  • Since the manufacturing machines containing information processing capacity by development of ME technology are developed and distributed from the advanced nations, manufacturing automation with manufacturing method which keeps flexibility and productivity is supplied broadly. An introduction of manufacturing automation technology is necessary to solve difficult domestic industry environment due to international competitiveness weakness of products. The aim of this is to search for the successful factors of the manufacturing business which uses too much technology of manufacturing automation and to observe the difference of the successful factors which influence to introduction performance according to the introduction type of automation technology and the strategic type through the empirical analysis.

신해양질서의 어업관리체계와 TAC 제도 도입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Korean Fishery Management System and TAC System Implementation on Issues of the New Ocean Regime)

  • When the international fisheries order changes following the UN Law of the Sea, the new regional fisheries order is forming among East North Asian states and era of Economic Zones is really coming. In those changes of foreign and domestic fisheries environment, to maintain sustainable growth of the industry in 21st century the North East Asian states plot adjustments to fisheries management, such as introduction of the TAC system and others. The TAC seems to be an appropriate systematic response especially because traditional functions of fisheries management have already demonstrated their limits in regards to fisheries sustainable development. Introduction of the TAC to the North East Asian fisheries not only resolves the inability of traditional fisheries management to develop the industry consequently, but also strengthens the EEZ and existing marine management systems. However, the TAC was born by thewestern industrial mentality, still contains persistent mistakes and is difficult to change. Therefore, its introduction to and implication in North East Asian region might cause numerous problems. From this point of view, introduction of the TAC system will disregard peculiarities of North East Asian fisheries, so main efforts should be concentrated on improving the functions of existing system via consecutive step-by-step approach. In addition, the TAC should be grafted into the existing fisheries system through cooperative management system, creating stable systematic ground and considering scientific and fisheries motives. Especially, TAC system, unlike the traditional fisheries' management system, is scientific, being systematically developed one, and needs to be gradually installed, considering its systematic character. Therefore, the TAC should better be introduced by systematic and scientific approaches, paying more attention to strengthening the existing fisheries system, but not immediately and in the form it is right now. Concluding, introduction of the TAC can not be made considering the outward factors deriving from the UN Law of the Sea without corrections.'h overcome limitations and ineffectiveness of traditional fisheries, most efforts should be concentrated on basic revision of 21st centuries' fisheries and strengthening the functions of traditional fisheries aimed to develop the leading business of marine industries.

제6차(第六次) 수산(水産)·해군계(海運系) 고등학교(高等學校) 교육과정(敎育課程) 각론개발연구(各論開發硏究) -I. 총괄연구(總括硏究) (A Study on Curriculum Revision for Fisheries High Schools and Merchant Marine High Schools -I. Colligation Study)

  • Fishery and shipping industry are ones of the important industries for the Republic of Korea, and the education of competent technicians is a essential-important factor for the further development in these fields. To this end, curriculum for the fisheries and/or merchant marine high schools are rearranged to meet the industrial needs and social change. In this study, the existing goal of education is rearranged inclusively to meet the further development and the curriculum to realize the goal. The departments are reorganized into nine ones by establishing new two. They are Department of Refrigeration Mechanical Engineering and of Automated-ship Operation. Four departments of existing seven-Department of Fish Aquaculture, of Fish Processing, of Marine Engine and of Marine Communication-are renamed into Department of Aquaculture, of Food Processing, of Power Mechanical Engineering and of Electronic Communication respectively. The remaining three departments- Department of Fishing Technology, of Self-managing Fisheries and of Navigation-are unchanged. The specialized subjects are revised as follows; (1) The existing seven subjects especially prepared for the fisheries and/or merchant marine high schools are changed into the common subjects for all the vocational high schools. They are Food Science, Food Hygiene, Food Processing Machinery, Air-conditioning Facilities, Welding and Piping, Communication Law and Introduction to Computer. (2) Two subjects are newly established: Refrigeration Mechanical Engineering and Automated-ship Operation. (3) Four subjects are disused : Sea Training, Fisheries Law, Canned Food and Practice in Communication. (4) Introduction to ship, to Marine Engine and to Marine Communication are merged into Introduction to ship. (5) The compulsory major subject is fixed as Introduction to Fisheries for the fisheries high schools and Introduction to shipping Industry for the merchant marine high schools.

RPA 주제별 국내 동향연구 -유통업무 적용사례를 중심으로- (A Study on the Trends of RPA Subjects in Korea -Focusing on cases of application of distribution business-)

  • 연구결과 도입측면의 연구는 RPA 도입의 방향, 성과기대, 비용, 규제, 리스크에 초점을 맞추어 진행되어 왔다. 향후 도입측면의 연구는 조직적 측면 연구 외에도 기술적, 환경적 측면의 연구 활성화가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 적용사례 측면의 연구는 실제 기업, 적용업무, 적용직업을 대상으로 이루어져왔음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 적용사례 측면의 연구는 실제 기업, 적용업무, 적용직업을 대상으로 RPA 기술적용 후 성과에 대한 연구가 필요해 보인다. 시장분석 측면의 연구는 시장의 형성단계, 그리고 미래시장 예측으로 이루어져왔음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 연구는 AI, 4차 산업혁명과 연계되어 미래의 시장이 어떻게 전개될지에 대한 연구는 가능하리라 본다. 수용의도 측면의 연구는 타 주제에 비하여 연구가 상대적으로 미진한 연구 분야라고 할 수 있다. 앞으로 수용의도 측면의 연구가 더욱 활성화된다면 신기술수용 이론의 발전에도 기여하고 RPA도입, RPA적용, RPA시장 활성화에도 시사점을 제시하였다.

Introduction to the Technology, Applications, Products, Markets, R&D, and Perspectives of Nanofoods in the Food Industry

  • Nano is a unit that designates a billionth; accordingly nanotechnology could be described as the study and applications of the unique characteristics and phenomena of nanometer size materials. Applications of nanotechnology fall into two categories (one is top-down and the other is bottom-up). Currently, most products are the results of the top-down approach. Nanofoods have distinct functional characteristics stemming from the size, mass, chemical combinations, electrolytic features, magnetic properties of food sources at the nano level and which can be applied for safe absorption and delivery into the body. The greatest advantage of nanofood is that it permits the efficient use of small quantities of nutritional elements by increasing digestive absorption ability and by delivering natural elements without any change in their original characteristics. On the other hand, there are still unsolved problems, such as questions about safety and introduction of harmful material. The demand for new commercial food products is increasing, and commercial food producers are gradually combining nanotechnology and traditional food preparation methods. Nanofoods will improve our eating habits remarkably in the future. Tomorrow we will design nanofoods by shaping molecules and atoms. It will have a big impact on the food and food-processing industries. The future belongs to new products and new processes with the goals of customizing and personalizing consumer products. Nanotechnology is expected to be applied to not only foods themselves, but also to food packaging, production, safety, processing and storage. Also, it is believed that nanotechnology will be applied tracking finished products back to production facilities and even to specific processing equipment in those facilities. The aim of this study is the introduction of technology, applications, products, markets, R&D, and perspectives of nanofoods in the food industry.

자동화 시스템을 통한 쥬얼리 산업의 제조 혁신에 관한 연구 (A Study on Manufacturing Innovation in the Jewelry Industry through Automated Systems)

  • 쥬얼리 CAD, CAM 등의 자동화 시스템이 도입되기 이전의 쥬얼리 제조 산업은 핸드메이드, 즉 손으로 직접 만드는 방식의 원본 제작이 많았다. 그러나 자동화 시스템의 도입이후 고급기술을 가진 원본 세공기사들은 사라지고 컴퓨터디자이너와 3D프린팅 출력 기사들이 그 자리를 대신하는 추세이다. 기존의 헨드 메이드 방식의 생산라인에서 CAD, CAM 등 자동화 시스템의 도입은 디자인의 다양화, 쥬얼리 제조의 첨단화, 전문화를 이루었다. 국내 쥬얼리 산업에서 제작 공정 시 CAD, CAM등의 자동화 시스템의 의존도가 지속적으로 높아지고 있으며 대학의 쥬얼리디자인 교육과정에서도 점점 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 앞으로 쥬얼리 제조 산업에서의 CAD/CAM 자동화 시스템분야는 꼭 필요한 중요한 분야가 되고 있다.

A Study on the Changes of Hairstyle by the Development in Hairdressing Industry in Korea - With the Focus on Women's Hairstyle -

  • The author of the paper investigated the changes of hairstyle along the developments in hairdressing industry in the 20th century. The development process of hairdressing industry was divided into four periods of introduction, origination, growth, and establishment. The corresponding changes of hairstyle were analyzed and the findings are as follows. 1. Hairstyle could be classified into such typical ones as traditional style, cut, bob, wave, permanent wave, up style, and hair coloring. 2. Fashion leaders affected the changes of hairstyle. 3. Whenever hairdressing appliances were introduced, new hairstyle was practiced as follows with the use of the appliances. (1) Introduction Period - Traditional Style : Chignon, pigtail ribbon $\rightarrow$ Variations were designed in hair length or split due to the limited availability of appliances. - Up Style : Pompadour, thick and up hair, encircling hair $\rightarrow$ Padding was used for sweep-up. (2) Origination Period - Bob Style : Women's first bob style. - Wave style : Wave with bob, close-cropped hair, up style $\rightarrow$ Iron, set, permanent devices were used. (3) Development Period - Wave Style : Wind wave, easily manageable wave $\rightarrow$ Blow dry, body permanent were used. (4) Establishment Period - Straight Style : Use of straight permanent. - Thick Wave Style : Development of various kinds of rod. - Hair Coloring : Advent of diverse fashion hair coloring, apart from the coloring of white hair, with the introduction of color TV. - Bob Style : Romantic bob style $^{\circ}\hat{E}$ Use of clippers and thinning scissors. Thus, the changes of hairstyle according to the development in hairdressing industry had close relationship with the improvement in hairdressing appliances.

산업수명주기론 관점으로 본 웹툰에이전시 역할에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Role of Web-Toon Agency from the View point of Industrial Life Cycle theory)

  • 국내 웹툰산업은 기술의 발전과 플랫폼의 증가, 웹툰의 유료화, 글로벌화등 다양한 내외적 요인에 따라 성장하면서 새로운 산업 환경이 조성되었다. 웹툰의 성장과 함께 등장한 웹툰에이전시는 웹툰기반형성기나 도입기 당시에는 에이전시의 역할이 크게 부각되지 못하였으나 웹툰산업이 확대기에 접어들면서 그 활동이 본격화되기 시작한다. 웹툰산업의 확대기는 스마트폰의 등장으로 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 웹툰을 소비할 수 있게 되면서 웹툰산업은 급속히 성장하게 된다. 이후 웹툰IP를 활용한 2차 콘텐츠의 제작이 활발하게 진행되고 웹툰작가의 활동영역이 다양해지면서 전문화된 웹툰에이전시의 필요성이 본격적으로 제기되기 시작하였다. 본 연구는 웹툰산업을 산업수명주기론에 따라 만화산업과도기, 웹툰 기반형성기, 웹툰산업도입기, 확대기, 성장기로 1차 분류하였다. 그 결과 웹툰산업이 산업의 확대기로 접어들면서 웹툰에이전시가 등장하였으며 웹툰산업이 성장기를 거치는 동안 에이전시도 성장하고 있음 알 수 있었다. 이에 웹툰에이전시산업을 웹툰산업과 분리하여 산업수명주기론에 따라 에이전시 도입기, 웹툰에이전시산업 성장기로 분류하였으며 산업의 성장기에 있는 웹툰에이전시가 산업의 쇠퇴기로 가지 않기 위해 필요한 역할은 무엇인지 연구하고자 한다.
