  • 본 논문은 내용기반 문서분류 전문가시스템 개발을 위한 온톨로지 개념 도입과 구축에 관한 연구이다. 전문가시스템 개발에 있어서 온톨로지가 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고, 온톨로지 개념을 정립하고자 한다. 정립된 온톨로지의 개념에 입각하여 특정 영역인 미술 분야에 있어서 내용기반 문서분류 전문가시스템 개발 시 필요한 개념소를 추출하며 온톨로지 계통도를 제시한다.

  • An expert scheduling system on real time basis for computer-aided manufacturing systems has been developed. In developing expert scheduling system, the most time-consuming job is to obtain rules from expert schedulers. An efficient process of obtaining rules directly form the schedules produced by expert schedulers is proposed. By the process, a set of complete and minimal set of rules is obtained. During a real time scheduling, when given information on possible values of elements, the rules produce possible values of decision elements, where logical explanations of the result may be offered in terms of chaining rules. The learning and scheduling processes have been simulated with an automated manufacturing line engaged in the production of circuit boards.

  • In this paper an expert system is developed to decide the resetting area of protective devices in power transmission systems. A configuration change in power transmission networks from a substation extension such as new line or bus addition need resetting of protective devices around the point of configuration changes. To find the resetting area in complex power system is very difficult, especially when the distance protective relays are considered to be reset. The proposed expert system, in this paper to find the resetting area has many rules based on the changes of fault currents and apparent factors from the power system alteration. It solves the problem to find relay resetting area using the network information in the database and the rule-base. The case study shows a result of the problem to find relay resetting area in KEPCO system when there is any configuration change.

전문가 시스템 구성을 위한 범용 추론 시스템-CIS (CIS-A General Purpose Inference System for Building Expert System)

  • In this paper, we study a (condition interprete systdem CCIS) which is a general purpose inference system for building an expert system. Previously, most expert systems used fragmentary knowledge-representation and inexact inferencing methods. To solve the proboems of those systems we suggest an algorithm for more flexible deduction and a method of representing knowledge more naturally and consistently compared to those of other experst systems. The CIS is a systsdem which can infer all the current situations from communication with the user based on user discription of some situation. we used some medical data on hypertension and its complication to simulate the system and to prove the effectiveness of the system. The results show that with the proposed method one can realize an attractive expert system.

Exploring Visualization Process of Expert Teachers: a Case of the Simple Visual Task

  • This paper focuses on finding out visualization process by means of VTA(Visual Task Analysis) of expert teachers' simple task. Findings indicate teachers have coding schema of performing visual task as such; (a) the analyzing by reading and some activities in the task text, (b) conceptualizing or understanding in his/her own way, (c) the explaining of the action or product, (d) the searching by thinking or finding, (e) the decision of visualizing of the task. Expert teachers tried to visualize in the form of abstract graph, and to omit the object which was not directly related to the topic at the pilot study. VAT based on ground theory and protocol analysis was developed and performed. This case study suggests that an additional study for searching a guide and method might be beneficial for conducting a visual task analysis.

  • Lots of the agricultural information come from human experiences and are in non-numerical forms. Therefore, it is difficult to process to be processed in a conventional data processing way. An internet expert system for agricultural application using the ASP(active server page) was developed to solve this problem and consisted of databases, an inference engine, and an user interface. The databases were composed of rule base, question base and link data. The inference engine was developed with the ASP for connection with web between databases. The used interface was developed with the CGI(common gateway interface), so that question could be answered on a web browser, and the session technique was used to provide proper result to each of multi-users. A prototype internet expert system was developed for diagnosis of diseases and nutritional disorders of paddy rice. The expert system was interactively worked through WWW(world wide web) at remote sites by multi-users, even at the same time. The rule base could be easily updated and modified from a web server computer by a knowledge engineer.

  • Our country's sustainable trade growth fundamentally depends on the supply of excellent labors called global trade expert. He or she is required several knowledge and skills not only trade, marketing, information technology, foreign languages but also global mind. Universities have to supply excellent global trade expert to companies according to needs and wants. The object of this paper is to propose some ideas for training of global trade expert of Korea university under global trade environment. First, global companies prefer labors who have not only some skills about specialty and communication skill but also personality on passion, creativity, leadership and so on. Second, The university's curriculum needs to improved in terms of "convergence" and "specialty". In nature, trade major treats lots of subjects such as trade, business adminstration, economics, international law, international commerce, logistics, marketing, etc to catch up changing global business circumstances and companies' needs. Therefore convergence of adjacent field is very important in study and training. Finally, Universities need to use field-specialist to supplement of trade working experience as instructors and practitioners. The concept of convergence and specialty is not separated but harmonious each other.

  • 본 연구는 발달장애 영유아를 위한 교육과정중심 진단, 중재, 평가의 연계 체계를 웹상에서 전문가 시스템으로 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 교육과정중심 진단 평가와 웹기반 전문가 시스템에 관한 선행연구와 특수교육에서 공학적 활용에 관한 연구를 분석한 후, 웹기반 전문가 시스템의 전체 구조와 하위 시스템을 체계적이고 구체적으로 설계하였다. 발달장애 영유아를 위한 웹기반 전문가 시스템 설계에서는 정보분석, 최적화, 자료수집, 자료분석, 의사결정으로 중재의 연결 구조를 강조하였다.

  • Even though there are some studies on the deep drawing process and process planning, little study has been done on the methodology of process planning of secondary operations of deep drawing such as 'piercins'. In this paper, first, we systematized the methodology of the process planning of secondary operations on axisymmetric cup. Second we described the development of the expert system for their CAPP For these studies, we extracted the knowledge of their process planning from experts and analysed and systemized them. To develop the expert system, rule-based reasoning paradigm is used. The shape information of manufacturing features of secondary operations are manually input to the system through SUI. The process planning results are automatically connected to AutoCAD. We believe that the systematized process knowledge and the development of the expert system for its CAPP could give lots of aids to the associated field.
