Purpose - This paper aims to examine the impact of buyer-supplier cooperation on suppliers' trust on buyers and the moderating role of buyers' governance mechanism between the sharing activities and trust. Research design, data, and methodology - An integrated research model is designed to materialize the research hypotheses. First, the impact of buyer-supplier cooperation is empirically analyzed by looking into how the sharing activities, in the field of information, resource, and knowledge, of buyer with supplier will affect the trust of supplier on buyer. Second, the moderating effect of contract-based governance mechanism of buyer is empirically analyzed. Third, the influence of trust on innovation performance of suppler is empirically analyzed. Results - Our findings provide supporting evidence for some of our hypotheses. First, all of the sharing activities are significantly influential, but in different degree, to trust of supplier. Second, contract-based governance mechanism of buyer have a moderating effect on the relationship between sharing activities and trust, positively in resource-sharing activities, negatively in information-sharing activities, not significant in knowledge-sharing activities. Third, supplier's trust on buyer positively affects supplier's own innovation performance. Conclusions - The strategies applied in supply chain management have become important as the competition among firms has shifted from competition between individual firms to competition between supply chains. A customer's sharing activities with its supplier may contribute to an increase in innovation performance. The supplier's information-sharing activity with its customer could affect its information-sharing activities with its main supplier. Cooperative activity with a partner in the supply chain is cultivated and amassed into relationship knowledge, and this study shows that the cooperative relational knowledge related to information-sharing activities enables firms to participate in sharing activities with their main suppliers. Increasing evidence shows that sharing various activities between buyer and supplier improves trust and performance outcomes, and enables firms to maintain competitive advantage. From the perspective of knowledge theory, external knowledge is becoming more important in firms' innovation activities, because innovative knowledge is acquired primarily through interaction with another organization. In addition, relationship learning could be an important tool in absorbing the supplier's core technology, information, expertise, and core competencies, increasing relational value.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the influential factors for the oral-health practice of adult workers and the relationship of their health-promotion life style to the factors of oral-health practice in an attempt to determine the impact of health-promotion life style. Methods : The subjects in this study were 160 workers who worked in Seoul, North-Jeolla and South-Jeolla Province, and were at the age of 20 and up. The survey was conducted from February 1 to July 20, 2011. Results : As for the relationship of the general characteristics of the workers to the factors of their health-promotion practice, gender made statistically significant differences to toothbrushing female (3.24), and there were statistically significant differences in education/concern according to more than college(2.72) scored higher academic credential(p<0.05). The group of the workers whose health-promotion life style was better in terms of all the toothbrushing(3.35), use of oral hygiene supplies(2.19), regular dental-clinic visit(2.70), dietary control(2.84) and education/concern(3.20) scored higher, and there were statistically significant differences in the factors of education/concern(p<0.05). Their health-promotion life style had an impact on regular dental-clinic visit among the factors of oral-health practice(p<0.05), and there was a positive correlation between health-promotion life style and tooth brushing, dietary control(p<0.05), regular dental-clinic visit, education and concern(p<0.01) the factors of oral-health practice. Conclusions : Workers should be stimulated to get into sound life habits to change their behavior, and they should be urged to improve their preventive health care, to get a dental checkup and ultimately to promote their health as well. Companies should take measures to accelerate the oral health promotion of workers and provide more dental checkup programs for them to be more concerned about their oral health, to promote their oral health and to maintain the best oral health.
Given that the number of people with developmental disabilities is continuously increasing in Korea, we need to pay attention to the lives of parents who rear the children with developmental disabilities. Accordingly, this study examined the effects of parenting stress on the quality of life in parents of children with developmental disabilities, and moderating effects of information application in the process. This study conducted a survey to 194 parents who rear such children in Chungnam and Chungbuk provinces. This study utilized PASW Statistics 18.0 for analysis, and the study results are as follows. First, it was found that parenting stress was more than average level, and information application was somewhat lower than average level. Quality of life was found to be lower than average level, and the level of relationship with neighborhood and emotional condition was relatively lower than other sub-factors. Second, influential factors of life quality were parenting stress, disability degree, information application, residential area, and disability type. Third, information application was found to have moderating effects on the relationship between parenting stress and quality of life. Based on such empirical analysis results, this study suggested concrete and comprehensive working strategies to improve quality of life in parents of children with developmental disabilities.

This study searched and analyzed news and information on the Korea-U.S. Summit to explore which political agenda is spreading among Korean newspapers and social media. The result of the analysis revealed that, on the one hand, the conservative-leaning newspaper, Chosunilbo, covered the unresolved issue between two countries. The principal source of news was the opposition party. On the other hand, the progressive-leaning newspaper, Kyunghany Sinmun, highlighted President Moon's visit to the United States and described the visit to the United States as an achievement. In this paper, the principal source of news is the ruling party. Both conservative and the progressive newspapers did not present a negative view of the United States. In the case of Chosunilbo, it mentioned that foreign policy priority of President Biden is human rights in North Korea. If the two countries do not solve this issue, the relationship between Korea and the United States will not develop further. Second, I searched YouTube videos about the Korea-U.S. summit and conducted a network analysis to understand the influence of YouTube videos and explore their relationship the each other. The results of the analysis revealed that the 10 most influential videos portrayed the Moon government positively. These videos held the achievement of the visit to the United States in highly esteem and framed it positively, similarly to the progressive newspaper.
This study relates to the procedures and the attitude of dental technicians. In order to identify the attitude factors which have influence on the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment, self-administered questionnares were distributed by mail to 504 technicians randomlyselected from 482 dental laboratories registered in Korean Dental Lab. Association from February 6 to February 27, 1987. The following results were obtained: 1. Canonical correlation between the group of general variables and the group of job satisfactional variables was significant statistically as Rc=0.48. But canonical correlation between the group of general variables and the group of organizational commitment variables was insignificant statistically as Rc=0.37. 2. Canonical correlation between the group of job characteristic variables and the group of job satisfactional variables was highly significant statistically as Rc=0.69. Wage propriety, promotion opportunity and benefits propriety were highly influential factors among the job characteristic variables. 3. Canonical correlation between the group of job characteristic variables and the group of organizational commitment variables was highly significant statistically as Rc=0.61. Wage propriety, promotion opportunity of acquiring technique and duty importance were highly influential factors among the job characteristic variables. 4. The job characteristic variables which had influence on the job satisfaction varied statistically according to the general variables. in case of age, technical career, academic career and duty, the job characteristic variable was wage propriety and the business relations. 5. The job characteristic variables which had influence on the organizational commitment varied statistically according to the general variables. The case of male was applicable to wage propriety, the case of female was applicable to benefits propriety, the case of dental technicians who were less than 30 years old was applicable to wage propriety, the case of dental technicians who had more than 5 years technical career was applicable to monotonousness. 6. The most influential factor was wage propriety among job characteristic variables which influenced on the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment of dental technicians.

The purpose of the study were first to propose and determine the influence of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior related to clothing would be mediated by consumer's clothing involvement and second to examine whether sensation seeking tendency is applicable variable on segmenting market expecially using underlying factors of sensation seeking tendency. A questionaire was developed and data were collected from 342 women ranged in age from 0 to 34 years. They were conveniently selected as a proper sample for applying and examining sensation seeking tendency. Arousal seeking tendency scale(Mehrabian & Russel 1974) was selected for operationalizing sensation seeking tendency and exploratory behavior related to clothing. As a result of regression the indirect effect mediated by clothing involvement of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior was larger than the direct one. The influences of factors of sensation-seeking tendency behavior was larger than the direct one. The influences of factors of sensation-seeking tendency were also investigated. The influence of change-seeking tendency and new enviornment seeking tendency was considerably mediated by clothing involvement but that of risk-seeing tendency was not. Artistic sensation seeking tendency had little effect on clothing involvement and exploratory behavior related to clothing. As a result of regression the indirect effect mediated by clothing involvement of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior was larger than influence of change-seeking tendency and new enviornment seeking tendency was considerably mediated by clothing involvement but that of risk-seeking tendency was not. Artistic sensation seeking tendency had little effect on clothing involvement and exploratory behavior related to clothing.
The purpose of this study was to illuminate the ways to im-prove the level of life satisfaction of the elderly who chose or happened to live at paid facilities by examining some of factors such as individual family social support and facility related el-ements that would influence their life satisfaction. The interview outcomes came out in three main discussions. First the general characteristics of the participating elderly appeared to be that most of them were ver7y elderly relatively highly educated females and religions and the rate of being ill was high. And a half of them considered themselves as heal- thy people and the other half as unhealthy. Secondly in view of statisticsal results the level of their life satisfaction was influnced by their individual family and facillity related factors. As far as their individual related factor are concerned the level of one party's life satisfaction was relative-ely higher than that of other's when the person is female had religio presumed oneself as in healthy and good physical condition. And when participating member keeps good relation-ship with his or her own children the level of the person's life satisfaction was only slightly higher than other elderly group who did not have good relationship with their children. There were no other significant statistical differences on the level of their life satisfaction related to the social support factors between those two group. Thirdly the level of the elderly's life satisfaction was influe- nced in the order of folldwing factors: (1) the quality of facility living condition 2) the commitment of ownership of the organization (3) the elderly residents' own education level (4) the elderly's own subjectivel health condition and (5) the sex of the individuals.
The aim of this study is to inquire into the influential relationship between perceived characteristics and psychological attitude toward smart phone in relation with the smart phone. This study conducted a questionnaire survey targeting domestic college students who are using the smart phone in an effort for an empirical test of the research model. The theoretical implications of this study laid foundation for doing research on the behavior of perceived characteristics and psychological attitude toward technology, and supplied a clue to diverse, in-depth research works on the further smart phone. The study-suggested practical implications are as follows: First, it is required that the usefulness and easy of use of the smart phone should be reinforced in order to form a positive attitude toward the smart phone. Second, the sense of dependence on the smart phone has an influence on user satisfaction.
This study is an application of facebook (FB) as a strategic communication of viral marketing. Old fashioned advertising and public relation in facebook are not effective at social network service(SNS) environment, and a different marketing communication is needed because facebook is essentially oriented for building relationship among people. The study assumes that an opinion leader might exist at facebook and tries to find out how facebook users show a pattern of communication based on level of opinion leadership regarding a product. The findings showed that people with high opinion leadership communicated more actively than people with low opinion leadership. This study will contribute to segment seed consumers using opinion leadership in facebook.
Many markets are forecast to see significant changes due to the growth of electronic commerce made possible by the internet. The way of doing business with internet affects the market mechanism. It is now over 10 years since Malone et al(1987) set out their hypothesis on electronic markets, and electronic hierarchies. An electronic market is an interorganizational information system through which multiple buyers and sellers interact to accomplish one or more of the following market-making activities. And they predicted that markets evolve toward electronic markets, by reducing search cost, which may result in significantly. higher price competition among sellers and therefore lower prices for buyers. And the degree of two factors; asset specificity and uncertainty, affect the market mechanism. Products with low asset specificity and low uncertainty are compatible with a market relationship while the greater the asset specificity and uncertainty, the more likely it is to favour a hierarchical structure. Based on the these researches, we observed and analyzed a case study of market mechanism in Internet business. We found the fact that even though Internet could make the business environment in which lots of buyers and suppliers participate, electronic market will evolve market mechanism. 1 analyzed two factors, which affected market evolution. First, When Asset specificity is low in electronic commerce, market structure should be preferred to hierarchical structure. Second, When transaction uncertainty is low in electronic commerce, market structure should be preferred In hierarchical structure. This research covers conceptual and empirical aspects on electronic market structure. Future research should be variously done about the influential factors of electronic market mechanism.
