최근 국내 기관 투자자들을 중심으로 전통적 투자대상으로부터의 수익이 하락추세에 있어 기관 투자자들이 적극적 자산운용을 기피할 경우, 장기적으로 안정적 수익보장을 유지하기 어렵다는 우려가 제기되었다. 이에 보유자산 구성을 조정한 수익성 개선전략의 요구가 증대되고 있으며, 일부 기관 투자자들은 헤지펀드를 기존 포트폴리오에 편입시킴으로써 운용수익률을 제고하려는 움직임을 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시스템트레이딩을 이용하여 선물시장에서 거래확률 조정을 통한 헤지펀드 투자전략을 제시하고자 한다. 선물시장에서 사용되는 다양한 기술적 지표를 이용하여 연관성 규칙(association rule)을 생성하고 이를 거래규칙(trading rule)으로 전환하여 투자전략으로 활용한다. 한편 연관성 규칙은 기술적 지표의 개수와 개별 지표들의 구간값의 조합으로 생성되며, 조합에 따라 거래확률을 조정함으로써 위험관리가 가능한 투자전략을 수립하는데 사용된다. 제시된 전략의 우수성을 입증하기 위해 KOSPI 200 연결선물데이터를 이용하여 수익성 분석을 수행하였으며, 분석결과 제시된 투자전략이 투자위험관리에 효과적임을 보였다.

Through the recent innovative development of information technology Enterprises have applied ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system to their company for piling up their management system efficiency. At present the range of its application has been expanded to small and medium enterprises gradually since the ERP system was mainly applied to the large companies. Usually the small and medium enterprises have lower understanding for information management system comparatively than for production system and mostly they do not prepare their own efficient information strategies for the future. In this study, as the ERP system can bring the most efficient results in case it is properly applied to the character of their company we will analyze the character of small and medium enterprises and suggest an appropriate and efficient ERP application strategy to their management system.

The framework of "blue ocean strategy (Kim and Mauborgne, 2005)" applies to not only business firm level but also region or regional industry level. The paper suggests an approach of survey-based blue ocean strategy formulation. The result from survey on customer group and non-customer group gives information on positions of value curves for regions on strategy canvas and hints on how to reposition the focal region's value curve for both increases in value for customers and decreases in cost for local government, i.e., value innovation. In the context of rafting industry in Korea, this study shows the process how blue ocean strategy can be formulated with results from the survey on customers and business people in rafting industry. Relative positions of value curves on strategy canvas and importance scores for strategy elements provides the local government in region A with implications on which elements to raise or to reduce to create "blue ocean" in rafting industry under fierce inter-region competition.

SME's (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) have limited resources to build information systems on their own. We suggest what government need to do to support SME's, which includes establishing a one-stop service center, outsourcing of public service, and triggering strategy In order for the government support to be effective, it should serve SME's needs continuously and professionally.

Enterprises or public organizations have invested in development of their information systems and operated them repeatedly. Since these information systems projects have unique characteristics such as technology sensitiveness, network effectiveness, embeddedness, and externality, these investment projects have been not taken care of in the field of administration and evaluation. And then, it is difficult to manage and monitor them. In this research, we propose a evaluation life cycle management model on the basis of result to evaluate information systems. This life cycle model with ten stages would furnish a guide to introduction of total evaluation systems.

Among the changes of the management environments surrounding enterprises, one of the most important reasons that affect the organization management in the future would be the rapid development in the field of information technology(IT). And every company takes the speed to be important to maintain the competitive superiority of its own especially. To meet this kind of circumstances, the expectations to reorganize the business processes using the IT become higher. The IT is worth when the companies manifest their own potential powers by taking advantage of the it and when they evolve and apply the novel ways to the business as well. Even though they, therefore, introduce the information system to realize their strategic superiorities, it is difficult to achieve their initial aims. Moreover, in the phase of IT introduction, it is necessary to include the property of alignment between the IT and the conventional management fields containing the management strategy and the organization planning. In the case the company revolution by IT is carried out, the two facts we should note to maintain the alignment between the management strategy and the target of organization are as follows. First. it is required to share the common and underlying recognition on the IT between the chief executive officers(CEOs) and the system part. Second. it is important to exchange information with other companies by utilizing the IT.

This paper is concerned with the study of 'Knowledge Management', a paradigm of thought based on the idea that the future will be a knowledge-centered society. This paper also provides an overview of both 'what to manage' and 'how to manage' if an organization wants to develop in this environment. The process of 'Knowledge Management' begins with a decision. Presented with a myriad of information, of which we can't afford to obtain it all, what information is of value to the organization? Further, by systematically organizing not only the primary information but also that which was accumulated in the process, Knowledge Management is capable of suggesting a value-added plan of action. This research presents the necessary principles needed in order to successfully use Knowledge Management, specifically a harmony between the human and technological aspects. There cannot be a static solution to the problem, as the environment of the enterprise's problem is dynamic in nature. Throughout the process, the enterprise will constantly change its strategy and structure in order to adapt to variable knowledge, technology, strategy, regulations, consumer interest, etc... The essential constant of these problems is the importance of spending on education. Investments in educations help develope a infrastructure for Information Technology, the development of knowledge distribution strategies, and the creation of efficient Knowledge Management policy.

In this paper, task control architecture is proposed for a mobile robot with behaviors based on cognition theory to endow the robot intelligence. In the task control architecture, task manager is introduced especially for the management of computational resource. The management is based on classical RMS (Rate Monotonic Strategy), but with online rate modulation strategy. The rate modulation is performed using the value variances of behavior execution for the task. Because the values are based on natively uncertain sensor information, they are modeled using PDF (probability Density Function). As a rate modulation process, the range of the rate modulation is defined firstly by real-time constraints of RMS and discrete control stability of behaviors. With the allowable range, rate modulations are performed considering harmonic bases to maintain utilization bound without decrease. To evaluate the efficiency of the proposed rate modulation strategy, a simulation test is performed to compare the efficiency between the control architecture with the proposed strategy and previous one. A performance index with the formalization of propensity of resource allocation is proposed and utilized for the simulation test. To evaluate the appropriateness of the performance index, the performance index is compared with practical one through a practical simulation test.

This article describes the technical information management strategy for engineering company. The present time the quantity of information is increasing day by day, so company have problems for information service and needs the more efficient methods for information management activities. In this paper, the author suttests the improvement for engineering library system. Especially the case of KOPEC library system that can be useful engineering company information management plans.

It will become necessary for farmers to adopt information technology into commercialized farming system, since its productivity is increasingly linked to how to exploit the agricultural information. The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of information technology and to suggest ways to utilize the information technology for innovative farm management. Internet should become more important instruments which farmers might utilize in order to collect and mine the agricultural information because of its rapidity, reliability and precision. Also farmers should be encouraged to adopt a GIS-based farm management decision support system and to integrate the market information and geographic information such as soil, water, temperature, etc. for optimal decision making. Another way of improving farm management is to make farmers use agricultural accounting software for individual farmers and develop farming simulation system which analyze a farmer's current financial condition and suggest how to improve it. Making home page would be major marketing strategy for farmers to promote the sales of agricultural products.
