending certified testing service institutions has been driven by applying accreditation system of the ones in defense industry. Bass and Logistic models are used to apply the policy effectively and forecast the diffusion pattern of certified testing service institutions. The parameters for diffusion forecast are estimated using the diffusion pattern of certified testing service institutions in non-defense industry, and these are applied to forecast the diffusion of certified ones in defense industry. Coefficients of innovation and imitation of Bass model are analyzed to derive the factors influencing the early adoption and diffusion patterns. The more increasing the coefficients, the earlier adoption occurred. Diffusion pattern due to coefficient of imitation, internal factor, has larger effect on sensitivity of diffusion pattern. This means that the self recognition of necessity is more effectively worked than the policy or regulations driven by government.

최근 Web 2.0이 이슈가 되면서 웹 기반으로 제공할 수 있는 서비스에 대한 기술이 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 또한, 웹상의 다양한 플랫폼과 SDK(Software Development Kit)도 여러 분야에서 제공되고 있어서 웹 서비스의 사용자가 급격히 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 그러나 보안 시스템의 발전은 그 속도를 따라가지 못하고 있으며, 이러한 약점을 노려서 웹 서비스에서 제공되는 수많은 정보를 불법적인 방법으로 취득하려는 시도가 다량 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스에 대한 다양한 불법적인 접근을 확인하기 위하여 접근정보를 분석하였다. 또한, 분석한 결과와 기존의 해킹방법으로부터 분류한 해킹패턴과의 매칭을 통해 해킹을 인지함으로써 위험 사실을 경고하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

E-Card Service for Child Nutrition Program is one of the main public policy services nowadays. In case of inconvenience during the use of the e-cards, it is recommended to cooperate with related organizations in order to promptly handle and provide guidance, and thoroughly manage child feeding service such as hygiene, nutrition and kindness etc. To do so, it is very important to provide food service that meets local actual conditions and children's needs in a cost effective manner for the underage who are worried about the poorly-fed by understanding the pattern of child feeding e-card service. Hence. this paper aims to investigate how child feeding e-card service efficiently provides meals according to the local situation and children's needs through big data analysis and to propose a method of identifying welfare conditions according to the purpose of service with actual application examples. The results suggest that, first of all, this study is able to judge appropriateness of public institution's policy in a timely and repetitive manner through non-standard data analysis such as Naver News and transaction data. Secondly, this paper proposes a multi-layered analysis framework, which performs online open data analysis to detect policy issues, visualizes retrieval and preprocessing of real data, and performs abnormal pattern recognition. These will be worthy of reference to other similar projects.
