The purpose of this study is to localize the recharge rate into the national scale, calculated by use of the groundwater level from the 123 monitoring stations. The soil type, land use type, and bedrocks are selected for the influential factors over recharge rate. The main hypothesis is that the recharge rate can be expressed by the sum of the weighted averages of recharge rates of each factors. The optimized weights of soil type, land-use time and bedrocks from 119 stations are 0.80, 0.18 and 0.02 respectively. So this study offers that localization is available from the recharge rates calculated by groundwater level monitoring results.

In this analysis of relationships among parent-child communication style, child's sense of identity, and their effects on child's peer relationships, a survey was conducted of 506 6th grade students in 3 elementary schools of Incheon City. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analyses. Results showed that : girls had higher scores in academic identity and more positive factors in peer relationships than boys; when communications between parents and children were more open, peer relationships were more positive and less negative; children with a stronger sense of identity had more positive factors in peer relationships; social identity was the most influential factor in positive and general identity was the most influential factor in negative peer relationships, respectively.

The study aims to assess the impact of destination image, satisfaction and loyalty of tourists at mountain destinations in Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam. The study involves questionnaire surveys and multivariate data analysis methods (Cronbach Alpha test, EFA, CFA, SEM). Research results from 500 tourists in the mountain destinations of Thanh Hoa province demonstrate that all factors have imposed a positive impact on tourist satisfaction, specifically: The most influential factor is Natural features, followed by Human factors while the least influential factor is Infrastructure; On the other hand, research results also demonstrate that satisfaction has a substantial impact on tourist loyalty. Based on the research results, we also proposed some key solutions to enhance the destination image, thereby contributing to increased satisfaction and loyalty of tourists, including: (i) Promoting Natural Tourism Resources. (ii) Raising Awareness of Environmental Protection. (iii) Building Local Cultural Identity. (iv) Building Exclusive Tourist Products. (5) Strengthening the Support of Local Authorities for Tourism Activities. (vi) Developing a Price Policy.

It is important to facilitate consumers' purchases of EAP (Environment-friendly Agricultural Products) for establishing the successful Environment-friendly Agriculture (EA). This study was conducted to evaluate the present state of some potentially influential factors on consumers' purchasing decisions of EAP using Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA). A total of 299 Gwangju citizens participated in the questionnaire survey during September and October, 2007. Urgent improvement efforts are needed for "reliability about the safety of the EAP", "reliability on EAP certification mark", "credibility of EAP producers", and "growth of EA". Respondents also seem to have positive attitudes to EA activation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify influential factors on compassion fatigue in hospital nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive design was conducted with a survey of 358 general hospital nurses in Busan Gyeongnam area. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS/WIN 18.0 for Windows. Results: The mean score was 28.53 in compassion fatigue. As a result of multiple regression analysis, empathic ability, stress coping strategy, current workplace, and academic background were statistically significant predictors explained 26.0% of the variance of compassion fatigue. Conclusion: It was suggested to consider emphatic ability, stress coping strategy, workplace, and academic background when developing a program available for preventing and easing nurses' compassion fatigue.

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of the participation motivation of hospital volunteers, their awareness of hospital image, hospital management of volunteers, the organizational interpersonal relationship of volunteers and their satisfaction with volunteer activities on the continuance of their volunteer activities. The subjects were 480 volunteers who did volunteer activities in 37 hospitals in Busan, 399 subjects were responsed. This study is meaningful in that unlike relevant earlier studies of medicine, it attempted to make an integrative analysis of the influential factors for volunteer activities continuance and to make use of structural equation, a more advanced analysis technique. Besides, this study gave some suggestions on the customized management of hospital volunteers, its objects and related logical model.

In this paper, to evaluate ease of exchange of subassembly considering module, it needs to analyze structure and function of subassembly, assembly and disassembly process. Exchange process of module can be divided into pre-process and in-process, and determination factors of exchange process are defined by analyzing characteristics of assembly and disassembly process. Based on the analysis of characteristics for structure and function of subassembly, influential factors of module can be proposed. Considered the interrelationship between determination factors of ease of exchange and influencing factors of module, ease of exchange can be evaluated.
