In the modern society based on information and communication, which is exposed to the risks of a lot of information security breaches, corporate information assets may be an economical scale in a country. Most of damages derived from corporate technological information leak often occur in small and medium corporations. Although many information security managers in corporations have focused on certification systems such as information security management system, small and medium corporations are poorly aware of the information security, and their environments surrounding it should be also improved. In addition, it is difficult to expect spontaneous participations in it, since the sustainable information security management systems are often not forced to be certified. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine plans to improve small and medium corporations' technological protections by using some component of the information security management system. On the basis of this examination, it also attempts to discuss some methods for effective and efficient information security in the small and medium corporations' technological protections.

With the advancement of network, privacy information as well as confidential information that belongs to government and company are exposed to security incident like spreading viruses or DDoS attack. To prevent these security incident and protect information that belongs to government and company, Security system has developed such as antivirus, firewall, IPS, VPN, and other network security system. Network security systems should be selected based on purpose, usage and cost. Verification for network security product's basic features performed in a variety of ways at home and abroad, but consumers who buy these network security product, just rely on the information presented at companies. Therefore, common user doing self performance evaluation for perform Verification before buying network security product but these verification depends on inaccurate data which based on some user's criteria. On this paper, we designing methodology of network security system performance evaluation focused on Korean using other cases of performance evaluation.

이 연구는 사물인터넷 디바이스로 인해 발생가능 한 기업의 주요 핵심정보의 유출위협에 대해 살펴보고 유출예방을 위한 방안들을 관리보안과 기술보안 측면에서 살펴보는 것이 목적이다. 연구결과로서 관리보안측면에서는 첫째, 기업내부로 출입이 인가된 모든 사람들에 대해 사물인터넷 디바이스로 기업데이터가가 유출될 수 있음을 교육하고 주요 출입이 허가된 구역에 출입시점부터 사물인터넷 기기의 사용을 제한하는 가이드라인을 비치할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 사용자 요청 혹은 기업 자체의 보안운영 가이드라인을 마련할 필요가 있으며, 무선인터넷 공유가 가능한 전자기기에 무선인터넷 모듈을 도입시기부터 제거할 필요가 있다. 기술보안측면에서는 첫째, 컴퓨터에 대한 제어 솔루션으로서 기업정보들이 주로 저장되고 있는 컴퓨터 및 서버에 매체제어 솔루션 활용을 통해 사물인터넷 디바이스와 공유되는 경로를 대상으로 통제 솔루션을 실시해야 한다. 둘째, 네트워크에 대한 접근통제로서 네트워크에 공유된 사물인터넷 디바이스와 등록된 사물인터넷 디바이스의 현황을 정기적으로 확인하는 과정을 통해 보안관리 차원의 누수를 최소화해야 한다. 셋째, 암호화 방안으로서 컴퓨터, 서버 등의 정보자산에서 데이터 저장 및 암호화가 함께 이루어짐으로써 생성된 데이터가 외부로 불법적으로 유출되는 것을 예방하여야 한다.

개방과 공유에 기초한 정부 3.0이라는 새로운 패러다임이 국정전반에 확산되고 있다. 공간정보산업의 발전이라는 장기적인 관점에서 볼 때 항공사진의 공개해상도 등 공간정보 보안규제는 합리적으로 개선되어야 한다. 그러나 공간정보 보안관리체계가 합리적으로 확립되지 않은 상태에서의 규제 철폐는 자칫 국가안보와 같은 또 다른 문제를 야기할 수도 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 현행 국가 공간정보 보안정책과 공간정보산업 등 시대적 여건 변화를 고려하여, 보안규제의 완화를 위해 필요한 공간정보 보안관체계의 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 분석의 관점으로써 법제도적 측면, 운영 관리적인 측면, 기술 시스템 측면을 종합적으로 검토하였으며, 특히 공간정보 보안관리의 통합적 관점을 유지하였다. 공간정보 보안체계의 문제점과 함께 해외 공간정보 보안규제 정책을 검토한 후, 이를 토대로 합리적인 보안관리 개선 방안을 법제도적 측면, 운영 관리적인 측면, 기술 시스템 측면으로 나누어 제시하였으며 장기적인 보안규제의 완화를 위한 3단계 보안관리체계의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

정보보호 기업은 1990년도 후반에서 2000년도 초반에 설립되었는데 다른 주요한 기반 산업에 비하면 그 역사가 휠씬 짧다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정보보호 산업은 급속하게 발전하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명과 관련한 첨단 기술의 발전에 힘입어 정보보호 산업의 비중은 점점 크질 것으로 예상된다. 2019년에 발생한 COVID-19가 2020년 전세계로 확산되면서 비대면 서비스와 디지털 전환 가속되었다. 이용자에 대한 사이버 위협도 증가되고 있어 분야별 차별화된 보안이 필요한 상황이다. 하지만 정보보호 인력의 부족, 국내 기업의 보안 역량의 미흡, 국내 정보보호 시장 협소 등으로 인하여 새로운 사이버보안 위협을 대응하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 정보보호 기업의 외부 환경 요인인 정부의 정보보호 제도의 운영, 정부의 영향력, 정부의 지원, 정보보호 기업간 파트너십 등과, 내부 환경 요인인 최고경영층의 지원, 재무상태, 인적자원 등이 조직 역량, 혁신 역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 조직 역량, 혁신 역량이 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는지를 실증 데이터를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정보보호 정책과 시사점을 제시하고 정보보호산업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 정보보호 분야는 관련 산업과의 융합으로 인해 전체 국민경제에서 차지하는 비중이 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 정보보호 전문인력에 대한 수요도 증가하고 있다. 정보보호 전문인력은 산업내에서 뿐만 아니라 산업간에도 빈번하게 이직을 하고 있어서, 효율적인 인적자원의 관리와 정보보호 산업의 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 정보보호 전문인력의 이직 사유에 대한 탐구가 매우 중요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 정보보호 직무에 종사하고 있는 전문인력들의 직무전환 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 문헌 고찰을 통해 직무전환 의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 대표적인 직무전환 사유를 도출하고 직무전환 의도와의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 합리적인 정보보호 전문인력의 이직관리를 통해 정보보호 업무성과의 개선에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서 4차 산업 시대에서의 보안의 트랜드 변화와 보안위협, 4차 산업 시대의 보안 시스템 등 4차 산업 시대의 보안 시스템에 대해서 나타내었다. 4차 산업 시대는 ICT에서 IoT로 CPS보안으로 위협요소가 변화되며, 이에 따른 보안 패러다임 변화와 보안 시스템도 변화하여야 한다. 특히 CPS 보안을 해결하기 위해서는 환경적 보안과 관리적 보안이 더 중요하다. 4차 산업 시대 보안은 개별시스템에 대한 맞춤형 보안으로 변화하여야 제품 생산 설계에서 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 융합된 보안 기술이 개발 초기부터 변화하여야 한다고 제안한다. 4차 산업의 보안 시스템은 네트워크와 같은 단일 시스템에서의 보안 시스템에서 개별시스템으로 다양한 기기들과 플랫폼들을 수용할 수 있는 보안 시스템으로 CPS 보안 시스템으로 설계 및 구현을 제안한다.

The suggestions that follow are about the Qualitative Improvement of private security Industrial. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develope the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

In the paper, we designed an automatic security diagnostic evaluation System(SeDES) based on a security diagnostic evaluation model(SeDEM) for an organization's security assurance. The SeDEM evaluates a security level of an organization quantitatively by a security evaluation formula which is composed of security variables and security index as applying the statistical CAEL model for evaluate risk level of banks. The SeDES has a good expandability as changing security variables according to an organization scale, characteristics and so on. And it also has a excellent usage because it inputs only numeric data got from statistical technique to security index. We can understand more a security level correctly than the existent risk assessment system because it is possible to assess quantitatively with an security grade as well as score. analysis.

국가 주요기반시설이 증가하고 ISMS 의무인증 대상이 확대되면서 정보보호 컨설팅의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 컨설팅을 수행할 인력의 수요 또한 증가하고 있지만, 산업계의 요구를 충족하는 인력은 부족한 실정이다[5]. 본 연구에서는 산업계의 요구를 파악하기 위해 한국과 미국의 구인광고를 수집하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 향후 기업 수요에 맞는 컨설턴트의 인력양성을 위한 정책개발에 기여할 수 있고, 궁극적으로는 보안컨설팅 인력의 질적인 수요 불일치를 해결할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
