온도가 버섯에 미치는 영향을 바탕으로 효율적 관리를 위한 자동 표식 시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study of Constructing Automatic Display System for Effective Management Based on The Influence of Temperature on the Mushroom)

  • 버섯은 고단백 저칼로리 식품이면서 식이섬유, 비타민, 철, 아연 등 무기질이 풍부한 건강식품으로 주목을 받고 있다. 버섯재배에서 영향을 미치는 요소가운데 가장 큰 영향요소는 온도라고 할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 일반 농가의 온도 관리 및 활용은 대부분 육안을 통한 수동적인 온도관리로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수동적인 온도관리의 효율성을 개선하기 위해서 온도가 버섯에 미치는 영향을 바탕으로 온도 관리를 위한 표식 시스템을 구축하였다. 이와 관련하여 최근 농업기술 트렌드는 센서 네트워크와 같은 신기술을 적용한 진보된 IT융합 서비스를 이용해서 더 효율적인 관리를 시도하고 있으며, 본 연구에서도 이러한 일환으로 센서를 이용한 센서 데이터 자동 표식시스템을 구축하였다. 사용자는 이러한 시스템을 이용해서 실시간으로 자동 측정된 버섯 생장환경 온도를 측정함으로써 효과적인 버섯 생육환경을 유지시킴으로서 품질향상을 통한 매출증대 기대할 수 있으며, 버섯의 생장환경을 계속 적절한 온도에 유지함으로서 더 좋은 품질의 버섯 재배가 가능할 수 있다.

The improvement of electrical properties of InGaZnO (IGZO)4(IGZO) TFT by treating post-annealing process in different temperatures.

  • As display industry requires various applications for future display technology, which can guarantees high level of flexibility and transparency on display panel, oxide semiconductor materials are regarded as one of the best candidates. $InGaZnO_4$(IGZO) has gathered much attention as a post-transition metal oxide used in active layer in thin-film transistor. Due to its high mobility fabricated at low temperature fabrication process, which is proper for application to display backplanes and use in flexible and/or transparent electronics. Electrical performance of amorphous oxide semiconductors depends on the resistance of the interface between source/drain metal contact and active layer. It is also affected by sheet resistance on IGZO thin film. Controlling contact/sheet resistance has been a hot issue for improving electrical properties of AOS(Amorphous oxide semiconductor). To overcome this problem, post-annealing has been introduced. In other words, through post-annealing process, saturation mobility, on/off ratio, drain current of the device all increase. In this research, we studied on the relation between device's resistance and post-annealing temperature. So far as many post-annealing effects have been reported, this research especially analyzed the change of electrical properties by increasing post-annealing temperature. We fabricated 6 main samples. After a-IGZO deposition, Samples were post-annealed in 5 different temperatures; as-deposited, $100^{\circ}C$, $200^{\circ}C$, $300^{\circ}C$, $400^{\circ}C$ and $500^{\circ}C$. Metal deposition was done on these samples by using Mo through E-beam evaporation. For analysis, three analysis methods were used; IV-characteristics by probe station, surface roughness by AFM, metal oxidation by FE-SEM. Experimental results say that contact resistance increased because of the metal oxidation on metal contact and rough surface of a-IGZO layer. we can suggest some of the possible solutions to overcome resistance effect for the improvement of TFT electrical performances.

포만트 정보의 동적 변화특성 조사에 관한 연구 (Investigation on Dynamic Behavior of Formant Information)

  • This study reports on the effective way of displaying dynamic formant information on F1-F2 space. Conventional ways of F1-F2 space (different name of vowel triangle or vowel rectangle) have been used for investigating vowel characteristics of a speaker or a language based on statistics of the F1 and F2 values, which were computed by spectral envelope search method. Those methods were dealing mainly with the static information of the formants, not the changes of the formant values (i.e. dynamic information). So a better way of investigating dynamic informations from the formant values of speech signal is suggested so that more convenient and detailed investigation of the dynamic changes can be achieved on F1-F2 space. Suggested method used visualization of static and dynamic information in overlapped way to be able to observe the change of the formant information easily. Finally some examples of the implemented display on some cases of the continuous vowels are shown to prove the usefulness of suggested method.

Realistic Scenes Reproduction Based on Total Variation

  • In order to completely record all the information of realistic scenes, high dynamic range (HDR) images have been widely used in virtual reality, photography and computer graphics. A simple yet effective tone mapping method based on total variation is proposed so as to reproduce realistic scenes on low dynamic range (LDR) display devices. The structural component and texture component are obtained using total variation model in logarithmic domain. Then, the dynamic range of the structural component is compressed with an adaptive arcsine function. The texture component is processed by Taylor series. Finally, we adjust the saturation component using sigmoid function and restore the color information. Experimental results demonstrate that our method outperforms existing methods in terms of quality and speed.

DCT 변환 계수를 이용한 축소/확대 (Upsampling and Downsampling using DCT Coefficients)

  • 각종 시각 매체들이 발달함에 따라 대부분의 영상들은 고화질의 영상을 사용하고 있다. 그 만큼 전송할 때 많은 용량을 전송해야 하기 때문에 압축된 형태를 지향하고 있으며 이뿐만 아니라 소형기기의 디스플레이 장치에 알맞은 영상을 제공해야 하는 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DCT 영역에서 영상을 축소/확대하여 계산 량을 줄이면서 디스플레이 장치에 알맞은 영상 크기 조절 방법을 제시한다. 제안하는 방법은 DCT 영역에서 영상의 해상도를 조절할 수 있기 때문에 기존의 방법들에 비해 높은 PSNR 값을 보인다.

  • 본 논문은 PC를 이용한 멀티 채널의 입력 시스템의 구현 방안으로서 멀티 채널의 각 입력 채널의 입력 신호를 저장하고, 기록을 목적으로 한 시스템을 제안하며 시스템 구현을 위한 요구 사항을 검토한다. 그리고 3차원 디스플레이를 위하여 4채널로부터 동시에 입력되는 영상 신호를 4배의 빠른 속도로 순차적으로 디스플레이 하는 시스템을 구현한다. 영상의 데이터 입력 장치인 4대의 카메라, 입력을 모니터 하는 입력 모니터, 동시에 입력되는 영상 신호를 4배의 빠른 속도를 처리하는 장치, 120f㎰를 디스플레이 할 수 있는 모니터로 구성된다. 이러한 전체 시스템의 요구 사항과 시스템의 Specifications을 정리한다. 고속 처리 장치에 대한 회로도는 회로 시뮬레이션 프로그램인 PSpice를 이용하여 시뮬레이션으로 회로도를 검증하였다.

  • Recently, with the development of IoT communication technology, products and services that detect and inform the surrounding environment under the name of smart plugs are being developed. In particular, in order to prepare for fire or gas leakage accidents, products that automatically close and warn when abnormal symptoms occur are used. Most of them use methods of collecting, analyzing, and processing information through networks. However, there is a disadvantage that it cannot be used when the network is temporarily in a failed state. In this paper, sensor information was analyzed using deep learning, and a model that can predict abnormal symptoms was learned in advance and applied to MCU. The performance of each model was evaluated by developing firmware that can judge and process on its own regardless of network and applying a predictive model to the MCU after 3 to 120 seconds.

  • We present a new approach to analyzing the dynamic false contour noise of AC plasma display panels (PDP), which is known to degrade the image quality severely. Compared with the existing methods that consider only the amount of light emission from PDP during 1 field time, the proposed approach uses the impulse response model of the human vision system and estimates how the human beings actually feel as the function of time. Experimental results using various benchmark sub-field scan algorithms are included.

  • Partial residual plots, augmented partial residual plots and CERES plots are basic diagnostic tools for dealing with curvature as a function of specific predictors in regression problem. However, it is known that these plots can miss a curve or show a false curve in some cases such as predictors are related each other. Dynamic display of these plots is developed and applied. Examples demonstrate that dynamic plots are useful for obtaining additional Information on the curvature.

  • This paper has been studied about the real time monitoring system development using TCP/IP ethernet and RS-422 serial communication link in general communication methods that rocket fire control agents could be monitoring about real time Rocket fire event procedures and be managing total rocket fire courses. Also, this paper has been studied the HMI(Human Machine Interface) control program and algorithm that guarantee confidential control for the Fire Display System.
