In the future society, a means to verify the identity of the information owner is required at the beginning of most services that the information owner encounters, and the emergence and gradual spread of digital identification that proves the identity of the information owner is essential. In addition, as the utilization value of personal information increases, discussions on how to provide personal information are active. Therefore, there is a need for a personal information management method necessary for building a hyper-connected society that is safe from various hacking, forgery, alteration, and theft by allowing the owner to directly manage and provide personal information management. In this study, a decentralized identity information management model that overcomes the problems and limitations of the centralized identity management method of personal information and manages and selectively provides personal information by the information owner himself and implemented a smart personal information provision system(SPIPS: Smart Personal Information Provision System) using a smartphone.

The study aims to identify the current status of aquaculture information in Korea and suggests policy directions for its integrated management. Firstly, the study focuses on the identification of the current status of aquaculture information by reviewing how aquaculture information is managed. Secondly, this study identifies problems such as lacks in necessary aquaculture information, inefficiency caused by dispersion and overlapping of information, absence of integrated management system and insufficient sharing of information. After identifying the current status of aquaculture information and its problems, the study suggests three basic directions to systematically integrate and manage the information such as establishment of infrastructure for promoting the integrated management of aquaculture information, generation and systematic management of useful aquaculture information and enhancement of user convenience. Finally, the study suggests detailed strategies such as establishment of a foundation to facilitate integrated management of aquaculture information, organization of organic network, sharing of more information, creation of necessary information through demand survey, creation of systematic management system, provision of a customized total service, and increase in education and PR activities on information use.

The two main purposes of this paper are to 1) investigate critical components of university information systems for information resources management, 2) develop a comprehensive framework model of university information systems for e-Business Era. Through a literature review and by employing group decision making techniques with managers of K University, critical components for developing university information systems were identified. The critical components of university information systems are 1) academic affaires. 2) general administration. (3) research administration. (4) information services. (5) management support, (6) cyber education. (7) knowledge management, (8) e-library. (9) mobile service. and (10) IT infrastructures. In the second stage. by employing IT experts in K University and other institutes. a comprehensive framework of university information systems for e-Business era was developed. The comprehensive framework shows that major components for university information resources management are (1) information infrastructure. (2) common operating environments. (3) applications/information services. The results of this study expect to help managers. who are in charge of university information systems. plan to develop information systems based on the framework proposed in this paper.

This study was carried out to figure out the relationship between EAmaturity, information management capacity, and information performance, and find the effect between these variables and the reciprocal causation. The study found that EAmaturity has a positive effect on information resource management and performance. In other words, the effect of input, calculation, management and utilization factors on information planning in EAmaturity showed that calculation, management and utilization factors have a significant effect on the information planning. While the effect of input, calculation, management and utilization factors on information introduction and management showed that only both calculation and utilization have a significant effect on the information management factor. It says that EAinput in EAmaturity does not play a big part in the planning stage, as well as not go through a series of process that is connected to the maturity stage by immediate field application. Consequently, EAmaturity varies from the level that EAcreates introduction and performance according to organization. This suggests that the maturity and performance can be also changed by the level that EAcreates information performance by accepting and using this capability within organization as well as the capability to introduce and fully perform the EAsystem presented in enterprise architecture framework of public sector.

2023년 기준 대한민국은 전체 마약 사범 가운데 30대 이하의 마약 사범이 전체 마약 사범의 59.7%를 차지하고 있고, 인터넷에 익숙한 청소년이 '다크 웹'이나 SNS를 통한 밀매는 일상이 되고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 VR로 마약의 부작용을 간접체험할 수 있도록 상대적으로 VR에 친숙한 젊은 층 연령에 맞춰 실제 마약 범죄 사례를 재현하고 이를 통해 가상 현실 내 여러 가지 콘텐츠로 다각도 지식 함향을 할 수 있는 VR 교육 콘텐츠를 제안하고자 한다.

The borderless global economy has accentuated the importance of knowledge as the most critical source of competitive advantage. Thus, knowledge management has become a strategic mandate for most world-class organizations. A key enabler for implementing an effective knowledge management system is advanced information technology. Strategies for developing an enterprise-wide knowledge management system Infrastructure with embedded information technology are discussed. In particular, this paper discusses the concept of a knowledge management life cycle- -knowledge capture, knowledge development, knowledge sharing, and knowledge utilization, and how applications of new information technology support each step of the knowledge management practices within and between organizations is suggested.

This paper attempts to study the impact of Financial Literacy on Youth Entrepreneurial Intent in Pakistan. A closed-ended self-administered structured questionnaire covering financial literacy, computer knowledge, financial attitude, and financial knowledge with Entrepreneurial Intent was collected from young entrepreneurs. The research tried to investigate the education level with computer skill to inspect the effect of financial literateness on young generation Entrepreneurial Intent in the context of Pakistan. The research model was tested using PLS-SEM and authenticating a measurement model through the advanced methodology and their association with Entrepreneurial Intent. Results revealed that financial literacy and its two parts (financial attitude and financial knowledge) have a positive impact on Entrepreneurial Intent. The size of the joint impact of financial literacy and its components on Entrepreneurial Intent was assessed to be adequate. Entrepreneurial Intent is essential for creating new firms to maintain economic development. Furthermore, it is determined in this research that if youth has better financial knowledge and financial attitude, the probability of Entrepreneurial Intent increases. This suggests that if the youth in Pakistan desire to attain a higher limit of Entrepreneurial Intent, they must implement financial literacy models for enhancing and promoting their current Entrepreneurial Intent.

Green building information used by the AEC industry is diverse and extensive), causing difficulties for personnel regarding the collection and utilization of information in the form of inaccurate searches about related laws, inefficient management of searched information and overlapping works. Therefore, this research aims to propose a law search system utilizing metadata for more accurate and efficient searches of green building information. The proposed system is expected to contribute to improve productivity of construction projects by reinforcing the accuracy and efficiency of searches for the collection and utilization of green building information.
