This study is on the simulation conditions of the tentative 'mobilization simulation mode'(MOBSM) and the setting option of major simulation elements. The MOBSM is a training module that practices mobilization of various institutions through a simulation computer similar to actual situations. So far, mobilization exercise(Mob-Ex) is a message simulation method, so it is necessary to convert into a MOBSM because many problems such as fragmentary and practice only by some institutions are raised. Therefore, the theoretical background and previous studies on Mob-Ex and simulation were reviewed to derive the requirements and simulated elements of the MOBSM to meet the purpose of government level exercise and to suggest the critical concepts and the direction of application. The basic requirement is to simulate the main mobilization practices by institution and provide information on the mobilization execution in a nationwide scope. The simulation elements are simulated events and flow charts by mobilization type, simulated range and level by object, simulated contents of material mobilization by institution, key simulated items, DB application, and simulated period, etc. This study will be useful for policy establishment and follow-up research for technology development of MOBSM in the future, and will accelerate the transition to practical mobilization exercise by MOBSM.
ROK and the United States finally reached accord on the controversial transition of Wartime Operational Control on February, 2007, and ROK Government needs to strengthen the role of supporting for the comprehensive threats of futuristic warfare. The crucial point of the supporting for Military Operation depends on the nation's mobilization capabilities. For the effective mobilization the following facets can be improved further. First of all, the organizational integrity of the mobilization network within the government can be bolstered along the vertical command chain. The process of mobilization must be improved and it is import to utilize the information system. On the other side the government plan to distribute timely the mobilized resources must be made up for the weak points and developed continuously. We can expect these points to be improved steadily with the execution of the National Defence Reform 2020.

The purpose of this study was to identify cervical stabilized exercise and joint mobilization, the difference between them, and the maximum muscle strength and static muscle endurance of each group after the enforcement to general people. Cervical joint mobilization group refers to interarticular exercise (traction, pressure, glide) using with Kaltenborn technique. 3 classes were divided into 20 people each, cervical joint mobilization and stabilized exercise, and the comparison groups were randomized for the study. Both cervical stabilized exercise and joint mobilization increased maximum muscle strength and static muscle endurance. Patients should be able improve muscle stabilization and deep cervical muscle by using joint mobilization when the patient is unable to exercise on their own.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of ankle joint mobilization on equilibrium ability of supinated foot. Both Joint mobilization group(n=20) and control group(n=20) were measured an equilibrium ability by Balance performance monitor at pre-test, post-test in 2 weeks, post-test in 4 weeks and follow-up test in 2 weeks. The sway area, sway path length and sway maximum velocity of the joint mobilization group were significantly reduced among the experimental period (p<.05). The reduction of sway area, sway path length and sway maximum velocity were significantly different between the joint mobilization group and the control group at in 2 weeks, 4 weeks and follow-up test(p<.05). In conclusion, we were found that ankle joint mobilization could reduce sway area, sway path length and sway max velocity and improve a balance for the individuals with supinated foot.
Bimodal tram is a transit with no-step floor for wheel-chaired persons, with docking to the station precisely and moving on schedule like train. Because of the automatic traveling of bimodal tram to search and follow the magnet embedded in roadway, bimodal tram should be careful about rainfall, snow and wind like a car driving on roadway in respect to natural disasters. Though response procedures in emergency are different according to the passengers' boarding, emergency mobilization is needed if any emergency situation happens. Emergency mobilization is the act of preparing for major catastrophic events, which may affect public transportation systems or their service areas, by assembling and organizing resources, including people, equipment, facilities, communications systems, expert technical support, and public information systems and protocols. Mobilization is the process that ensures that the right people will deploy appropriate resources at the correct time. Effective mobilization requires a partnership of local and state agencies. Public transportation operators and systems play vital roles in response to and recovery from emergencies and other unexpected catastrophic events. These systems, and their capabilities to mobilize resources, are profoundly affected by the decisions and directives of others during these activities. In this study, we focused on the emergency management for bimodal tram and reviewed the considerations about infrastructures under natural disasters, especially heavy rainfall.
This study was to investigate the effects of joint mobilization with two different electrotherapy methods on shoulder external rotation range of motion and pain in mastectomy patients. Thirty mastectomy patients were divided into STMG (joint mobilization+pain scrambler therapy, n=15) and TENMG (joint mobilization+transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, n=15). The measurements were performed shoulder external rotation range of motion (ROM), pain (VAS). In both groups, there was a significant difference in the shoulder external rotation ROM, pain after intervention (p <.05). STMG was more decrease in VAS score than TENMG (p <.05). There was no significant difference in shoulder external rotation ROM between the two groups. In order to decrease the pain of mastectomy patients, it was confirmed that STMG was more effective than TENMG.. It is thought that a control group is added to confirm various differences, and more subjects are needed.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of modified wall squat exercise after sacro-iliac joint mobilization on balance in normal adults. The total number of subjects was 34, and 17 were randomly placed in the experimental group(EG) and 15 in the control group (CG). The subjects in the EG have conducted the 3 sets of modified wall squat exercise after sacro-iliac joint mobilization per day, 3 times a week for 6 weeks and CG did not conducted the intervention. Comparing the EG's balance pre-test and post-test this study, there was a statistical significance in WDI, CD, AC and AD. In this study, it was confirmed that modified wall squat exercise after sacro-iliac joint mobilization affects balance in normal adults.
The damage caused by natural and human disasters has been increasing year by year. While the damage from these disasters are unavoidable, reduction of damage level by proper establishment of control measures could be sufficiently achievable. Disaster prevention resources include resources introduced in the event of disaster, such as human, materials, equipments and facilities. Rapid yet proper inputs of these resources are the key factor to minimize any damages from the disaster. Currently, however, the standard and/or criteria for mobilization of the disaster prevention resources have not yet systematically established. Therefore, proper resource management as well as efficient resource input has not been in place. This research is an early stage construction of efficient mobilization resources, which had been irregularly loaded and applied before. Also this study has tried to provide a classification rule for efficient disaster prevention resource management and mobilization, and indeed, provide a foundation for efficient resource management system.

This study analyzed the present status of services by fire-suppression mobilization time of fire station where is located in Jinju city, by using network analysis of GIS targeting fire station(five 119 safety centers, one 119 division) in Jinju city area. As a result, it was indicated to be 15.9% in the ratio with less than 5 minutes of mobilization time, 34.7% in the ratio with less than 8 minutes, 94% in the ratio with less than 20 minutes out of the whole fire service area in Jinju city. Even districts with more than 20 minutes were analyzed to reach 6%. Especially, to solve vulnerability to approach the fire service in uptown districts(Jinseong, Jisu, Sabong, Ilbanseong, the whole area of Ibanseong), the 119 division is installed more to be operated. However, accessibility is still remaining in low level. Also, in case of 119 safety center of Cheonjeon, the national industrial complex and the general industrial complex are being formed on a large scale. However, analyzing the fire service level in the corresponding area, the districts with more than 8 minutes and less than 20 minutes were existing broadly. In consequence of analyzing the fire service area in Jinju city with the fire-suppression mobilization time as the above, the fire service level is failing to escape largely from the status prior to the urban-rural consolidation compared to what the jurisdictional area was largely expanded by which the administrative districts were integrated by the urban-rural consolidation in locally small-and medium-sized city. Thus, there is a need of a measure for improving this.
Physiotherapyists frequently use manipulative therapy technique to treat dysfunctionand pain resulting from ankle sprain. Despite the high prevalence of lateral ankle ligament injuries, few studies are available indicating any physical associations with the development of lateral ankle ligament injuries, or information of treatment for lateral ankle ligament injuries. To investigate the effect of passive joint mobilization, the anteroposterior glide on the talus, on increasing weight-bearing dorsiflexion, single support time and VAS. Sixty lateral ankle ligament injuries (grade I and grade II) aged between 17 and 27 years (mean age 21) were recruited. Subjects were randomly assigned to 1 of 2 treatment groups. The control group received a protocol of rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE) and massage. The experimental group received the anteroposterior mobilization, using a force that avoided incurring any increase in pain, in addition to the RICE protocol. Subjects in both groups were treated every second day for a maximum of 2 weeks or until the discharge criteria were met, and all subjects were given a home program of continued RICE application. Outcomes were measured after each treatment. The results showed that the experimental group than the control group. Weight-bearing dorsiflexion (F=7.640, P<0.05), single support time (F=85.532, P<0.05) and VAS (F=10.610, P<0.050). Between-groups differences were observed as; experimental group is increased weight-bearing dorsiflexion, single support time and reduced VAS.
