This paper presents the strategies of implementing the u-business standardization efficiently in Korea. To do this, it outlines the architecture of various u-business technologies, identifies the current situations and problems of each sub-technology, and suggests five implementation strategies that could be useful for Korea to catch up with the advanced countries and then stand as a global leader in the u-business industry.

This study presents a statistic method to estimate the salient time of critical success factors for successful business. Generally, the importance of the facts is flexible along with changes of business circumstance. Also, the change of business circumstance is affected by time. Thus, the importance of facts is change through the time. This study, based on Roger's diffusion of innovations theory suggests a precise estimating method to cognitional timeliness of the critical success factors in technology-based Industry.

A dynamic simulation of a fully thermally coupled distillation is conducted for the design of a possible operation scheme, and its performance is examined with an example process of reformate fractionation process. The outcome of the dynamic simulation indicates that the column can be operated by using a $3{\times}3$ control structure. The structure consists of three controlled variables of the compositions of overhead, side products and bottom and three manipulated variables of the flow rate of reflux, liquid split ratio between a main column and a prefractionator and steam.

In this study, We found approach to improve the efficiency of human resource policies for small-medium enterprises(SMEs) in the regional strategic industries. Especially, we intended to identify practical and policy implications, through analyzing to the supply and demand side of human resource at the same time. In the supply side, we analyzed workers, supply, and support policy in regional strategic industry. In the demand side, we analyzed the demands from 201 SMEs in regional strategic industry. We found the demand differences in strategic industries. we found the efficiency improvement and directions of human resource policies. Thus, these results imply the necessity of creating a customizing policy for SMEs. In conclusion, the human resource policy should be reflected the central government's policy direction and the demands of SMEs.

In this study, We will find approach to improve the efficiency of business support policies for small-medium enterprises(SMEs) in the regional strategic industries. Especially, based on the customized needs of SMEs in strategic industries, we intend to find directions of the business support policy. we can use the decisions criteria(for example, business strategy, business portfolio, effective budget allocation, core business plans, etc.) by research results. To achieve the research objectives, we surveyed from 243 SMEs in regional strategic industry. we found the differences of industry characteristics, strategy and industry-specific by growth stages. Thus, this result implies the necessity of creating a customizing policy for SMEs. We found implications about the efficiency improvement of regional industrial policy. In conclusion, regional industrial policy must reflect the central government's policy direction of regional industries and the demand of SMEs.

Development and promotion of foreign tourism products is an important factor for economical side as well as to improving the foreign relation and the image of nation. Also, foreign tourism products can give a positive effect in activation of the domestic tourism industry and foreigner's domestic visit. Thus, development and promotion of travel industry may offer competitive power of the specification country and a development opportunity, and influence in investment infancy of different industry. Therefore, in this study, service quality of this foreign tourism products analyze effect about customer satisfaction and re-purchase intention, investigated competitive power factors of the tourism industry in the future. In the final study, service quality patten, confidence, attraction could be influenced on customer satisfaction, reliability and responsiveness was not affected by the other factors. This study may suggest guideline that analyze the special character factors of the tourism industry future, or develop the critical success factor of foreign tourism products.

This study is to analyze the effects of the FDI inflows service industry on China's economic growth using panel data from China's service industry for the period 1990-2012. The results of this study show that the FDI inflows into service industry in China is behind a key driving force to develop its economic growth, and that other factors like investment in the fixed assets and investment in human capital and labor make contribution to promoting its economic development. The results suggest that in order to enhance its growth, the government should expend a great deal of effort trying to make a good environment for investment to increase the FDI inflows into China's service industry.

National Competency Standards(NCS) development related researches on the semiconductor industry were carried out partially, but the field training demand survey and analysis using that NCS were not done. The past demand survey for the job skill training had focused on personnel shortage and oversupply so it has the problems called skill mismatch. This study has the purpose to provide an alternative analysis of qualitative evaluation using the relative importance and gap of the job skill elements in the semiconductor industry. As research methods, we carried out related literature and report review, and a job skill demand survey on the semiconductor industry. We analyzed about the industry related jobs and job tasks, the qualitative demand for each job skill elements, and procurement methods for each job skills and manpower. We illustrated some related training courses to find out a relevant way for supplying the training programs.

University-industry cooperation is indispensable for a short-term problem solving, as well as sustainable growth in the economy of the Republic of Korea. In order to embody and implement that, the government has run a variety of financial assistance programs and policies for the promotion of the cooperation for the last 10 years, and Korea Sanhak Foundation has made progress in academic and research development support, creative personnel training and scholarships, International Support and other projects. In this paper, window-type university-industry convergence and practices, and analyzing the best practices of national and international IT-based fusion technology, corporate cooperation were established to support measures taken in conjunction type and model of the university. Industry utilizing the latest IT technology based on this model, academia, proposed a collaboration system between workers building measures.

The construction information classification which developed for the purpose of adapting informatization in construction industry suggests construction information with standardization. Currently, standardization of construction information is highly necessary for BIM that is main background of alteration as construction industry informatization. The authors suggest improvement of construction information classification. Particularly, extension contents for each facets are suggested to contain BIM. In case of applying extended classification to BIM, interoperability of information will be enhanced and it is effective to integrate information in phase of using BIM.
