For contents delivery systems, the service is considered in which the utility depends on each priority class. This paper deals with the multiple priority class of the contents delivery system from the viewpoint of the utility. The willingness to pay (WTP) is introduced as a measure of utility, and the optimum condition is analyzed to maximize the total user's utility. For the system with multiple priority classes, the optimum condition is given in terms of the traffic load, wating time for service for each priority class. Systems with the priority classes, 1, 2 and 3 are analyzed, and the effect of the number of priority classes is examined.

The purpose of this study is to find essential delivery service quality elements of internet shopping mall and to investigate the relationship among delivery service quality, satisfaction, trust, and loyalty in the area of internet shopping malls. To do so, theoretical literature review and empirical survey accomplished. The empirical results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, accuracy, quickness, safety, information providing, and institutional guarantee have a positive influence on satisfaction. Secondly, accuracy, quickness, information providing, and institutional guarantee have a positive influence on trust. Lastly, satisfaction has a positive influence on trust, and both of satisfaction and trust have a positive influence on loyalty in internet shopping malls. From the analyses of this study, we offer several implications both theoretical and practical perspective.

본 연구의 목적은 국내외 상업적 문헌제공시스템에 대한 비교우위적 정보를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 비소장자료에 기반한 시스템, 소장자료 중심의 시스템, 특수주제 중심의 시스템으로 대별하여 현황을 파악한 다음, 각 시스템이 제공하는 주제의 범위와 특성, 원문신청-입수시간, 봉사요금과 지불방식, 신뢰성과 만족률을 기준으로 분석하였다.

한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)은 연구생산성을 향상시키고자 NDSL 원문제공서비스(NDSL Information Document Service: NIDS) 협력 네트워크를 통해 국내 연구자들에게 과학기술정보를 제공하고 있다. NIDS 협력 네트워크에서 대학도서관과 연구원 정보센터들이 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구는 사회 네트워크분석을 통하여 원문제공서비스 협력기관들 간의 관계를 규명하였다. 각 기관이 네트워크에서 중심에 위치하는 정도를 분석하기 위하여 연결정도 중심성, 근접 중심성, 매개 중심성, 위세 중심성과 같은 지표들을 활용하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 원문제공서비스 네트워크의 중심에는 KISTI, KAIST, POSTECH, 외국학술지지원센터가 위치하고 있었다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 기초로 하여 원문제공서비스 발전 방안을 제안하였다.

Most industrial logistic systems have focused on carrying products from manufacturers or distribution centers to customers. In recent years, they are faced with the problem of integrating reverse flows into their transportation systems. In this paper, we address the vehicle routing problems with mixed delivery and pick-up(VRPMDP). Mixed operation of delivery and pick-up during a vehicle tour requires rearrangement of the goods on board. The VRPMDP considers the reshuffling time of goods at customers, hard time windows, and split operation of delivery and pick-up. We construct a mixed integer mathematical model and propose a new genetic algorithm named GAMP for VRPMDP. Computational experiments on various types of test problems are performed to evaluate GAMP against the modified Dethloff's algorithm. The results show that GAMP reduces the total vehicle operation time by 5.9% on average, but takes about six times longer computation time.

Drones are now widely used in civilian applications such as filming, leisure, agricultural control, monitoring, and the generation of 3D-spatial information, deviating only from military drones. In the field of logistics, prototypes are emerging in the area of logistics transportation, and to develop a future transportation service under the name of a drone tax, each country is introducing its first flight results using its own unique drones. In this paper, we review the domestic and overseas trends of drone delivery service technology, which requires various capabilities such as automatic flight, and review the related core technologies. We then propose the flight capability and road map of a drone delivery service according to the detailed conditions such as the flight area, visibility, and flight method. Additionally, in connection with the postal processing of the Korea Post Office, which would be a main demand for this type of service, we describe a method for realizing a drone delivery service based on the structure, scenario, and deployment of the drone delivery system.

We assess service delivery system for outpatients of general hospital(A) using service blueprint. Service blueprint for outpatients' service process currently being implemented in general hospital(A) is analysed to improve hospital services and define hospital service delivery system more accurately. In addition, comparative analysis of service blueprint between before and after improvement is conducted to find that health care services Is now more customer-oriented and hospital employees can link their duties to service delivery system. Dealing with the efficiency of health care service delivery system based on service blueprint analysis is expected to pave the way for continual service quality improvement of general hospitals in the future. The analysis of service blueprint of outpatients' service process suggested in this study is useful for setting strategies for health care service. It also helps service process design and service digitalization of other general hospitals in the future.

정보사회에서 공교육 기관인 학교는 사회의 공기(公器)로서 개인의 능력 육성 및 인류 사회가 축적해온 귀중한 지적 성취를 대물림해 주는 전수자로서, 또한 교육 기회의 평등을 유지하는 균형자로서 그 존재 가치를 선취해야 한다. 그럼에도 공교육 기관의 교수학습 질의 수월성에 대한 사회계층의 기대와 우려가 팽배해 있는 것이 현실이다. 이 연구는 초 중등학교별 교사들의 교수방법 및 교수자료 등 우수한 교육정보의 공유 및 유통 활성화 전략을 도출하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 교육정보 서비스의 공유 및 유통과 관련된 최근 기술 동향을 분석하고, 정보화 선도 교사들을 대상으로 집단토론을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구내용을 바탕으로 참여, 공유, 개방이라는 Web 2.0의 패러다임을 적용한 교육정보 공유 유통체제의 구축 및 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.

In this paper, we propose an optimal streaming service method based on Hybrid CDN/P2P architecture. Recently, video streaming utilizes a CDN (Content Delivery Network) operation technique based on a Proxy Server, which is an end node located close to a user. However, since CDN has a fixed network traffic bandwidth and data information exchange among CDNs in the network is not smooth, it is difficult to guarantee traffic congestion and quality of image service. In the hybrid CDN/P2P network, a data selection technique is used to select only the data that is expected to be continuously requested among all the data in order to guarantee the QoS of the user who utilizes the limited bandwidth efficiently. In order to search user requested data, this technique effectively retrieves the storage information of the constituent nodes of CDN and P2P, and stores the new image information and calculates the deletion priority based on the request possibility as needed. Therefore, the streaming service scheme proposed in this paper can effectively improve the quality of the video streaming service on the network.

본 연구는 배달음식 서비스품질에 대한 주요요인을 찾고, 선행 연구에서 배달음식 서비스품질의 상호 중요도를 확인하여 각 요인의 중요도 순위를 도출하였다. 이를 위해 계층분석과정 (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 이용한 의사결정모형을 사용하여 상호 평가를 정량화하는 과정을 수행하였다. 연구분석 결과, 배달 서비스품질은 배달음식 서비스품질의 주요인이며, 특히 주문 서비스품질과 음식 서비스품질은 배달음식 서비스품질의 핵심요인으로 나타났다. 주문 서비스품질의 세부요인은 편의성과 정확성이 중요하며, 배달음식 서비스품질을 통해 배달비의 세부요인을 기본료, 할인, 면제 순으로 중요하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구 결과는 배달음식 서비스품질에 대한 분석뿐만 아니라 배달 정보 서비스품질 향상에도 이바지할 것으로 기대한다.
